It means "Deck Value", as in the value of all of the trading cards you own.

Does anyone have any information on the correlation between card rarity and your rank in the trading card stat? I think we talked about this before on here but there were mixed responses floating around. Thanks in advance

When collecting the trading cards that one receives every once in a while, whilst answering issues, a nation's "International Artwork" nation stat can increase. The Deck Value of your nation is the direct influence of the statistic. When in the upper ranks of such badges, such as the Top 250 in the World, I have heard theories relating it to the predicted rarity of your own trading card in a coming Season, or in our case Season 3. Sorry for the information blurb, I had to paraphrase a lot of that to cut down on its verbosity. Oh, and never be afraid to ask questions, I, and many others here, appreciate questions.

I've been an Uncommon in both S1 and S2, so I suspect I'll be Uncommon again. Would be nice to get a Rare, but I've no idea what determines the rarity.

I'd say uncommon due to the founder badge, you can increase the rarity if you earn more stat badges by answering issues, or by other kinds of badges like issue or WA author.

And can I say that that pre-title alone will make your card extremely collectable? Even if your card isn't that high of a rank, it's value will be far above junk for that pre-title.
