She had diving certifications but I deleted it in my app due to problems with the timeline of this RP. I can put it back in her app but reincorporate it back in a way that it doesn't mess with the timeline.

Most Tier One military SF from first world countries are SCUBA certified.

So pretty much everyone from said nations, plus a few others who got the certification recreationally.

He's also ridiculously light, so, I don't think anyone will have an issue with physically carrying him.
