The Standard for urban residential area planning and design (GB 50180–2018) stipulates four levels of residential areas: 15-min pedestrian-scale neighborhood, 10-min pedestrian-scale neighborhood, 5-min pedestrian-scale neighborhood, and a neighborhood block. A 15-min pedestrian-scale neighborhood is a residential area surrounded by urban trunk roads or site boundaries and divided according to the principle that residents can meet their material, living and cultural demand by walking for 15 minutes, all while hosting around 17,000 to 32,000 households and complete supporting facilities.

Thanks to the existence of xiaoqu communities, Huaxian residents don't have to worry about living in a car-centric suburban hell. Thus, xiaoqu communities are more environmentally-sustainable than car-centric suburbs and help promote healthy living and happiness for residents.

The name, Gabriel H. Wok has enjoyed a place in Rhanukhani history books since the Industrial Revolution - he is famed as the inventor of the Automatic Phlunger.

Curiously, there are few surviving records of what the Automatic Phlunger actually was - only a water-damaged ledger entry in the Patents Office describing "One Automatic Phlunger, utilizing three copper pistons and a leather bladder, designed to optimize industrial throughput." Modern theories vary from a high-speed, pneumatic piston attachment for mechanical looms, to an automated churning rod used in chemical vat processing.

More sceptical historians argue that Wok was a snake oil salesman and they believe the Phlunger was merely a noisy, steam-hissing box that did absolutely nothing. It is known that Wok obtained impressive investment capital from the Ministry of Industry - if the machine was a fraud this would represent the greatest financial heist of the era.

Wok's ultimate fate is as mysterious as his invention. He simply vanished from history - the final record of him being a newspaper article: "Mr. Gabriel H. Wok demonstrated his much-anticipated 'Automatic Phlunger' to investors on the Third Day of Tsanuntsebuli. The device made an extraordinary amount of noise, vibrated in a violent manner, and emitted a thick cloud of green smoke. Mr. Wok assured the crowd this meant the industrial throughput was being 'maximized.' He left on the evening train to collect more parts, and has not yet returned."

Even if the machine did nothing, Gabriel H. Wok left a permanent mark on the nation's language. In modern vernacular, to "buy a Phlunger" means to be swindled by a charismatic tech-entrepreneur selling vapourware.

[Dravanian Communes]

Dravania never fully embraced the routine use of “comrade” as an everyday form of address. Although the term appeared in early revolutionary language, it was widely regarded as overly performative and, in some circles, too closely associated with rigid authoritarian political culture. It never became common in civilian life and gradually fell out of ordinary use.

Most Dravanians preferred more conventional civic forms of address, with equality understood as something created through law, labour, public service, and civic obligation rather than mandatory revolutionary vocabulary.
