With the Six Nations about to start IRL, let's get some rugby going in NS. Host bids are welcome and should include a method of scorination. You should indicate whether and if so how you intend to use the rankings, too. Puppets must be declared and their inclusion will be for the host to decide on, though by default the RWC follows the NSS standard of allowing only one puppet per user.

Note that this is a competition for rugby union.
