Biography (more than 2 paragraphs, please): Nathan Oxridge was born and raised in Blackpool, England, in the UK on January 14th, 1974. His life was fairly normal up into his 19th birthday, when he went on to enroll at Oxford University, and major in Physics. When he was 24, he enlisted with the British Armed Forces as a Infantryman in the Army. When the United States invaded Afghanistan following the September 11th attacks, he and his unit were deployed to assist coalition efforts in the province of Kandahar. During his tour in Afghanistan, his superiors noticed how good he was at breaching and clearing rooms, often ensuring his rifle team was safe before he allowed them to enter a building.

The SAS quickly picked up on this after he was recommended to them, and there he began his new training. His specialty was Breach and Clear tactics, and he performed very well at what he did. When he finished training, his first operation was in Baghdad when the SAS spearheaded a Hostage Rescue in Baghdad. His team helped breach and clear many buildings thought to contain the hostages. After this, it was not long until his next line of action. In 2006, 2 SAS members were taken Prisoner by Iraqi Police, and it was not long before Nathan saw combat again. His team entered the Basra Prison, where the SAS members and 127 others were being held by Shia Militants. He is specifically noted for when a militant threw a grenade at his team, and he lunged forward and tossed it back moments before it exploded. Later on, he was contacted by Task Force Rainbow and asked to join them, and he took them up on their offer.

What rank is good for my character, as far as naval officer ranks are concerned? Lieutenant or Lieutenant Commander? Lieutenant Commander seems like it might be a little high even for 12 years of experience, but I'm not sure.

I think either a Lieutenant or a Captain would be a sufficient rank.

A Captain in the navy is equivalent to a Colonel in the army, and is the highest rank before you start getting into Admiral ranks. That's a pretty high rank. A naval Lieutenant is equivalent to an army Captain, and a naval Lieutenant Commander is equivalent to an army Major.

I know that I just go off of US Army ranks because I believe them to be easier to understand. ( And I personally like the Army a lot more.) Ensign- Lieutenant, Lieutenant- Captain, etc

Biography (more than 2 paragraphs, please):

Born in Montreal, Katrina was the daughter of a working-class family, who also have three older siblings before Katrina. To be fair, that kind of environment wasn't the best for slightly big-sized family, and despite the first two elder brothers worked in factories, there were always not enough money. Fortunately Katrina was able to went until commerce high school, a vocational kind of school. In the school, she also involved in women's basketball in order to be physically fit, for future uses.

However, fate has different plans for her. She was enticed by a recruitment poster for Canadian Army, and instead enlisted into the military, with her siblings' disapprovals and her parents' mild supports. In the end, she became a soldier in the Canadian army, and through that, a breacher. She was sent to Middle East as part of Canadian contingents in Afghanistan with the resurgence of the Taliban. Involved in few operations and security measures, she stayed for the next 6 years in Afghanistan. After a short return to Canada, she was assigned to the Joint Task Force and received additional military training before sent back to trained the Afghan soldiers alongside Canadian Army and JTF2. She did received sexism in Afghanistan that was mostly came from the Afghans themselves, though.

She was soon recruited into Task Force Rainbow and after a few weeks of evaluations, started the service.

Right, so Arengin. As unfortunate as this seems to you, we've settled on removing you from this RP's list of participants for a number of reasons:
-Incompatible RPing attitude.
-A lack of gravitas towards the atmosphere and setting of the RP.
-Disrespecting others within the RP's OOC and discord.
And to a much lesser degree:
-A lack of understanding of a military setting.
-And general hearsay about previous encounters and exchanges between yourself and other participants both prospective and incumbent.
Adding on to the above, there are eight people in recent memory who outright refuse to join the thread due to your presence, and will likely not be joining even after we request you leave. Due to their reasons given (largely a history and proof of godmodding and other gamey acts), we very seriously wonder if you will attempt to do the same here.

Someone else I won't mention has fallen the most of my opinion and this will yet be another blow on our astray relation. I also liked to beg to my enemies a good fortune despite the fact they conspired against me. For all due parts I plan to disrupt this RP no longer and I wish to RP with his OP more on the future if he may, I assured him I had no ill intentions on this RP and so I shall look for a place where my hated self is more welcomed. Goodbye to all those that don't hate me, and even then goodbye to those that do wish me ill.
