Reminds all present national representatives that The United Kingdom of Greater America (UKGA) was unanimously condemned by this Senate under DRS Resolution 9: Condemn The United Kingdom of Greater America.

Further noting that following an invasion of Panama and Costa Rica UKGA was condemned for a second time due to blatant disregard for civilian lives and global trade.

Aware that UKGA has recently annexed Morocco and announced their intentions to annex further territory in the Americas.

Seeking to prevent the spread of imperialism in Africa as called for by this Senate's previously passed legislation, and to uphold the sovereignty of other threatened states, hereby:

Condemns The United Kingdom of Greater America.
Officially cedes Cuba and Puerto Rico to the new United States of America.
Calls upon UKGA to withdraw from Morocco within 7 days to comply with DRS Resolution 25.
Authorizes the deployment of Democritus Capital Territory Peacekeepers to Morocco in order to aid in the transition process.
Authorizes member states to 'take all actions necessary' ... 'so long as such actions do not breach other passed DRS resolutions' with regards to ending UKGA's expansionism in Africa (as per the terms of DRS Resolution 21).

DRS Proposal: Sovereign Land, Sovereign States Act

Noting the previous DRS Proposal: DRS Proposal 15 "Two-State Solution" which designated both the Republics of Palestine and Israel to their respective prewar borders of 1947, but understanding slight alternations must be made to achieve long lasting peace herby:

Acknowledges: Previous failures of yesteryear by both Israel, Palestine, and the global community as a whole to take a stronger stance until recently to bring peace to the region collectively known as "The Holy Land"

Accepts that: The poor wording and management of the Balfour Declaration was a key component in creating ethnic nationalism and hatred between the Jewish and Muslim communities of then then "Mandate of Palestine"

Understands: The contributions of all states involved in the previous DRS Resolution to stifle anymore bad relations between the then Republic of Israel and State of Palestine.

Herby: Alters the borders to of the dual states of the separate Republics of Palestine and Israel to the newly proposed Sovereign States Borders of Israel and Palestine. Establishing the Republic of Palestine closer to its neighbors of Jordan and Egypt.

Allows and Endorses: All states who had previously been in the before mentioned DRS Resolution: 15 to continue their duty and promise in meditating peace between the two countries so that one day peace may thrive in the region.

Further Endorses: That the Golan Heights as a captured and then annexed territory of Israel following the Six Days War, and further acknowledges that the territory was captured to protect the then State of Israel, but acknowledging the current peacekeeping efforts in the region between the two states request that the Golan Heights be returned to Syria only should peacekeeping missions have been made between the Republic of Israel and the Democratic Republic of Syria to further normalize relations and create long-lasting peace and stability in both countries.
