I don't want you as Austria because thus far you have done absolutely nothing to prove you're capable of handling a country like Austria.

But that is the point. I don't want Austria to simply run into the ground. I want a certain standard. If Vak can show and demonstrate good RPing ability in his other nations, I will reconsider it. I'll even go so far as to declare Austria in OP reserve until later. I will speak to Vak about a possible chance to be Austria under certain agreements of how Austria shall go. We will see. Vak, I will consider possibly talking to you about it.
Also, guys, a rule clarification.
Vassalization of player nations is permitted. If a player nation is vassalized and forced to kneel before a larger empire, then, that player will still have his/her nation. However, his/her overlord, Player A, will be able to tell them what they can and cannot do in terms of IC. Like, you can't negotiate treaties, only I can... or, I control all of your armed forces (though Player B can create underground resistance militia to counter it, even if that wasn't a thing in 1775.)
If Player B (vassalized) disagrees with Player A's choices and jurisdiction, they can either resign the vassal nation and pick another one to replace it, or, they can wage a revolutionary war against their overlord to declare independence. Either one is legal. OP and Co-OP will be responsible for checking to make sure there is no metagaming or godmodding going on in these regions. Overlords can't muster 100% of the nation to their cause, most people would resist in some manner.

For now. Once Yeongjo dies however, his son will probably attempt to get Korea to declare independence from China, albeit gradually (i.e. allowing the Dutch and British to expand their presence, but only keep direct control of Nampo and Incheon respectively, constitutional monarchy, before culminating in independence).
