Personality:
A misunderstood person triggered to be a bad person only to prove that he's not weak but with that he's too merciful but can create vehicles of mass destruction.

And with being sad he's a huge weakling and starts to cry privately.

Biography:
Born in the Philippines in the Chinese Hospital(it's just called Chinese hospital it's not Chinese, well it is but not entirely Chinese)he was born with a high IQ.

During Pre-school years he's been teased and called a weakling and with this he grew wanting revenge and not to be called weakling.

When he grew 14 his parents got a job to America and lived there grabbing everything they have and moved to Boston, this gave the young man a change but the only thing changed was the amount of people bullying him was more often than usual.

After graduation in high school he was sent to a medical school while learning science and nuclear technology in the same time and the Geneva Convention and thought he could be a hero one day but he was almost sent to war but luckily a professor took him in his studies and a apprentice until this professor died he took over his works and made the first ever cam bot, a robot that flies and tracks down any potential criminals by the use of Police network.

And with that he was sued of his credits and cambots as well and this made the man angrier than before so while trying not to harm anyone else not of importance he creates robots of mass destruction for either himself or other people but tries to limit who can it hurt or what but with all of this he gets no credit but continues to create more robots.

He now resides in his old professor's house and workshop where in his professor's will, given to him legally as well as allowed to do anything he wants too do.

This seems to be the kind of anti-hero grey character that Star wants to avoid, so I'm afraid I can't accept it at this time.

Level of Technology: They have the best technology Humanity has to offer. They have not reverse engineered from alien tech rather they took alien tech stripped it down and figured out how to use human tech and bring it to that level.

Faction Biography/Lore: It is one of the Largest medical and science related Companies in the World. On the surface they have great PR and an equally great reputation. This is because over the years they developed many medicines and associated things that have advanced medical treatment and detection greatly. Until Avalon and Phalanx started things with researching Xantheian tech and the like, that is. However while their company has taken hits they are still able to continue operations easily, this is because many people like the fact that they don't use Alien tech for anything, merely improving what humanity has, using what humanity has.

Location: Primarily, the United States.

Level of Technology: Aleam is slightly more advanced than modern technology.

Faction Biography/Lore: Aleam, deriving its name from the Latin word for Hazard, is a group of terrorists, criminals and villains who work together for the common goal of ensuring chaos. Aleam was founded by the mysterious Quaestio (Latin for 'Question'). Quaestio is the official leader of Aleam, whose only goals seem to be causing destruction and death. Aleam's preferred weapons are bioweapons or other weapons of extreme destruction (they have never gotten to WMDs level of destruction). Aleam is somewhat of a mysterious group; its various divisions and members throughout the States are only connected via their common association and employment under Quaestio. Quaestio is almost never seen himself in public; most of his appearances occur online or via television after 'hijacking' a news channel. Quaestio also uses secondary means of communication, i.e. his 'Agents' who work for him and tell things to members of Aleam.

Quaestio and his mysterious nature, along with the way Aleam functions, makes it seem unpredictable. Its members tend to have brawls with heroes in the process of their crimes, and if they are caught, some are even willing to kill themselves rather than expose their means of communication and/or contact with Quaestio. Appearance: Quaestio, as he appears in online livestreams and/or on television. For some reason, no matter how bright the image, his face is completely hidden in blackness as seen in the image. Usually, Aleam's logo is in the background; if not, its in an alternate hoodie that has it stitched in.

Personality: Calm, collected, organized. Intelligent. Quaestio doesn't make mistakes or slip up. He is very organized and compartmentalized. Quaestio also has a bit of a God complex.

Biography: Quaestio's origins and true name are unknown; however, it is presumed that he surfaced via the Deep Web some years ago. Quaestio went by his alias online, and nobody ever could figure out his real name or find out anything really about him. Quaestio founded Aleam initially as a way to organize like-minded people who felt the government was no longer necessary, or simply wished to instill anarchy and chaos upon the world. Quaestio was seen as a bit hypocritical by some, but ironic by others: an organized man who sought to create anarchy, with an organized group that sought the same goals. Quaestio has been leading Aleam for the past year, and it has only recently escalated to include supervillains in the past few months or so.

However, the supervillains it does include are reasonably dangerous, and must be stopped. Aleam seems only interested in the death and destruction of society itself. They will do anything to accomplish this. Quaestio has never appeared in public, and has only appeared in television or in online livestreams. Quaestio's voice is often slightly disguised, but it is easy to tell he's a male.

Powers/Abilities:

• Hacking Intuition: Quaestio has the uncanny capability to seemingly hack into anything. If it's connected to the internet or ethernet, or if it's even remotely wireless, he can seemingly hack into it if it has data or storage. Quaestio has evidenced this by his ability to release government documents or show them off during some of his 'broadcasts.' This, along with his huge network of hackers working for him, means nothing online is safe from him. He likely sees and knows everything going on in the Web.
• Cloaking: Or, rather, a version of Cloaking. It is assumed he has this power as he is able to keep his identity secret no matter what you do to images or screen captures taken of his broadcasts. It's as if he doesn't exist.
• Tracking Evasion: Thus far, no electronic methods on Earth can track down Quaestio's true location, even past hackers who have worked for him. It's as if his electronic footprint doesn't exist, and he can't be found. Quaestio also registers no heat signature or x-ray signature when superheroes have reported using powers to see such even via recordings, suggesting he might not be human.

Weaknesses

• Non-Physical: Quaestio can't get up close and personal by virtue of his refusal to do so. He relies on his hacking skills and/or his agents or Aleam soldiers and the like to interact with the 'real world' and do his deeds. Without them, he is likely nothing.
• God Complex: Quaestio has a god complex. This means he tends to underestimate people he sends his agents/soldiers after.
• Disconnected: If you're somewhere he can't see or hear you via cameras or surveillance systems, and you're somewhere where no devices are connected, he can't even touch you or have his agents get you.

Equipment: Unknown.

Likes: He seems to always have classical music on low volume in the background of his broadcasts.
Dislikes: Obviously, being stopped or losing men.

Personality: Roy is agreeable and keeps to himself most of the time. He is very caring though and will go out of his way to help people. He's an adorable optimist and keeps searching for the bright side regardless how hard it is to find.

Biography: The circumstances of Roy's birth and his family history are both a mystery. All that is known is that over 15 years ago he was abandoned at the door of an orphanage in the dead of night in a small village in South America. The orphanage soon found out why because the next night shadows had began to surround the new born born baby. They thought the boy was possessed so he was handed over to the local church where he was cared for by the local priests. They raised him the best he could but it was quite a rough life for the boy. He was brutalized by the local children and often had to fight to survive. However things changed when he was 5 years old and the mercenary Floyd Martin came into town.

When Martin arrived he heard whispers about the local demon boy , or "demonio" as he was referred to by the locals. Martin was walking through town when he was a boy being brutally beaten by others. Martin scattered the other boys and discovered that the boy who he had saved was in fact the demon. Roy would not talk to Martin for a very long time but after Martin fed him and fixed his wounds Roy spoke up. When Martin heard of the boy's powers he was quite interested, thinking about his potential. Martin offered to adopt the boy who readily agreed to escape the hell that he currently lived in.

Martin brought Roy to his mansion in the Andes where he trained the boy to be a fierce warrior and future mercenary. He was harsh with Roy, but kept him safe and well fed. They actually began to bond after a while. Roy was given an excellent education both academically and militarily. He proved to have quite the scientific mind and was building computers by the time he was 10.

There was one problem for Martin, Roy showed a strong aversion to killing. His weapon of choice was a non lethal staff and he refused to kill. Martin thought he could eventually dissuade Roy of this naive principle. However their relationship came to an unpleasant end when one night Martin told Roy that the next morning he would have to kill in order to prove his dedication to him and the mercenary life. That night, Roy gathered his staff, armor, and as much money and equipment and ran away in the shadows.

For 6 months the 15 year old boy was on the run from his vengeful mercenary father, dealing with the internal struggle between his principles and his training. It was then out of desperation that he attempted to rob Justice Tower. Little did he know it was the home of the Justice Queens and he didn't make it very far. Luckily for him they were not angry nor did they call the police. Instead they welcomed him with open arms, cleaned him up and gave him a place to stay. Valancy in particular took the boy in, and they developed a very close relationship.

Soon however Floyd came after Roy, kidnapping him and beating him severely as bait for Valancy and the Justice Queens. In a great battle the JQ managed to rescue him and send Floyd to jail where he belonged. Now finally free of his past, Roy began to establish himself as a hero as well, though he was inexperienced still. He eventually left for a short time to discover himself and his abilities, missing the Xantheian invasion but returning after it stronger than ever. He became a hero in his own right, but still lives with the Justice Queens and his adoptive mother Valancy.

• Shadow Absorption: Roy can take in any darkness around it, and use it to greatly increase his strength and speed, as well as project it as an energy weapon.
• Peak Human: Roy is in peak human condition
• Trained Fighter: Roy is trained in hand to hand combat as well as survivalism and fighting with his staff.

• Light: Roy has a weakness to light, it disorients him and negates his shadow powers.

Personality: Confident in himself, devout christian, perfectionist, Narcissist, likes to be in a position of power, doesnt like being left out, belives himself to be the protector of the people

Biography:
Blackmore was born to a middle class family, he was a prodigy in everything he set his mind and was friends with all the kids in the neighborhood, but he knew this type of life wasnt for him, he felt he was wasting his potential by being there, that he was in another level from the lowly kids he played with, it only reaffirmed his way of thinking the day he got his power, he was arguing with a friend of his over money he owed him, the
boys were about to punch each other, when it started to rain, and blackmore saw the reason he was different from the other, the raindrops had froze in mid air, Blackmore tried to grab one but when he touched it continued its way into the floor like normal, his friend panicked tried to get back to his home, but the moment his hand touched one of the raindrops it pierced his hand. Blackmore was surprised, he wasnt hurt by the raindrops so he deduced he was the one who caused the phenomena, after concentrating in letting the rain flow it returned back to normal, both boys going blackmore mother and telling her to call an ambulance to treat the boys hand. While his mother and his friend where in a state of shock about the strange thing happened, Blackmore was barely containing a grin, it was his proof that he was something else, the gift god gave just to him.

A few days after Blackmore tried to use his ability on normal water but found out that it dindt do anything giving him knowledge of his biggest weakness, he could use it only in rainy days. Blackmore skipped school on rainy days and practiced his power on local thugs and hobos as he considered them local trash, after training for a couple of years he gained the attetion of a private military company, who offered him a job in their ranks. Blackmore quickly stablished himself in a high position, but still went out on the battlefield because of his effectiveness.

Blackmore view on life changed on the Xantheians invasion, Blackmore was working for them in subjugating a city when a hero managed to dissipate the rain with his power and shoot him in the neck, confused about the turn of events, Blackmore ran until he passed out from his injuries. surpringsily Blackmore found himself in the ruins of a local church, with his neck injurie left as only as a scar. Blackmore though about what had happened believing it was a second chance from God, to repent for his actions and to make right in the world full of supervillians. Blackmore now goes out every rainy day in Pandora city, not to train his abilities on vagabonds and thugs, insted to protect them from the supers that want to take advantage of the weak

• Rain manipulation: Blackmore ability consists of manipulating raindrops, such as making them solid and freezing them where they are making the raindrops able to tear flesh, making constructs with them, deflecting bullets with solidified raindrops and using them as plataforms to "fly"
• Rain dependent inmortality: While there is rain Blackmore can shrug normal and mortal injuries

That post of mine was from a while ago. Your application was not accepted, I'm afraid. You can either try and edit it by fixing grammar, capitalization and that stuff. Also, if you do edit it, I need you to be more specific in the bio. Some of it, like the Geneva Convention part does not make sense when I read it now, and I did put an announcement up that I'll be only accepting heroes temporarily with a few exceptions, so you'll have to change that. Or, you could try a totally new hero. It's up to you. Thanks.
