Also, instead of the typical 'five approval requirement', I request that there is a veto option for this measure and that there must be a supermajority of 2/3 of approvals over vetoes for this to measure to pass. Thank you.

Without caring for the second part i second this motion

I would like to bring this to your attention. We already have it seconded, we need five move to push it higher in the queue. It is essential this bill is voted on.

Third and I also move that we omnibus this with Terrorism Investigation Act since we need to have inquest into this bombing incident before evidence is destroyed.

Didn't you need 10 to move something up the queue? That's what we did last time. I third, anyway. Or fifth, I suppose.

Evidence will be in the senate building, in months that it will take for this inquest to be set up, evidence will be damaged and moved.

An inquest is not an investigation. The police will be searching the building immediately. Well, we would be if we had any legal provision for Scene Of Crime Officers.

EDIT: as it is it'd just be DCs walking around and putting things into evidence bags.

Well, we didn't.
Plus, in months certain members might have left nation or forgotten about incident or died.

As I said, the police do not need an inquest to investigate murder.

No, but inquest is needed to determine where failings were. It wont pass guilty/innocent verdict but rather will investigate where flaws were and what can be done to prevent it in future.

I imagine internal inquests will be going on in the Intelligence Services (do we have any?) and the Senate Security (do we have any?), since it's doubtful that the politicians would have any ability to prevent this. But hey, the police will investigate the murders and you can decide who's responsible for fucking up their jobs.

I never implied fault lied with politicians, although since ministers give orders, that is where I would look first however Senatorial Inquest does not just have authority within the senate but has universal jurisdiction so it will also determine flaws within the senate security, police etc etc.

Gendarmerie handles security of the Senate. I think there was a proposal to establish an Intelligence/Security service.

I move to bring the Justice Act to the top of the queue.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.
