SportsSurveillanceCams.geecom Pickup of the Month for April: Ex-player gives Lertora and everyone a nice fix: time-rewinding devices?!
Julio: Two matches will pass since the arrival of me which is consequently the window left for you to get your freaking crap together. Since we can't stay on this current trajectory for it being too dangerous and at the same time I can't assure anyone that they will do well enough for the association to look into me as a legitimate option for your coach, and since I really want the association's looking into me as a hire to be a possibility, I will put a man-made concept and very real thing into each and everyone's hands, that is, time. I promise you guys that the results may not be there at first, but I am also to be seen as a familial figure to everyone here, as much as a manager, so you can have me console you or cry into my arms if you have some really heart-rending injuries that you may collate on the field. Now, I don't want a one of you having on those watches which see, record, and hear everything we say from here forward so if we could just throw those into the bin we have here, please.
Everyone puts their DocuClocks in the bin.
Blask: Haha, it is such an easy thing to do, I have seen it on TV where Loui and Barella did it in the Cup of Harmony. We advance with our giant green forces, winning nearly every group stage game until the knock-outs, where from then we consider things very carefully and you, Julio, don't play around with subs.
Ogrodowski: I am in agreement, but from where do we start? And which tactics are the worthier of the ones we have played with? It is what I would like to call, "a situation that is better approached with no plan", because there has been a history of Geektopian managers falling into the trap of starting untrustworthy Aimenan-blooded Geeks, and it is such a stupid trap that I don't want you to resort to, Julio, so along with this, there are revisions we HAVE to make.
Aadish Lieesslolg: Hahahahaa, of course.
Ogrodowski: For us though, I don't want to imagine a future with more Aimees in our ranks, but I have to tell you, it looks like it will happen.
Aadish Lieesslolg: I understand. Since there is a future that involves me you could interpret that as, "anything with me". Of course, you shouldn't let this get in the way of me distributing the ball to you if we do start together against, say, Sannyamathland.
Julio: Paint this picture: we go through the trouble of winning our first game against the old football enemies of TJUN-ia who we've already faced three times before, but who are more comfortable in this particular competition and then us ourselves will feel comfortable. Then we go through the rest of it in this haze while Ogrodowski hates Muratbek, Autianna, and Aadish, and so we get hit in the face with a sharp stick at the game against Imoto, before we get struck with the stick two more times and go on to have a 1-0-3 record. Of course, this is an analogy for division and how it is a sharp stick waiting to strike at the eyes and face that represent our teamwork, unity, cooperation, and the like. I watched the last Cup of Harmony we were in and I have a particular hunch as to how it happened, so although I do share your sentiments, Ogro, you can have them wait at the door.
Ogrodowski: I must go back to the past.
Julio: Be well. And from now on, no relieving any sense of duty you have for the international team over military work. For one, I'm tired of the word "teamwork" and I want to use it as lightly as possible, so if you're like I am in this respect, you should know that you will hear this word and it's synonyms so much more beyond having a buddy system in the initial days. But seriously, we need each and every one of your talents here, at all times. After all, without Vert's first goal against Vilita, we would have never gotten a competitive victory in any sport against the likes of those Jungle Rebels. Not just because he scored, but because he seemed so quickly able to make up for those who he replaced.
Diminno: So what is it you had us throw these Docclos in the trash for? I don't see ourselves discussing anything relatively confidential. You know, things which we should really be speaking in Geektopian about. I'm asking on behalf of all the intelligent folks in this room who paid attention to the bit where you said you'd put time in our hands, no? Not reciting your own, personal (and still meaningless) rules of Geektopian politesse, as if there's a majority of folks out there who don't have issues with it.
Julio: Yes, yes, you are the perceptive one, Diminno. And I'm also sure you weren't talking on behalf of part of your "team" for self-aggrandizement reasons, as if there's a majority of folks you care about in this room as you would your brothers and fathers. But anyways, I was going to show you these cheerful-looking boots that have buttons on the soles of them which transport you back in time, as far as one minute. Now, you have to press these three buttons so hard, you'll believe your fingernail is being split in half, and something really great about the whole thing is that you'll have to make it look like you have a rash, or make up a situation, something. For where these 34 pairs of shoes were bought, I had my government friend drop me off via helicopter onto a field of water fifty miles off of the coast of the Chinese Congo which I believed had broken pieces of Chohn-Singh Abirabishu flotillas. Now, would you believe that I carried the thirty-four pairs of shoes whose function I only just realized a week ago by my own hands if I told you? But instead, I'd tell you that you had to find it on your own, find out what you would find out, and seek it out. If you tell anyone else what I let you wear, and give away that you had it given to you by someone else, then you are only going to open everyone else's eyes to it. I mean, even more powerful that those three buttons you pointed out, is the fact that these shoes are able to put you back through all 33 military confrontations we've had with every nation of Kwandoa since our conception. I also found out this function worked and had an 80% probability of occurring within a minute of my reading a magazine with girlies on it and pressing one of the three buttons as hard as I could.
Hugee Adsginsier: Did you use a SpaceTaker to carry all that stuff?
Julio: You know what a SpaceTaker is? How did you get your hands on such valuable information?
Hugee Adsginsier: Well, not with my hands but, rather, with my eyes. I have this vlogger friend Courtieux who told me about sooo much stuff. Like those invaluable shoes you found, this is also a commodity from those rather tanned pirates, but with a side effect upon going into the folded space you create: your arms grow a few more arms.
Julio: I also don't know why one of the ingredients is called 'Jargle Jam', do you get into a jam if you eat it? A jargle?
Hugee Adsginsier: Right, right. Don't know, but think of it as a jam. Not so much a jargle.
Julio: It could also be a mudslide, but that's rather... a little much.
Blask: I and others feel like their ears should be covered during that whole explanation, but without a doubt wearing these shoes gifted from you to us, and with you being our manager first.. it is definitely a sign from above that cheating is only what is required of us from the competition. After all, we've never even seen this side of the TJUNs yet. When we will, the conflicting tactics will certainly give me a headache if I was managing this team, I don't know about the rest of you.
Hugee Adsginsier: It's me you should be concerned about, you know? Is it safe to assume I'm coming for your job?
Blask: Sophistry. It is stated by me that for one, we don't even play in the same position, and that for two, I'm in the Platon reserves! Isn't that what we call ourselves now, the Platons? A sexier name for 'Platonics'?
Hugee Adsginsier: Agggh, it's like we can never share the same opinion. So what? Let's link up more together while we can, because one way or another, we're going to win, and quite frankly, we're going to get sick of it.

• Barella | All-time top goalscorer for the Geektopian national team Barella died on June the 11th in 7920 surrounded by his family and countrymen, and this was after the Vilita home loss in our trying to qualify for World Cup 91, as well as right before the away win at New Eestiball, a nation whose football weaknesses Julio is surely forcing his squad to remember, as he thinks Hojnacki didn't either enough or at all. Anyways, Barella's death was an extreme blow for everyone, and our nation and fans got together in his birthplace of Etehokun, and at all the the major squares of our capital where he was raised to mourn for the man who's death shattered the hopes of every native fan who hoped to see the nation finally go far into the competition ahead of his 'Retiring from Retirement' announcement. Speaking about his life in the capital, everyone has defining moments in childhood that do sooner or later shape their outlook as an adult, for Barella he was abused in this period by his parents and a relative in their apartment home at the center of the capital city and next to it's suburbs, as of an interview he did with Jobless July Magazine right around the time of a win hosting Tioguldos in the World Cup 87 qualifiers. Barella's uncle Svatá whom he took a liking to watched him grow up and endured a number of moments for himself growing up in the capital as well, as Svatá revealed in a video demo earlier this month. He was a big part of the backdrop of Barella's life that gradually shaped his career, and besides being his uncle and coach Svatá was also his mentor, the man who taught him the origins of football and where it all started, on top of taking time to run his successful logging business. As the great man says about his uncle, "He is and will remain a football player and a person with special wisdom concerning that and life, specifically the parts of life where you have a friend who looks down and out of it. He talked to me so much and when the time came that he made me think that talking was miserable, he'd tell me 'It was time to play football and ditch the talking'.".
• Mihdat Yinriku Maminyiniz | Mihdat was not fronted as a captain by anyone other than his national hurling coach, but if Resai Birdizkiysa's first choice for captaincy and half-forward worked out, the history of Byrrandhirian curling would be drastically different and less depressing in some degree. The other half-forward Ramus Antunse was one of Birdizkiysa's first choices to captain the nation, which at that time had entered it's first years of existence as a nation after a mass of land and people had abruptly rose out of the sea, barely connected to Sainterris, called Byrran. Antunse was already interested in Sainterissiot culture from this point and lived in the land until his fifth year, where he signed residency papers to become an official Sainterissiot citizen. By the six hundredth year since the Hurling games of Kwandoa had been established, a Sainterissiot scout had been impressed by Antunse's epic hurling skills, and signed him up on a depth chart to represent Sainterris for HGK 5600. Facing off against and eliminating all manner of opponents in the East side of Kwandoa, Ramus Antunse was in to start for the East Championship game against Byrrandhiria, where Mihdat would also do. After the game that ended with the Byrrans losing after a six point deficit and the only goals being scored by the Sainterissiots, Byrrandhiria went on to represent the East side of the continent against Geektopia and Campo de Ervas, who dutifully went and won their first and second championships respectively. Near the tail end of his career, a happening between him and his manager Resai crossed the line of competitive hurling after they argued and Resai Birdizkiysa saw Mihdat spit at his wife's feet and hit her in the face with a screen door upon leaving Resai's house. After this, he swam around the continents coast for a few hours and was swooped in by the Chohn-Singh Abirabishnu pirate fleet, where he's been making bandit friends by committing atrocious crimes since then. The annuls of his life end here.
• Jo Sjalsboerd | The MOSER boxing competition, which almost exclusively had Kwandoan nations in it, but was titled a "multiversal contest" by it's host nation Geektopia, tended to get a little crazy. Like, stupid crazy. But in 2800, Lardsty versus Pratapgadh, Jo Sjalsboerd versus Yuvraj Azad, craziness turned into tragedy when after so many people were watching boxing matches in the same stadium after the second to last fight on the card started, Sjalsboerd initiated a forward crush after he excited the crowd too much when he feinted a jab and then hit Azad in a critical area on the cross. Six teenage fans were critically injured after this happened and didn't wear off their wounds in the hospital. Needless to say, there was a lot wrong with how the hosting association handled things, not giving a moment's notice to acknowledge the victims before the card after this one, and despite forcing Sponsertivity Boxing to switch out Sjalsboerd, believing he was the cause of the six deaths, for Barney Bucklesford, they forced Sponsertivity boxing to keep the stage name of "Jo Sjalsboerd" on this person who was replacing Sjalsboerd. It was crazy how corrupt all of this was! As to what happened with JS, he was sentenced to prison for life, and his career options were destroyed, along with the chance he'd ever see his family again outside of a telephone call. Despite all of this, Jo is still trying to ride the hype of what happened in that arena as of his writing a book in prison titled "The Feint: From a professional boxer to someone who tries not to drop the soap for a living".
• Nogues Luna Guario | In 1969, Sainterissiot hockey watchers were shoved into a confusing situation when the JHAoS (Junior Hockey Association of Sainterris) announced that Nogues Luna Guario wasn't going to make appearances for the "Ntaitora Toemma" as it's called in Sainterris. Not just for one match, but for the competition going forward, he was out. Luna Guario issued his own apologies and later made a statement regarding what was happening with one of the extremities of his face, "As of the day before World Junior Championships, I felt something with my eyes. My glasses were going and so was the right half of my face, and so I went by myself to the hospital as to verify if this would go on for much longer. The doctor who I checked in with told me, upon my telling him I was going into national junior hockey, that I could either go into the Delaclava game and face complete blindness, retire from hockey at 21 years, or solve the problem with a very costly operation where I'd have attachments put on my optical receptors. The JHAoS decided for me, and to generously cover the costs of the operation. After this, which was some long time ago, I never really got back into looking as promising as I had before that day.". It's still so sad to see such a bright, young star dim from the minutiae of sporting talents there have been, and in such an unexpected manner as well. He also went on to say that he had chose the option of stitches not necessarily because of his sight but out of fear, and that he's since been a spokesperson for promoting safety eye wear products.
• Richi Shipps | After the Chinese Congolese football league transformation, Shipps was pretty excited to front the start of a sporting evolution in his birth country, but the idea of this never was fulfilled, when the CC Union Ultraship and it's founding teams, as well as the leagues made by the CC Union were quickly turned non-professional and abolished after a financial report showed that, by mid-season, player wages had not been up to the standard which was reinforced within the country of Chinese Congo for any job. This was shortly followed by a government crackdown, which led to most league-based football projects being shut down, including the one that Shipps was a part of. As of his writing, Shipps had since moved on from his former occupation in order to pursue other opportunities within the country where he lived, but tragedy struck again, when he was stabbed to death by two unknown assailants in the middle of the night, during an attack that occurred in Shipps' home in the country of Chinese Congo. Reports show that the two attackers broke into Shipps' house and proceeded to stab him over and over in his sleep, leaving a pool of blood all across the room and on his bed. There has been no reason given as to why these men attacked him, nor has there been any sort of investigation into the matter, but the police had stated they were working diligently on finding the perpetrators. Murder rates in Chinese Congo had been soaring to twenty-five homicides for every thousand people when this happened, but have relatively cooled down to two and a half as of the latest report in August 7925. I'd be willing to guess it was because football used to be people's lives back then.
