As host of the last rugby union world cup, I'm going to take the initiative to open signups for the new one. Hopefully with the real life RWC going on it will put people in the mood for some NS action!

Host bids are welcome and should include a method of scorination. You should indicate whether and if so how you intend to use the rankings, too. Puppets must be declared and their inclusion will be for the host to decide on.
