PEPA is now added into the Electoral Standards Omnibus.

I formally petition the President to move the Electoral Standards Omnibus to the front or near the front of the queue.

(Requires seven Senators to second)

I recognize that this doesn't matter, but allow me to register my opposition to this motion. We need to vote on things that have been pushed down enough. This is not crucial legislation.

OOC: Anyone got the queue for legislation? I skimmed thought the last 30 pages or so and still can't find it.

Rejected. Another election will not be held for two months, it can wait. Several bills have already been pushed down and it is time for them to be brought to the chamber.

So is the PM election still on?

The Voter Registration Act has enough sponsors to be added to the queue and I move that it be added to the Electoral Standards Omnibus.

Voter Registration Act
Authors: Battlion [NLP], Oneracon [RG] | Co-Authors: Aeken [LD], Mishmahig [Ind.], The Realm of God [PC]
Sponsors: Gallup [NIFP], United Soviet Jason Republic [LFP], Rumostan [NLP], Belmaria [GG], Wolfmanne [PC]

The Senate of the Aurentine Commonwealth,

RECOGNIZING that order must be imposed in the electoral process;

OBSERVING that a simple registration system would be the best prevention of fraudulent votes;

HEREBY ENACTS the following:

    Register of Electors
  1. The Electoral Commission shall maintain a Register of Electors.
  2. Any senator may apply to the Register of Electors at any time except during either round of a presidential election.
  3. Senators shall remain on the Register of the Electors for the duration of the time they serve as a Senator.
  4. Applications to become a senator shall include a box asking "Do you wish to be added to the Register of Electors for presidential elections?"

    Candidacy and Voting
  5. Only Senators who are on the Register of Electors shall be eligible to vote or run a presidential election.

Some things happened around number 16. I'll post them here when I find them.

Nope, sorry. This particular omnibus motion wasn't included in a quote, so Wolf didn't see it. In which case, this needs 2 more seconds and presidential approval:

I move to omnibus no. 17 (State of Emergency), no. 18 (National Fingerprint Registry) and no. 19 (Blakewell [Organised Crime]) into a Prevention of Crime Omnibus.

You don't need to motion that.

No, it has always been that way. Just add it to the queue yourself.

Come on, this needs a sixth, a seventh and presidential approval:
