Voter Registration Act

The Senate of the Aurentine Commonwealth,
RECOGNIZING that order must be imposed in the electoral process;
OBSERVING that a simple registration system would be the best prevention of fraudulent votes;
HEREBY ENACTS the following:Register of Electors
- The Electoral Commission shall maintain a Register of Electors.
- Any senator may apply to the Register of Electors at any time except during either round of a presidential election.
- Senators shall remain on the Register of the Electors for the duration of the time they serve as a Senator.
- Applications to become a senator shall include a box asking "Do you wish to be added to the Register of Electors for presidential elections?"
Candidacy and Voting- Only Senators who are on the Register of Electors shall be eligible to vote or run a presidential election.
