Its basically a state capitalist government inspiring nightmarish technology (social credit technology) for the sake of a greater China. How "great" this China will be, and what will happen once the PRC collapses is up for debate.
We take for granted that the political/national system in china will eventually collapse, based on the precedent of communist russia, but the more scary forecast is, what if it takes a different route than communist russia and doesn't collapse?
Just saying for discussion sake, what if they turn Xi into a cyborg as eternal great leader of greater china? No more uncertainty on the political leadership. Given the PRC relationship with technology (or lack of ethics of technology), they would likely think about it if the technology for it was available to them.
On a personal note Benuty, where did you inform yourself on the finer details about china's methods ?
Like "the one child policy was developed by the military science branch" and "If the Uighur workers meet their quotas they get the privilege of reuniting with their kids", i would like to check the source too.
