Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Thermodolia

Yes. Under Thermodolia law civil unions are the only thing that any adult person is allowed to enter into, marriage is not legally a thing and is purely a religious matter and grants no rights as all rights are granted by civil unions. That being said under the Social Safety Act of 2021 those who have had a sex change are prohibited from getting married.

Alright, Round Two! Again, this is Palmyrion in the GD canon; Palmyrion in the KY canon is entirely different, and Palmyrion in the FT canon is outside of this scope.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Palmyrion
Your nation's current year 2022
Your nation's IC population 2,013,662,951
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? DM me on Discord (Crimsteel#1086)
Please confirm you are a human nation! Yes
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed. Note that any requests for breakdowns or additional information are only processed when the queue of submissions is empty.

Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex? Yes. Same-sex couples are legally recognized and protected by the Royal Commonwealth Federal Family Code. Priests can refuse to officiate such marriages, but civil servants cannot.
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Yes. However, IVF and surrogacy are frowned upon even outside of LGBT rights contexts.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Hate speech has been ruled by the Royal Commonwealth Supreme Court to be "incitation to lawlessness against a certain demographic" during a 7-5-3 decision on Guanzon vs. Caloocan Metropolitan Baptist Church, so de facto there is such protection. Anti-discrimination legislation is covered in 4/.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Yes, but only for basic and prime commodities. All services deemed vital such as internet service, electricity, water, and gas (in areas with gas lines and supply services) cannot be withheld by private or public entities.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? Yes, and the process is generally the same for those not transitioning in gender.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? Several, such as the Palmyrian Queer Alliance.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Yes.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Radiatia
Your nation's current year 4069 NC (floating timeline, it's always the current year in terms of tech level)
Your nation's IC population 254,545,238
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes
Please confirm you are a human nation! Radiatians are generally considered human, despite their notoriously low IQs

Yes
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Yes
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Yes
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? No
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? Yes. Changing your name is very easy, in fact you can do it online for 50 Tsenyens. Changing legal gender is only possible after you have undergone sexual reassignment surgery but once that's done it's just a matter of filling out a form online.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? Yes
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Yes
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? Yes
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Yes
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? They can still participate, but they will have to participate as the gender of their birth as it's considered potentially unfair to other athletes.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. Yes, this is part of general sex education.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? Yes
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? Yes
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? Yes
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? Yes
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? No
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? Yes
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? Yes
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? Yes

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? Yes
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? Radiatia's healthcare is mostly private, but as such citizens are allowed to do absolutely anything with their own bodies - as long as they can cough up the cash.
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? Yes
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? No
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? Yes, but they shouldn't need to as there are plenty of Radiatian corporations producing fine hormone replacement products at reasonable prices.TM
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? 17
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? Not generally, as minors (under 17) are not considered old enough to make an informed decision on the matter.
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Yes, and it's usually covered by insurance
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Yes
10/ Are medical professionals or teaching staff required to "out" LGBT youth to their parents if they are below the age of majority? No

Section Four - Societal Attitudes
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex marriage? 99.9% - it's considered unthinkable that two people who love each other shouldn't be able to get married.
2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 99.9%
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 52% - this is a far more controversial issue, as there is a widespread view that gender dysphoria should be treated as a mental illness rather than a physical illness.
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? No
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? No, unless they're talking to foreigners
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? No
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? It depends on the individual. Some people are accepting, some people are just assholes.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? Generally religions who preach hate speech find themselves banned, so officially yes.
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? They exist but they're not especially common - most people aren't going to fork out for an extra toilet. (However as private coin-operated toilets are very common, the popular brand Wunderchair is a strong advocate for gender neutral bathrooms, mainly because they can profit from them.)
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? There's still a bit of debate around transgender issues, but issues around homosexuality/bisexuality, etc are considered settled science.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Yes, there are plenty of such figures dotted along the Radiatian media landscape. It's not usually considered a big deal.
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? No, it's pretty unheard of
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? Yes absolutely. (The biggest would be former President Yerkal Nathus, who was openly gay)
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relateable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? Yes
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly? A little bit but not really. Some states are more trans-friendly than the federal government, but every state at a bare minimum must conform to federal laws. Overall it's not seen as a particularly controversial issue in Radiatia, most Radiatians are more worried about foreigners than LGBT people.
6/ Do explicitly pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? It's not seen as a major issue so neither party tends to discuss it. (In fact when Radiatia had a gay President, it was never commented on in Radiatia and only controversial when he went overseas).
7/ Do explicitly anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No.
8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+? Yes, including a former President and former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party? Not really, or if there are it's not their main concern
10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation? Yes

(OPTIONAL) - More information
We would appreciate filling in as much of this information as possible. However, this is not required to receive a complete score, and filling this information out will not change your score in any way. This information may be used by us for research and other survey-wide analysis purposes.

An alt world STRONK Slovakia where the duchy of Nitra never fell, adopted Christianity and defended it. It also established as a regional superpower. It controls the lands of Croatia, Hungary and Slovakia. The Hungarians also never were a major culture!

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Estrago
Your nation's current year 2022
Your nation's IC population 85 million
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? yes, please
Please confirm you are a human nation! We are humans.

Yes, they are allowed to marry. Civil unions do not exist.
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? Yes.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? No. Hate speech is a leftist fantasy construct and thus is non-existent in Estrago. There are however anti-discrimination provisions in the constitution at federal level and also in laws on federal and cantonal level.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Yes, there is freedom of contract. There are exceptions to this rule; for instance if you are the only provider of basic products or services within a reasonably large area you may be required to provide them to whoever wishes to purchase them.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? They don't technically "have the right to" but there are ways in which they can. The process takes a long time, as changing you name is generally not possible for any citizen. They have to file a court case against their canton of origin's registry office. In court they then have to provide adequate reason as to why their name (or other data for that matter) should be changed. Remember this is the process for everyone, not just for transgender individuals. There gender transion can be accepted as adequate reason if the court deems it so, and thus they can change their legal name.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? There are some, but they are not very influential.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? Yes.
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? Yes.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? They are protected from discrimination from the state or state-owned/run services. There are no directly applicable laws that protect anyone from discrimination in the workplace (unless they work for the state or a state-owned company), apart from the vague provision in the constitution.
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? Yes. Biological males are not allowed to compete with biologial females in most professional and amateur sports where the avarage physical superiority of the male body poses threat to the competing females or provides unfair advantages to the biological males. These regulations are not issued by the state, but by individual sports associations.

It may also appear from time to time when appropriate to the discussion (e.g. gay characters in a book, homosexuality of an author, etc.). Generally, however, other subjects are considered far more important.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? All citizens and all types organisations can contribute their thoughts and concerns on proposed legislation. But legislation is not specifically bent around the needs or wishes of any such group.
No, and foreign persons with such a category on their legal travel documents are refused entry.
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? What's that supposed to be???
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? No. The only flags allowed to be flown at offical ceremonies are those of the Federal Republic, the Cantons and its municipalities, as well as historic Estragonese flags and flags of foreign territorial bodies (i.e. countries of provinces, etc.) This rule is not specifically targeted at prohibiting pride flags, it was originally created in the early 1900s to prevent companies sponsoring official government ceremonies by flying their flag.
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? Yes
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? Yes

1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? Yes.

(in percentages) The ethnicities of the Empire are as followed, without percentages, as the Imperial government does not keep track of that: The Etai peoples who are comprised of the Aigio, the Antheians and the Lomians. The Alarii who are comprised of the Felathrians, the Corsi and the Élymoians. The Lianren who are comprised of the Xan and the Chu and the Ormessians who are comprised by the Goths. Additionally there is a sizable population of the Flendrehil people (elves) and of the Taenic peoples.
How many official languages are there in your nation? What are these? The official language of the Empire is a trans-Imperial language aptly called ''Imperial" which is a blend of the Imperial languages, the other spoken languages are Neo-Etai, Lianese, Flendrehil and Taenic.
What is the political position of your nation's ruling Government? Centrist, albeit authoritarian.
What type of Government does your country have? The government of the Empire is a feudal monarchy.
What percentage of the population is estimated to be LGBT+? Due to there being neither stigma or oppression of LGBTQIA+ individuals the percentage of the population is estimated to around a quarter of the overall population. This is likely a low estimate.
(OOC) Which real life nation would you describe yours as being most similar to? None.

END
Are you satisfied with this index? Indeed.

Your nation's name as you'd like it to appear on the index (usually does not include pretitle) Community of Sovereign Federated Republics (or CSFR if that's too long)
Your nation's current year 2022
Your nation's IC population 94,071,130
Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes please

Strictly speaking, the only union recognized in the CSFR is civil (i.e. non-religious) marriage, and it is reserved for heterosexual couples. Same-sex marriages conducted abroad are not recognized as valid within the territory of the CSFR.
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children? There are no restrictions nor special protections for same-sex couples to adopt children.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation? Anti-discrimination legislation is very weak in general in the CSFR, and does not protect LGBT people specifically.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people? Private businesses are allowed to discriminate as they please, but this does not extend to public institutions. Any refusal by a public institution must be duly justified, and simply being LGBT+ is not a valid reason.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process? No
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation? Pro-LGBT groups mostly can not operate due to the extreme regulations imposed on civil society at large, which are extremely burdensome and prevent any group considered undesirable by the authorities from forming.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest? The right to protest does not exist in CSFR. Any unauthorized protest is subject to dispersal and harsh penalties for disturbing public order. Hence, pride events can not be celebrated.
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online? All citizens are subject to strict restrictions on the right to free speech, with any content considered sensitive systematically censored and deleted. This extends to any content that discusses LGBT issues, especially online.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services? Only while using public services, as per 1.4.
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity? Yes

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system? Please give details. No. Any curriculums must be explicitly approved by the state, precluding LGBT topics from being covered as per 1.8.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system? No
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity? No
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry? Yes
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity? Hostility to LGBT people is prevalent in the military, but there are no legal restrictions that prevent openly LGBT people from serving.
6/ Does your government recognise "X" or an equivalent non-binary gender identity on official documentation? No
7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid? No, as it was deemed to lack scientific basis.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies? No. Pride flags are not banned per se, but they lack any sort of legal recognition and hence can not be flown in official acts.
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature? No
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations? No, as per 1.6.

Section Three - Healthcare:
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Do your nation's LGBT+ citizens have access to specialist sexual health services? No
2/ (If applicable) Which aspects of gender transition are covered by your nation's healthcare system? N/A
3/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or sexual reassignment surgery (SRS)? No
4/ Are your nation's trans citizens required to go through "real life experience" (RLE) before having access to treatment? N/A
5/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to import their own medication for the purposes of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? No, as they are deemed controlled substances.
6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS? N/A. General age of majority is 18.
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available? Puberty blockers are deemed controlled substances. Trans citizens do not have access to them unless it's for a medical reason unrelated to their gender identity.
8/ Is pre and post-transition physical and mental healthcare available to your nation's trans citizens? Not in the public healthcare system. Extremely rare in the private healthcare system.
9/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to other gender-affirming healthcare and resources? Not in the public healthcare system. Extremely rare in the private healthcare system.

2/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support same-sex adoption? 17%
3/ What percentage of your nation's citizens support peoples' right to transition? 12%
4/ Is there a taboo or stigma surrounding the discussion of LGBT+ issues in your nation? Yes. This taboo is de facto enforced by strict official censorship as per 1.8.
5/ Are LGBT+ citizens in your nation commonly subjected to discrimination online and/or in person? While sex-same activity has long been decriminalized and is legal, discrimination and bias against LGBT people (and other collectives) is still pervasive in all aspects of society. However, there are strict limits on how this negativity can be expressed, because of the wider restrictions on any speech deemed to destabilize society. Conversely, this also means that pro-LGBT opinions are very difficult to express as well. Violence against LGBT citizens is rare, at least in public spaces, due to rampant surveillance and tight control over public behavior by the authorities.
6/ If pride parades or similar occur in your nation, are they met with counter-marches or other resistance? Pride parades can not be held in the CSFR because of the harsh restrictions on public protest. For the exact same reason, anti-LGBT marches can not be held either.
7/ If applicable to your dialect(s), are your nation's citizens generally accepting of someone's pronouns when they transition? Only applicable to some of the languages spoken in the CSFR. Acceptance varies, with the youth being significantly more accepting than the eldery, but is consistently below 50%.
8/ Are the major religious groups within your nation generally accepting of LGBT+ people and their lifestyles? No. However, religious groups are subject to official supervision and are prevented from having large influence bt the authorities. Top government positions are de facto reserved for atheists.
9/ How prevalent are gender-neutral bathrooms/restrooms in your nation? Extremely rare.
10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia? LGBT issues are largely ignored in academia due to the threat of censorship, and are limited to surveys or other sort of objective commentary that avoids making a pro- or anti-LGBT stance.

Section Five - Media and Political Representation
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? No
2/ Are there prominent anti-LGBT+ media figures in your nation's news and entertainment sphere? If so, how popular are they? Some prominent TV personalities are known to hold anti-LGBT views, but their ability to publicly express them is very limited because of censorship and official restrictions on free speech.
3/ Are there prominent LGBT+ role models for young people displayed in your nation's media? No, because of censorship.
4/ Are LGBT+ people able to see relateable characters in your nation's prominent works of fiction? No, because of censorship.
5/ Does support for LGBT+ people vary greatly depending on the region/state you live in? Do laws differ greatly? Support varies greatly between republics and regions, with the highest acceptance rates estimated at around 30% in the Árilan Republic and the lowest at below 5% in the Marmullunan Republic. Laws on LGBT issues do not vary greatly between republics - while the CSFR is a federal state, in practice the one party system precludes meaningful decentralization.
6/ Do explictily pro-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No (one-party state)
7/ Do explictily anti-LGBT+ parties exist in your nation's political sphere? If so, what support do they have? No (one-party state)
8/ Are there prominent politicians or public servants who are openly LGBT+? A former Minister of Economy is known to be gay.
9/ Are there prominent pro-LGBT+ voices within your nation's ruling party? Small sectors within the ruling All-Community People's Party (ACPP), with the sympathy of a minority of top officials, are known to press for increased LGBT rights, in particular the legalization of same-sex marriage and anti-discrimination laws.
10/ Are LGBT+ people permitted to run for election or your nation's equivalent political process? Are they permitted to lead the nation? There are no restrictions on LGBT people participating in politics that do not apply to cis/heterosexual citizens.

Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored?: Yes, please.
Please confirm you are a human nation!: Flatwoodlands is a human nation.
You may request a breakdown of your score via TG once it is processed. Note that any requests for breakdowns or additional information are only processed when the queue of submissions is empty.

Section One - Legally Enforcable Rights
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are your nation's citizens permitted to marry or form civil unions with those of the same sex?: Yes
2/ Are persons in same-sex relationships permitted to adopt or otherwise raise children?: No; however, same-sex couples can have their DNA spliced to create a clone baby. Therefore, they can technically have their own child[ren] for a steep price.
3/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected by hate speech and general anti-discrimination legislation?: Yes - They have equal basic rights like ordinary citizens.
4/ Do your nation's citizens have the right to withhold goods and/or services from LGBT+ people?: No, but if LGBT+ individuals are misbehaving or committing a felony, then yes.
5/ Do citizens who are gender transitioning have the right to alter their legal name(s) and documents? If so, how difficult is this process?: Transitioning individuals cannot change their surname, but they can change everything else. While there is no penalty changing names otherwise, a transitioning person needs to provide a before and after picture, allowing the system to compare and store for later reference. In case a transitioning individual wants to revert back their original self, the system can seamlessly and automatically edit his/her legal documents; however, he/she will need to make the changes manually if they want to transition back again.
6/ Are there large national and/or regional pro-LGBT+ groups within your nation?: Yes - The largest of them all is from the GRN party. Apparently, the party has its own LGBT+ wing (Rainbow Arms), which is the only one of its kind - something the other parties (RED, LO, BLU, and VLT) don’t have.
7/ If yes, do these groups and the individuals associated with them have the right to free assembly and/or public protest?: Yes. While LGBT+ have the basic right to assembly and protest like everyone else, the GRN party is able to protect and project their voice and representation, especially if they’re farmers or workers (the party’s main supporters and audience).
8/ Do your nation's LGBT+ individuals and groups have the right to free speech both in person and online?: Yes.
9/ Are your nation's LGBT+ citizens protected from discrimination in the workplace, during education, and while using public services?: Yes.
10/ Are your nation's trans citizens specifically banned from participating in sporting activities based on their preferred gender identity?: No.

Section Two - Government Stances on LGBT+ Issues
Expanding on answers past "yes/no" is appreciated where possible/applicable.
1/ Are LGBT+ topics covered in your nation's education system?: Yes. The main idea is to create an astute and open-minded society, thereby allowing LGBTQ+ individuals to be freely and lovingly integrated into society with no ill-intentions.
2/ Are LGBT+ voices taken into account when legislation is being developed and debated within your nation's legal system?: Yes
3/ Does your nation take refugees from other countries who are persecuted on the basis of their sexual or gender identity?: Yes; however, if a refugee is found and proven to be accused of legitimate criminal charges, Flatwoodlands will happily do the contrary.
4/ Does your nation's armed forces (or equivalent) allow LGBT+ people entry?: Yes.
5/ If yes, are they permitted to be open about their gender or sexual identity?: Yes.

7/ Does your nation's legal system recognise the "trans panic" and/or "gay panic" defence(s) as valid?: No.
8/ Does your government allow pride flags to be flown alongside the national flag at official events and ceremonies?: Yes.
9/ Does your government allow discussion and debate of LGBT+ issues within its legislature?: Yes.
10/ Does your government recognise LGBT+ charities as valid and allow tax-deductable donations?: Yes as long as it’s sponsored by the GRN party. It’s a crime if anybody else does it; charities is seen as private property; private property is illegal in Flatwoodlands.

6/ What your nation's age of majority when making decisions regarding HRT and SRS?: 16 years old
7/ Do your nation's trans citizens have access to puberty blockers? If so, from what age are they available?: Yes, only for dire medical reasons. Fortunately, all drug use is decriminalised; puberty blockers, for example, are available to children as young as five years old, and abuse can easily be treated with rehab for stem cell therapy.

10/ What are the opinions on LGBT+ issues from your nation's academia?: They are critical to both the nation’s academia and the future of Flatwoodlands’ children. To simply leave LGBT+ issues unaddressed or ignored means a violation of both the nation’s basic rights and founding ideas.
