A World Without America II
Part I: The Reichening
IC: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=329706
The year is 1773. It has been ten years since the end of the Seven Years War, which marked the beginning of a change in the world. Prussia's victory over Austria secured the rights of Prussian control of Silesia, at the expense of soldiers lost. Prussia's might has awaken, and only time can tell where it shall lead. Friedrich II died in 1761, leaving the crown behind for his infantile daughter, Katherine. Katherine is now thirteen years old, and the spectres of court and palace intrigue surround her at every turn, and everyone is suspect... Britain's power is now unrivaled in North America, having seized French North America, and bringing it to heel before them. This however, has given way to difficulties with their American subjects, who now seek to distance themselves from London. The Sons of Liberty are itching to unravel Britain's empire, maybe they shall soon have their chance...
To the east, the briny foams of Asia and Oceania lay untouched by Europe, and await their future. Closer to Europe, the Cossacks have wrought their independence from the Polish and have created a new Hetmanate, and seek to create a world power in their own right, but their Muscovite neighbors may prove troublesome, as may the vengeful Poles, or the malicious Magyars...
Maestro, you are now the commander of destiny, the lord of your own realm, take up your instrument, and let the world hear you.
Rules
II. Membership in this RP is a privilege, not a right. Unruly behavior or poor RPing skills may result in an ejection at OP's leisure.
III. Keep personal attacks to a minimum -- and do not use quotes or infoboxes to convey this. If you have a problem with someone, take it to TG. Offenders will be disposed of.
IV. No unfair land-grabs without player permission.
V. No Godmodding. Realism is encouraged but not required. If you're unsure where this line is drawn, contact OP.
VI. Unicario may change these rules at any time, but will give people warning if need be.
VII. No pompous moralism about fascism or communism in the IC.
VIII. Plotting is sorta frowned upon, and if I find out you're plotting against a player entirely for OOC reasons, I will cut your throat open and drink your fluids. Plotting for IC reasons is fine, as long as it's not just Revenge before Reason.
IX. Five nations shall be the maximum number of nations one player holds. Former colonies do not count. OP and Co-OP are exempt from this rule
X. Technological inventions go to their historical inventors unless permission is granted; or exchanged.
XI. OP and Co-OPs will roleplay as NPC nations on a need-be basis (military invasion w/o proper justification, for example, or if someone is a known godmodder).
Co-OP's: Bojikami
Sign-up sheet for those invited and those playing. You must fill out one for every country you have. (Three is maximum btw)
