ANDRADINA TORNADO HAS FIRST VICTIM

The Andradina tornado that touched down 6 minutes ago had had its first fatality, senior citizen Konstantino João, of 68 years old. He owned the farm Boca do Rio, that was destroyed by the 195 KM/h tornado. Before this sad incident, he allowed the Hungarian chaser team Budapesti Vihar and Shangtianhuan team Lóngjuǎnfēng bìnyíguǎn do research on the tornado in his road.

Other farms were affected like Espada Paraná, but these were empty. Evacuations in nearby farms also begin currently. The status of the current Andradina tornado is EF2.
"My dad, was a brave man. He faced the first tornado Andradina had and even took a photo of the beast. He is now in a better place, taking pictures of other tornadoes" says his son.
The Budapesti Vihar team recorded that the tornado was unusually fast for such a small wind concentration. It is expected to end by 1:35 PM.

ANDRADINA F2 EN ROUTE TO STILL OPERATING VOLKSWAGEN FACTORY.

The Andradina F2 is now en route to a still operating Volkswagen factory. And according to the owner of the factory, it might cost up to 20 million reis, worsening the tornados damage cost and in the Fujita scale, going from a F2 to a F3. Volkswagen NGB said that they will cover up to 90% of the costs and said that any open Volkswagen factory within 10 kilometers of the aforementioned factory's range will be closed Incase the tornado hits them.

The tornado has already caused 5M in damages as it hit Konstantino's farm, that was the major exporter of Andradina's wheat. Many storm chasers like the Budapesti Vihar team and Lóngjuânfēng Bìngyíguân have already gathered near the factory for the first successful intercept of the F2.
"This is not good for 2 reasons: 1. I will loose my factory and 2nd - it might make me pay a pretty penny" says the factory owner, who went anonymous. "This tornado has already caused millions of damage, and I don't want my factory to be its damage buffet.", continued.

Initial plans of the plant were announced in the 1980s, but were suspended after the 1986 Chernobyl disaster. The project was revived by the Belarusian government to have the country become energy-independent due to the Russia-Belarus energy dispute in 2007. The power plant was controversial due to its location being in close proximity with Lithuania and the Lithuanian government has boycotted the power plant and established anti-radiation safety measures with its citizens. Construction of the first unit started on November 8, 2013 and the second on April 27, 2014. The plant entered commercial operation with Atomstroyexport transferring the first unit to Belenergo on June 10, 2021, becoming the first VVER-1200 unit to operate outside Russia. The usage of Russian PWRs and its close location to Lithuania has caused regional concerns from both the European Union and NATO. The addition of Huaxian Gen IV reactors at Astravets should help increase safety at the facility, however the Belarusian government has yet to make any announcements regarding the future fate of their two VVER-1200 PWRs, which are currently still in servce. Being the world leader in nuclear technology, Huaxia will help increase safety standards at Astravets, although the continued operation from the Russian PWRs will still remain a point of concern especially for Belarus' neighbors such as Lithuania, Ukraine and Poland. Due to the 2007 Russia–Belarus energy dispute, Belarus has been trying to be more energy-independent, yet continued reliance on Russia especially for natural gas (of which is the main source of energy for Belarus) remains a constant issue for Minsk. Nuclear cooperation with Huaxia will help Belarus reduce energy reliance on Moscow and move further towards energy independence, while also further increasing economic ties with Huaxia. In fact, Huaxia is Belarus' main trade partner despite the immense distance between the two, with Huaxia investing heavily in Belarus and establishing various industrial parks and business hubs across the Eastern European state, thus allowing Minsk to move further away from Moscow's orbit. Aside from the two smTMSR-400 thorium-based molten-salt reactors and shipment of uranium-233, the Belarusian government has also shown interest in acquiring a Huan-Liuqi-4C helical-axis style superconducting stellarator magnetic-confinement-fusion reactor from Huaxia, to be added to Astravets. However, sources close to the Belarusian government have stated that such fusion reactor would be too prohibitevely expensive for Minsk to acquire, and that the more-economical choice would be to buy additional smTMSR-400 reactors, especially if Minsk ever plans on decommissioning the two VVER-1200 PWRs at Astravets. Tamara - Agausia's Ministry of Defence announced support for a proposed regional military cooperation framework at the Black Sea Maritime Commons Forum's eighth anniversary summit in Sofia on Monday, joining a coalition of participating member states backing an initiative that its architects say addresses longstanding gaps in the forum's security architecture. Though questions about its practical reach were present from the outset.

The framework, designated the Black Sea Defence Cooperation Initiative, proposes four areas of coordination among willing member states: joint search and rescue protocols for maritime emergencies, a shared incident notification system for naval movements in sensitive zones, coordinated oil spill and environmental emergency response with a dual-use surveillance component, and a technical working group on port and coastal infrastructure security standards. Supporters framed the package as a modest but concrete extension of commitments already embedded in the founding accords.

Agausian Minister of Defence and former Prime Minister Miško Ermolai, who presented Agausia's endorsement at the summit, was measured in his remarks. "We are not announcing a military alliance. We are announcing a set of practical arrangements among neighbors who share the same water and have an interest in not miscalculating on it." Ermolai, a former naval officer who served in the Agausi SSR's naval forces before entering politics, has been one of the initiative's quieter proponents over the months of preliminary consultations that preceded Monday's announcement.

The framework's structure was designed with the region's political constraints in mind. It does not require full BSMCF consensus to operate, functioning instead among any subset of members that formally opt in. Thid is a provision that reflects hard lessons from the forum's history. The 2019 Sofia Summit, held in the same city, ended without a binding naval safety code after geopolitical tensions made consensus impossible. What emerged instead was the voluntary Naval Transparency Notification Framework, which has been criticized for being all talk and no true substance.

Whether this initiative fares differently is unclear. All seven member states were represented at Sunday's summit, though at markedly different levels. Russia sent a technical-level delegate. No statement was issued by the Russian delegation, and no comment was offered to the press.

Ukraine's response was carefully worded. Representatives Dmytro Havrylenko, speaking briefly to journalists on the sidelines, said his delegation welcomed "any step toward greater regional accountability" but declined to offer a fuller endorsement in the summit setting. "The situation in the Black Sea speaks for itself," he said.

Political analysts and diplomats present in Sofia privately expressed familiar reservations that the framework, like its predecessors, lacks enforcement mechanisms, and that the opt-in structure may produce a coalition of states that already coordinate bilaterally anyway, and that announcing defence cooperation through a forum whose member are currently at war with each other creates its own contradictions. Supporters counter that the alternative, that doing nothing within the forum's architecture, misuses the only space where all Black Sea states still formally communicate.

TORNADO INTERCEPT OCCOURS, CONFIRMED BY LOCAL HILL CLIMBER.

At 1:02 PM, the intercept team of the Andradina F3 tornado comprised of the teams Budapesti Vihar, Lóngjuǎnfēng Bìngyíguân, Ventos Piranesses, Wind Catchers, as well as 1 unknown droid female and the São Paulo Weather Service, have sucsessfuly intercepted the tornado after the Volkswagen Factory was demolished. A hillclimber who went anonymous took a picture, confirming the intercept.

The unknown droid was identified as Miku, a surprise considering that it was made for war for Mikustania. The Ventos Piranesses recorded the max wind speed of the tornado - 233 MPH or 193 KM/H. The Budapesti Vihar team also recorded it's max width, of about 640 meters wide, or 6 times a football field.
"I was climbing the Monte like it's routine, cus that's what I do, and then I saw the tornado. I took a picture of it because why not, and I saw the photo, as I saw the interceptor there." said the Hiker. "Like, how cool it is to intercept a tornado?", continued.

During his trip to Amleang Airbase, located in Thpong District, Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia, Li met with the fighter pilots stationed at the airbase and saw the bleeding-edge fighter jets up close, including the J-16D EW combat aircraft, J-10C gen. 4.5 fighter jets, J-35A gen. 5 stealth fighters, J-20A gen. 5.5 stealth fighters, and J-50 gen. 6 stealth fighters, and even entered the cockpit of the one of the J-35As. Since Lai flew the J-35A during his time as an ace pilot in combat, Li asked the veteran ace many questions regarding his experience in aerial warfare. After meeting with the fighter pilots and their machines, Li then visited the airbase's community center where he met with the military families living in the facility. While there, the Vice Chairman himself had lunch with both servicemembers and their families while a local dance troupe from Phnom Penh performed traditional Khmer dances for entertainment. Li also met with various Cambodian officers from the Royal Cambodian Air Force, including young pilots being trained by Huaxian instructors, and was impressed with the fraternal friendship between the Huaxian and Cambodian servicemembers. Construction engineers may soon start boring deep beneath the Qiongzhou Strait to build a very-long underwater tunnel connecting Hainan to the Mainland via high-speed rail. Plans to construct the Qiongzhou Cross-Strait Railway Tunnel linking Zhanjiang in Guangdong's Leizhou Peninsula and Haikou in the northern coast of Hainan, together with the Zhanjiang–Haikou intercity railway, have been submitted for approval to the National Development and Reform Commission, according to Fan Wei, a tunnel construction expert working for Huaxia Railway Engineering Corporation. The large construction project would be part of the central government’s strategy for enhancing connectivity between Hainan and the Mainland, as well as encourage increased economic growth on the tropical island. Crossing the Qiongzhou Strait, the tunnel would be roughly 45.2 km long, of which 38.5 kilometers (56 mi) would be underwater. This would exceed the underwater lengths of both the Seikan Tunnel (23.3 km) and the Channel Tunnel (37.9 km), but still be several times shorter than that of the Bohai Strait Tunnel (90 km) connecting Dalian on the Liaodong Peninsula with Yantai on the Shandong Peninsula. Based on preliminary estimates provided by both the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and Hainan Provincial People's Government, construction of the tunnel alone would cost around HX¥137,200,000,000 (NS$32,131,147,541), cheaper than the Bohai Strait Tunnel, Fan said. Aside from the tunnel, both provinces also submitted plans for the Zhanjiang–Haikou intercity railway, a high-speed intercity line with a maximum design speed of 400 km/h that will connect Zhanjiang railway station on the Mainland with Haikou East railway station on the island of Hainan, with the former already being connected to various high-speed railway and high-speed maglev railway lines across the rest of the Mainland while the latter being connected to the local high-speed railway and high-speed maglev railway lines on Hainan. According to Fan, the Qiongzhou Cross-Strait Railway Tunnel would allow for seamless high-speed railway jorneys between Hainan and the Mainland, thus potentially reducing flights in Hainan to just international and regional ones. He also added that the existance of the tunnel and intercity railway line could reduce reliance on ferry travel between Hainan and the Leizhou Peninsula. In preparation for the construction of both the tunnel and the intercity line, Huaxia Railway Guangzhou Group has already ordered ten trainsets of CR450BF intelligent high-speed electric-multiple-units (EMUs) and six trainsets of CR500AF intelligent high-speed EMUs that will serve on the Zhanjiang–Haikou intercity railway. If construction starts in 2037, the project would be likely to reach completion by 2040, Fan said. Experts finalized studies on the project after several years of discussion. The NDRC review is a key step preceding construction. Construction of the planned tunnel will be a large project taking more than two years to complete, given the complicated geological conditions, Fan added. Despite the potential construction difficulty, Fan also stated that both the tunnel and the intercity line could further boost economic growth on Hainan by adding another physical link with the Mainland and helping reduce road congestion on the already-built Qiongzhou Grand Bridge. Since travel by air or ferry can leave residents and visitors isolated on Hainan when bad weather sets in, the tunnel and intercity line will help prevent travel chaos and allow visitors to easily leave the island with ease, Fan added. With Huaxia having absolute dominance in both transportation technology and infrastructure construction, construction would be less difficult than the Bohai Strait Tunnel, according to Fan. He also stated that with Huaxia being the world leader in railway technology and having the word's fastest, most powerful and sophisticated high-speed EMU trains that are bleeding-edge and technologically-unmatched, railway travel between Haikou and Zhanjiang would be quite rapid and convenient, as well as a lot more comforting and less stressful than air travel. ANDRADINA TORNADO ENDS, NICKNAMED "THE WORLD WIDE TORNADO"

At 1:35 PM Rio time, the Andradina Tornado has ended, with max wind speed of 233 MPH and the width of 640 meters. The São Paulo Weather Service has ended the warnings and the government has already begun relocating people back into the city. One life was taken, Konstantino João, and 5 others were injured.

The tornado earned it's nickname as the world wide Tornado chaser convention chased and intercepted it, and teams from over 73 teams from all continents have participated, including Mikustania with its Miku, who wasn't even on the convention.
The Andradina parade was rescheduled to tomorrow, so as the canceled Andradina FC and Campo Grande game. The airport was reopened and so as normal life.
"It was a great tornado to intercept, alongside other gringos", said leader of national team Baia dos Ventos Felippe. "Y'know like getting the first F3 ever since the 2023 outbreak is cool, and intercepting it? Oh boy.".
A memorial for Konstantino was built by the locals, and was put in place by the Budapesti Vihar team.

On May 31, 2025, the Youtube channel Bimooo, aka BimoOfficialTv, was created and quickly began an AI generated web series called Bimo, aimed at children aged 0-8 years old. The channel became controversial almost instantly, being criticized for not just AI usage, but poor animation and voice quality as well. While the latter two qualities have gradually improved, the fact remains that non-sentient AI still creates the vast majority of the show's assets, with minimal human intervention. However, on June 26, 2026, Neo Lunatea's Department of Media released Bimo's Adventures, a remake of the first 3 seasons of Bimo using assets created by humans and sentient robots.

Unlike the basic artstyle of season 1-3, and season 4's artstyle which resembles the widely unpopular Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go, Bimo's Adventures is animated by Yumeta Company of Neo Lunatea, and thus uses the an artstyle similar to the Digimon Adventure Tri movies, and Tokyo Mew Mew New.There are now 26 episodes. The episodes are now 15 minutes long, and the script, handled by the Department of Media themselves, was completely reworked, and now uses a lot of action while also communicating lesson important to all ages. The cast consists of, but is not limited to, Miles Prower as Bimo, Palpu Ranrang as Orange, and Yuri Nekura* as Blue.

Bimo's Adventures, after being released on Netflix and Hulu, as well as on DVD, is currently a huge success in Neo Lunatea, receiving reviews of 6.5/10 at worst and 10/10 at best. A second season, which will adapt season 4 of the original Bimo, will release in 2027.

Dangerous Media Act Passes Kyrindorian Congress

Today, the Kyrindorian Congress passed the Dangerous Media Act- An act that unilaterally bans both TikTok and Meta Platforms Inc services in Kyrindor nationwide, as a response to both platforms violating the Kyrindorian Government's privacy law, The General Regulation of Data Act (GRDA). Several amendments and changes have been made since the Act was created. Most of these are removing the provisions for Age Verification and instead, moving towards a complete ban on both social networks.

Mayfield later explained her support for the bill, exclaiming that it would be a decision that would help make the media safer, and protect minors from "harmful challenges" and "content" displayed on the app(s) as relayed by Mayfield herself. Congress has later planned to schedule a hearing with the CEO of TikTok, Shou Zi Chew, in order to make final amends and assess if future resolutions will make the app safer.

During a formal interview with one of the safety officers of TikTok, Adam Presser, who leads the Trust and Safety Operations on TikTok, exclaimed that they were "actively working on procedures to make an algorithm that would be appealing to the Kyrindorian Government"

Another representative from TikTok's Trust & Safety division also acknowledged that the company had considered implementing biometric age verification for it's Kyrindorian users, as a means to regulate its content away from minors, however declined to confirm when or not such technology would have been adopted, noting that it's use wouldve conflicted with existing provisions of the General Regulation of Data Act.

Meta Platforms has not yet issued a formal response to the legislation, and analysts would expect the ban to affect millions of Kyrindorian users, and businesses and those who rely on the platform Facebook, WhatApps, Threads, Messenger, and TikTok for communication, entertainment, and much more.

The Dangerous Media Act is expected to take effect following for the period of it's implementation into law. during which internet service providers and app distributors, Such as Google Play, Amazon, Vista, ImagiStore, Rizel Store, and Apple's Play Store, will be required to block access to the apps.

FLAG DISCOVERED IN RECIFE'S BEACHES, BELIEVED TO BE DUTCH

Today, 26th June, a washed out flag was discovered by kids who were trying to find a place to play football. The flag was carbon dated all the way back to 1635, the year the Dutch officially settled in their Northeast invasion of the Portuguese colony. The flag was identified as the Dutch Empire's, however, some theories point of it being a Western Indies Company flag.

Historians are trying to find the missing parts of the flag, theorized to be lost by either flag rips, ripped out by animals or ripped by treasure hunters. For now, the flag has been put under a checklist of mysteries, as it misses parts of it, the carbon dating may be innacurate and also might be a different flag.
"This flag confirms a true Dutch settlement here in Brazil, and explains why some people here declare heir ancestors Dutch. The settlement was once a myth, because there were barely any records of it." said head historian Ronaldo Terezo.

Rayuko, Jaliserra—The inaugural Bloom Festival concluded just this evening, with girl group Cold Summer coming out on top. Their song, "A Million Times", received 52 points from the international juries. When asked what they felt about winning, member Jenesis Patalinhug responded:

Honestly, it feels wonderful! Not because we were the first winners, but because we are now going to be the first entrants for Jaliserra at the WorldVision Song Contest.

Cold Summer is an up-and-coming girl group based in Forteza, Cayan province. It consists of Patalinhug, Chloe Cabungcal and Zaiyah Tasong. By winning the inaugural Bloom Festival and being Jaliserra's debut WorldVision entrants, they hope to be household names.
