If you're using broadcaster dimensions (an image that is 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels) I usually make the image 100 pixels by 100 pixels and put a transparency of 30% on it

ETV is Ezmwalia's first and (so far) only national English-language broadcaster. It is a state-owned broadcaster, but is not under any pressure to conform to partisan politics within the Democratic States. Journalism within ETV, as well as within the Democratic States as a whole, is considered free and fair, and ETV offers news service about goings-on in Ezmwalia, while also reporting on international news from an Adralian bent, and also shows English dubbed versions of popular Ezmwalian and Adralian television shows and movies. There is no advertising allowed on ETV, as state subsidies pay for the entertainment and journalism service, not private enterprise.
