There is one candidate: the cities of Prescott, Electrum and Twin Cities, Quebec and Shingoryeo.

Voters may choose to either

Award the Games to Prescott and Twin Cities; or
Re-open bidding

The nations listed here are members of the Olympic Council following the conclusion of the XVI Olympic Winter Games, and are eligible to cast a vote in the election.

Even though the voting period had around 48 hours remaining at the time the site went down, a majority of the Executive Committee has endorsed ending the voting period as of the resurrection of the site. The site has now returned, and the XX Olympic Winter Games are awarded to City Centre—Orean, Liventia.
