Some JW Halls keep good records, others do not - so a lot of places get very persistent JWs, with some of them being idiots who go to the same place over and over again, and others genuinely having no idea they're visiting the same places that have rejected them in the past, and some picking up the buck for someone else's rejections.

One would assume they'd get the picture after the first month.

Some of the American Halls have impeccable track records from memory - the kind of ones where you say "I'm not interested" and the entire denomination ceases to exist.
