While he was near graduation, he signed on with the Canadian Army reserves, as a way to pay for what his scholarship didn't.

While he did get a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering (much to his parent's dismay) he didn't necessarily pursue that career, instead, signing on the the Signal Corps, acting as a radio operator and being shipped over the Afghanistan for a few years. His time there was exceedingly unremarkable, besides a few inmstances whee hw was creditied for his ease of mind and calm demeanour. Such acknowledgements got him a job with TF Rainbow, a Tier One group tasked with counter-terrorism and high risk operations. For once, Noah was anxious.
