  • Associations ranked 1–4 (Chromatika, Nephara, Mytanija, Kelssek) are allowed to enter four teams.
  • Associations ranked 5–8 (Zwangzug, Tumbra, Pasarga, Quebec & Shingoryeo) are allowed to enter three teams.
  • Associations ranked 9–34 (Darmen, Farfadillis, Eura, Brenecia, Audioslavia, Valanora, Ko-oren, Sylestone, Cap Nord, Flavovespia, Banija, Valladares, Zeta Reka & Hügeltaldom, Squornshelan Remnant States, Patriotlandia, Saint Eleanor, Cassadaigua, Trolleborg, Tikariot, Yguazú, Eastfield Lodge, Savojarna, Poafmersia, Geektopia) are allowed to enter two teams.

Special considerations:

  • All other multi-association leagues: Have two places, which must be filled by their two primary associations.
The 18th Challengers Cup: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association; associations ranked 1–4 must enter at least two teams each, and associations ranked 5–12 must enter at least one team each.

The 18th Liga B Champions Trophy: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association.

  • CA Paulinthal is assured a place in the Rising Stars Cup. If it does not qualify as champion of its domestic youth league, Pasarga will receive an additional place in the youth champions path. If its senior team qualifies for the Champions League group stage, it will enter the Champions League path instead.

Additional notes:
  • The user behind Vilita and Turori remains suspended from all IFCF competitions through the end of Cycle 18.

Procedural Notes
  • Resubmissions from Toluiwa (TLW) and Cakranegara (CKR) are accepted. They are reminded to submit a fresh entry with a fresh season for the next FFI cycle.
  • Because Meldrum Fall (SVI) cannot enter both the League of Victors and the Confederations Trophy, the FFI committee has decided that the 3rd in the league, Pretihouse Pirate, will be given the spot to the Confederations Trophy.
  • Because the host is going on Christmas holiday, and given the short turnaround to the next cycle, they have decided to just release the entire entry list with the results this time. Merry Christmas in advance!

For the ninth and tenth editions, which were quietly backfilled this week, see the spoiler below.
NOTE: Reigning champions were automatically added to the entry list in subsequent editions where missing, and next highest league finishers added to the entry list where reigning champions qualified anyway.

With two teams remaining, the final can take place, at a neutral venue selected from those put forward by CAFA associations.

To decide the venue for the final, CAFA officials consulted the kicksy-spinsy. Attempts were made to ensure that associations who submitted their final site bids via the traditional method were also included, though CAFA LigAnaia organisers have conceded that some applications may have been missed, and reiterated their desire to move to this new system for future editions.

As with the previous edition, two final venues will be selected. The first is guaranteed to host, while the second will only host in circumstances where a second final game is required. In the case that the second venue is not required, the relevant association will not be considered ineligible to host next season's final.

YUE SUPER! LEAGUE - Season 12
Thank you to South Newlandia for helping scorinate this season.
A season after winning the league by twenty points while shattering the 100-point barrier, Nangang Royals went and nearly did it again. Not only did they win the league with ninety-five points to Stars' eighty-five, but they also made the semifinals of the CdC, the highest finish a Yue club has ever achieved in the regional. They did so by coming back from a goal down in extra time to beat Euran titan Revolutionaries before putting five past Atletik in a quarterfinal shootout. Wen Xiaohui's Libertas Bergheim were too much to handle in the semifinals, but it still goes down as another successful season for the surprisingly strong Southerners. Was Kang Guilin just holding them back? It was once again Dai Qiu who took the league by storm, scoring a goal a game in his age-34 season, while young center-back Ji Wenwei turned in an impressive debut season.

After selling wunderkind goalkeeping prospect Timofei Trischuk-Huang, few expected Beiyun Stars' defense to be as stingy as it had been a season ago. They proceded to concede twenty-nine goals in forty-four matches behind wunderkind goalkeeping prospect Gong Xiaolei, who becomes the second straight teenager to win the Golden Glove. The story in midtable was defined by the youngsters, too, with dual national Jia Luka Siski scoring thirty-five goals to lead the Beian Bats to a respectable seventh place in their first season. Given how much foreign investment the club is seeing this offseason, it's definitely not the last we've seen of the Bats.

The second division was entirely cancelled this cycle because "the vibes were bad".

The Super League á Mertagne (SLAM) is Mertagne’s top flight football league, and determines its domestic championship winners. Currently containing an elite selection of 12 teams, the SLAM is one of Mertagne’s most exciting domestic competitions, and we're contractually obliged to place it in bold text - it's got that much of an impact.
It is unique in leagues across the multiverse in that draws are penalised - in an attempt to create more exciting matches, if there is a tie in score after 90 minutes, a penalty shootout is held to determine the winner. Both teams get a point if the match goes to penalties, and the team that wins the shootout gains an extra point for their victory. The league is played in a double-round robin format, with each team playing each other twice - once home and once away.

The winners of the SLAM receive a place in the IFCF Champions Cup, and the CAFA LigAnaia. The next three teams receive a place in the IFCF Challenger’s Cup.

Teams in the SLAM, as well as others from further down Mertagne’s domestic pyramid, are also placed into the Birch Memorial Cup, a longstanding cup competition in Mertagne that commemorates the life of Bradley Birch, one of the Calanian Union’s finest players. The winners of this cup competition are given a place in the Cup Winner’s Cup and the CAFA LigAnaia. As this competition finishes after the SLAM season, if the winner of the cup competition also finishes first in the SLAM standings, the 2nd placed team in the SLAM standings receives the CAFA LigAnaia place instead.

SEASON 10 RESULTS

Season 10 saw the Super League á Mertagne expand to 12 teams, due to its ongoing success and investment. The additional teams were pulled from the second division, with FMFC Tornacense, the second division champions, arriving back in the top flight after two seasons away. They were joined by second placed New Fligsive's Memory and third placed Ordnance Factory SC, who have seen a meteoric rise in Mertagne's domestic pyramid over the last four years after going fully professional.

Over the course of the season, Lehen Neorudo put on a dominant display, managing to put opponents to the sword within 90 minutes or fall on it themselves in all of their games except one. That one? Against FMFC Ninestar, who the previous week had been thoroughly trounced at home by Blades de Bretsaar. Licking their wounds after a 7-0 thrashing, the Niners managed to hold Lehen Neorudo to a 0-0 score in 90 minutes at the Cop Limy, but eked out a win by 5 goals top 4 on penalties in front of a reinvigorated crowd of away supporters. Lehen clinched the title with two matchdays to go, winning at home against NF Red Tri's as their rivals in the title race, Blades de Bretsaar, copped a loss to Signal Dannin 3-1 at home at the Scabbard. That result kept Signal in their derby fight against Century for a week longer, but ultimately the Patriots put the dream to bed and finished just above Signal Dannin after a 1-0 victory over them on the final matchday.

Papillio, while finishing a middling 6th, proved to put in the most dominant stretch of the season between matchdays 11 and 12, beating back Octosaide 6-1 on one weekend and taking out Ordnance Factory SC the next week 6-0. This 12 goal stretch in just two games saw two hat tricks from Papillio striker Rohan Boislevesque, which saw his stock peak before he announced his retirement from the squad just a few short weeks after, claiming that he "wanted to go out on a high".

Teams from New Fligsive had a season to forget, with Red Tri's managing to keep afloat out of the relegation spot, and New Fligsive's Memory faring just a bit better and finishing best out of the returning teams. Red Tri's' lacklustre performance this season caused the eventual firing of their manager, and a controversial appointment in the form of ex-player Liam Hewison, who famously left the club on difficult terms. Fans of the reds will hope that Hewison has truly buried the hatchet with the club staff and owners, and that their performance next season will see them fighting for the international spots.

Ordnance Factory SC put in a good stint for their first time in the big leagues, but didn't quite cut the mustard and crumbled after a tough patch with some heavy losses halfway through the season. A 6-0 loss to FMFC Tornacense was stymied by close losses to top tier threats such as BdB and Octosaide in the following matchdays, but they were a casualty of Papillio's dominant fortnight which bookened a rough period that they failed to climb up the table after.

In the Birch Memorial Cup, New Fligsive's Memory had an accolade to tout over rivals NF Red Tri's as they took the victory in the final from Kurtz Herritik, who had beaten Red Tri's in the Quarter Finals to get there. NFM's winning goal was scored in the last minutes of an extended period of injury time, as in the 90+11th minute Olaia Charlemagne hoped and prayed with a shot that made its way past the Heretics' defence and rattled into the back of the net.

As You Know, Bob, there are two clubs within the district of Namiri; Namiri Forest, in Guariday, known for playing all-out defense (also winning the Champions' League one time, also being even more insufferable-environmentalist than the rest of the country, which is saying something), and Namiri Independent, in Sharag, known for playing a balanced style (they consider themselves the heirs to the reasonable, nice, let's-just-all-get-along-and-play-the (1)-4-4-2 style phase of the first-generation national team, which was at the time quite radical). In recent seasons, Forest have fluctuated between third and eighth, while Independent have, uh, fluctuated between fifteenth and sixteenth. So, if you had to predict one team to be involved on the wrong end of a blowout, you would probably pick Independent, because they have a lot of experience in being pants. And if you had to predict one team to be involved on the right end of a blowout, you would probably not pick Forest, because they don't know how to attack well enough to run up the score.

With that disclaimer, here follows a summary of Season Forty-Five, ye olde blowouts edition.

Matchday Seven

Both Namiri sides took 2.5 points from their first six matches, Forest with two wins and a draw and Independent with five draws. Matchday Seven saw them meet at the Janaki Gardens, both with the hopes of putting some daylight between them. Did they? They did. They did indeed.

Rahul Swami-Debnath got Forest started with a header in the thirteenth minute. Now, this being the blowouts edition, there might not be suspense about who wins. I mean, not necessarily. It could be a 1-5 where Independent comes back and stomps. But, um. Mitradev Jog scored again for Forest in minute 28, assisted by Mihir Pheru-Raza. Swami-Debnath added on in minute 41. The second half continued the beatdown, with Ezra Sahajotsu providing the fourth goal, and Swami-Debnath comleting his hat trick in stoppage time.

Yeah, so, this format may not have been the best idea, there's not really any bright spots you can find for Independent. But it's still early. More things can happen. Right?

Matchday Nine

Forest took the momentum from their local rivalry-esque match out to Bassabook, where they...lost 1-0 behind a goal from Ian Karang. They return to Sharag to take on Eintracht Trink, while Bassabook travel to Keppal, who were runners-up last season and entered this week tied with FTC United for first place.

Bassabook are a team that likes to attack, and spread around the firepower, so let's start with them first. Around the quarter-hour mark, Alethea Deng-York scored. She had another opportunity in minute 37, which was deflected by another brilliant if hazardous kick-save from Ketevan Igreli, who is really too old for this nonsense but the country has no better options seeing how Ephesian have won two titles in a row. Anyway, while Igreli was pretending she was fine, Karang smashed home the rebound. After halftime, Bassabook defender Jenelle McOwen got a rare opportunity, dribbling forward and making it 3-0 in minute 52. Substitute Francis Snemb scored the fourth, putting a decisive exclamation point on Bassabook's victory.

Meanwhile, in Guariday, it was Pheru-Raza who needed only seven minutes to open the scoring for the hosts. Sarojini Tongbra beat out an awkward-looking Ryuya Kotani in the midfield to double the lead twenty minutes later.

Okay, so, for the uninitiated, back in the day--and at the risk of being the very annoying old-timer, this is a pretty distant day and many of you may be uninitiated--Zwangzug had four clubs, and combined with four other clubs from our puppet, put together a very small league. When there are only eight clubs, it's feasible to put together "comprehensive" reports for every match, if by "comprehensive" you mean "attempts at being pithy that just boil down to who scored goals, that and pastiching the leagues that we like." There wasn't a whole lot in the way of organized rosters with realistic substitution policies. (There still isn't, but at least we're not pretending to be comprehensive anymore.)

Anyway. Forest date from this timeframe, and they were of course partisans of the (1)-6-3-1 even then. With fairly rigid expectations for which positions do what, again, a problem the entire country had. The point is, they had perhaps a surprising number of hat tricks, as a consequence of "we only have one guy who can score goals, and right now, this is our guy." And down through the generations, as the modern 1./ has come to be, that can still happen. It's not that they're especially talented or worthy of celebration, it's just that...sometimes a team that's not used to scoring goals winds up being by far the dominant force on the field. All of which is to say that right now, Rahul Swami-Debnath is that guy, and he scored a hat trick, again.

Matchday Eleven

The Trink tourism board has been endeavoring to get people (specifically, Milchamian baseball fans) to visit their city. On the opposite border, Inver fans are...pretty chill, actually. They don't really have rivals, they're loosely friends with Kerlagrad and Logrove because all three are vaguely influenced by countries that used to border us countless ages ago, but that has no relevance in the modern world, and they like baseball and don't really care about football, so it's just a matter of tuning in and seeing if the baseball Zebras' bullpen is going to collapse.

Anyway, Milchamian fans might want to steer clear of Trink at this particular moment in time, because after the match two weeks ago, and this one in Inver, Eintracht fans are going to be kvetching even more than usual. As you might have figured out, this was a Rovers match. Noah Goldbach (which I guess could maybe be a Trink name, but isn't) got the Rovers started with a fourteenth-minute goal, assisted by Carmen Doyle-Shain. Three minutes later, Nancy Pos-Nieshka had made it 2-0, and five minutes before the break, Tyler Ellison-Burt added the third. After halftime, it was Doyle-Shain's turn to score. Trink then became our first blowout victim to score, via Ryota Imamura. You may be wondering, the score is now 4-1, so what exactly is the margin for a blowout here, shouldn't there have been more three-goal wins than this so far? And the answer is yes, the Rovers weren't done; Goldbach scored again in minute 72, for a 5-1 finish. Don't look now, but the Rovers are in second place overall, narrowly ahead of 102d and Ephesian on tiebreakers! And yes, for the purposes of having several interesting matches to write up but not too many that would require us to do actual, like, work, for the purposes of this season the threshold for a blowout is four goals. Also, there may be some special bonus matches.

Matchday Sixteen

At the halfway point of the season, it was FTC United and Keppal Cosmos tied for the lead. Keppal were runners-up to Ephesian last time out, and the drubbing by Bassabook notwithstanding, were expected to be in contention again; the Oxen still being this high is a surprise.

To begin the second half, Arlington and Twineur bounced from sixth and twelfth, respectively, to fifth and fourteenth, which is where they finished last season. This consisted in part of everybody being closely-packed together and bouncing around via tiebreakers, and in part in Arlington swatting the Bugs. Kit Flannery opened the scoring for Arlington in minute sixteen; Chester Hildegard tapped in a long shot around the half-hour mark. Two minutes later, Twineur defender Virginia Tanzy left with an injury; her replacement, Jason McRandel, seemed to have rookie jitters, because Otto Suis-Kinnik easily dribbled around him for the third goal.

The second half was more of the same; after several sky-high throw-ins, Meredith Ryland got the chance to come forward for a free kick, and Flannery headed in the deflection. Camilla Kern-Pauley scored in the 71st on a header; the celebration was muted because apparently her forehead motion violated concussion protocols. With a commanding lead, Arlington decided to play the kids, and Russell Stedman took advantage of the opportunity with a stoppage time goal.

Matchday Nineteen

Spoilers: this is not a blowout. But it was freaking wild, and involves two teams we've already heard from before and will hear from again, so let's cover it anyway.

Bassabook were home against Namiri Independent, and Deng-York gave the hosts the lead in the twelfth minute. Six minutes later, Rafique Kabir tied it up for Namiri. Then, beginning in minute 27, we saw a glorious flurry of heroics, many of them involving our favorite position in the modern game, the Free Kick Lying Down Guys. ["Guy" is not sex-specific in the Descriptive dialect. -ed] First, Julia MacEacharna scored for Bassabook. Then, Sonali Johar-Narain equalized for Independent. Bassabook got a free kick. Ian Karang sent it low. Johar-Narain deflected it. Bjorn Vilhalmson scored. Independent protested that the ball should have been dead. This was considered dissent and punished with another free kick, albeit an indirect kind. Odo Merisi-Rizzi came forward to take it; he's big enough that it stayed up in the air a while, and Deng-York came up with the deflection to punch it in. And finally, Narsingh Kumar-Pillai outdueled MacEacharna in the midfield to dribble forward and score. 4-3, Bassabook.

Things slowed down after that, and there was a disappointing shortage of free kicks for the next half-hour or so. But in minute 70, Bassabook were back to scoring goals in the more typical way, with Karang tapping in a Vilhalmson pass. Three minutes later, Kabir scored again for Independent. (Unlike Forest, Independent are very happy to have two strikers at the same time; Kabir has been their leading scorer for a while, but that's because they don't have anyone else even half-decent. To give you some perspective on how long it's been since there was anything to cheer about in Sharag, the last player they produced for the national team was Sophie Munshi, whose career ended because Taeshan went gray and white. Yeah.)

Anyway, in minute 89, Vibha Damania somehow equalized--this was really more due to a miscommunication between McOwen and Shlomo Eustace, but like I said, we should let Independent have this. 5-5 the final; while it might not count for the blowouts or even as a generally well-played game overall, it definitely counts for the "making Forest annoyed" tally. Elsewhere this week, the rest of the league scored eight goals, combined; Cham were the only team to manage more than one. Also, as of last week, Keppal have narrowly overtaken FTC United for the lead.

Matchday Twenty-One

Arlington spent a while cultivating the lovable losers aesthetic. Then they were unbeatable. Then they got nerfed. Then they were unbeatable again, for a slightly shorter timespan. Now they're in this phase where they pretend they're cool and above it all but don't care, but not-so-secretly, do care. In addition, they are consistent in having a bunch of people up front but also caring more about defense and attack, which can lead to some comedic "after you" "no after you" moments. All of which is to say, every once in a while, they pull out a performance that reminds you that, oh yeah, they really can score a lot of goals when they feel like it.

This was such a performance, and it occured in Cham. Suis-Kinnik, whose name is very cool but frustrating because it's almost but not quite three palindromes, gave the visitors the lead in minute 11 (nice). Flannery scored fourteen minutes later, assisted by Hildegard. Marcel Haines-Bergman pulled one back in added time of the first half for Cham.

The second half featured an increasing number of miscommunications between Ernst Guthnick-Wolf and John McDonald on defense, both of whom are nominally international-level caliber, but that perhaps says more about the difficulties of subjectively evaluating individual skill at defense, as per Scallop's law. To make a long story short, a healthy Kern-Pauley scored in minute 50, followed in quick succession by Deborah Sinzel for Arlington. Eugen Hackbusch-Ulm wound up spending a lot of time with possession in midfield for the Cabbas, in the hope of preventing another defensive breakdown, only to be dispossessed by Hildegard, who set up Flannery in minute 84. 5-1, Arlington.

Meanwhile, Keppal were held to a scoreless draw by Sporting Esper, and their lead at the top is cut to a full point over 102d, who have put together five shutout victories in a row.

Matchday Twenty-Two

Let's get this out of the way first: Keppal defeated Twineur, meaning 102d did not have an opportunity to gain ground in the overall standings. But they certainly did have an opportunity to keep pace, and even rack up a good goal differential, just in case. And, oh yes, it was away against their archrivals of Bassabook. No pressure.

Jess McHeran can be rather overactive and squirrelly at the beginning of games, which is entertaining for fans who are undecided about whether football is interesting, but less good from an hour-and-a-half endurance perspective. Today, however, it paid off in grand style, with a goal just two minutes in silencing the home fans (not literally). The rest of the first half was actually kind of quiet; Juniper McGovern was composed at the back for 102d, but didn't really make much of an impact. There weren't even any free kicks for MacEacharna to lie down for.

Things picked up in the second half, with Joni McMahon scoring on a header. Mitchell Frick, who is not a Bigtopian woman and therefore looks a little out-of-place on this 102d side, converted a neat curling pass from Gregor Antonivich in minute 71. And Harvey Laessec-Braun tapped one in off his shoelaces as a few diehard fans tried and failed to come up with rhymes for Vusin-Jacques (Tandre, the 102d goalkeeper, who had a pretty boring day).

Matchday Twenty-Eight

Keppal clinch the title with a 1-0 win over Arlington, Sofya Turmal-Hence scoring the critical goal in minute 37. Ephesian, champions last time out, are tied with 102d for second.

But what about Namiri Independent? They've been blowout victims, they've been high-scoring draw participants--and they've been in the bottom two for, uh, a while. But no longer! Eventually they will have their day in the sun! They will rise to the lofty heights of fourteenth! And today is that day!

Canbix, who have been slowly descending through the ranks, were the unfortunate visitors to Sharag. Kabir opened the scoring on twenty minutes. After a Kumar-Pillai foul, the Muses got a penalty, ably taken by Sveta Markova--but Keikhosrow Vaziri made a diving save, and after that, the momentum was all Independent's way. Dipannita Bose made it 2-0, Damania added the third, and Vishal Kodur scored in minute 62 for a rare exclamation point on Sharag's season. Will they be able to extend the momentum into the final weeks and finish strong? Find out...shortly after this.

League of Victors 16

There are some perks to being among the non-aligned leaderboard. Mostly that the stadium site inspection committee is easily bribed with breakfast food and will give up on counting seats so our numerologists don't have to, like, do anything. A fortuitous breach in reality gave us a second chance at going for interregional glory. Perhaps the highlight for those whose teams weren't participating was the all-Zwangzugian affair in the quarterfinals, which probably occurred around, IDK, matchday 22 or so when Keppal were in the lead but Ephesian still trying to chase them down (thanks again to Osarius' calendar); either way, they were definitely the top two last season (hence their being here now), and Keppal were ready to dole out some revenge. The first leg, in Zwischen, was suitably attack-minded; Stephen Marcus scored a brace and Brian Spand-Maunk set up Derrick Rasmussen for the third. But Keppal were just as able. Though the mercurial Awidlyon Reed never really got a clear chance at goal, she's the kind of threat that concentrates the defenders' attention, and she seemed more than happy to let the overworked Ephesian defenders tail her while her teammates got their day in the sun. Moses Vekbane, Hayden Minamoto, and Lola Zagani-Holmes all found the net for the visiting Cosmos. In the second leg, Marcus got Ephesian off to an early lead, but Reed provided suitable dramatics with a late equalizer, assisted by Jude McWaler. Ephesian went off to sulk and complain about tiebreakers, but given how much regard they have for the rules, no one else in the country was very sympathetic.

While preparing the Stelladome to host the final, Spenson kind of gave up on the league early on and put their attentions into this tournament. It paid off; after a 2-2 tie in regulation, big and cuddly Alyssa Velt-Nansen scored in minute 111 to defend their title. Will they have a festive homecoming once First City leaves town? Find out...shortly after this.

Matchday Twenty-Nine

Hmm, I think I was foreshadowing something here...oh yeah! It's Ephesian and 102d, currently tied for second place, facing each other! It won't be a blowout, they're too evenly matched, but when Ephesian are around there will be goals galore, so let's do it anyway.

It was the visitors who got things started, via Frick in the sixth minute. Starting in the eighteenth, there was a back-and forth flurry of goals; Harold Carre equalized for Ephesian, then Laessec-Braun pulled ahead for 102d, then Lukas Helsen-Roan equalized, and Rick Calgary pulled 102d ahead again. Things calmed down after that, and the first half ended with visiting 102d up 3-2.

It would take Marcus to pull Ephesian level, in minute 69 (he is a nice guy, but his sense of humor is a lot drier and wittier than cheap numerology puns). Thirteen minutes later, he gave them the lead, only for McMahon to almost instantaneously equalize. Five minutes after that, however, Spand-Maunk put through the ninth goal of the day, and this lead held despite an overwhelmed Lorraine Rouwen-Horn barely holding together on defense. 5-4 Ephesian.

So, Keppal are the champions, Ephesian runners-up, Kate DiMarini will have some searching to do to find the next goalkeeper because Igreli is really old but maybe still has it. Was there anything else?

(Octavia Seward-Hisk 14, Ashley Fillmore-Gaul 35, Velt-Nansen 40 and 56 and 83; Jordan McKinney 71, Travis Elkoi-Schafe 90+3)

Spenson Suburbia seven, Namiri Independent zero. Oh, Independent. This has been season 45: blowouts edition.

IFCF Challengers Cup: FTC United, Arlington City, Rovers United

FFI League of Victors: Keppal Cosmos, Ephesian FC; Spenson Suburbia [as titleholders]
FFI Confederations' Trophy: 102d Jr.s

IUCC: AIU (5), Lanius University (5), Modal College (0), University of Sinako (3)

Zwangzug (ZWZ) final site bids
FFI League of Victors: Ayathen Arena, Keppal City (capacity unknown)

This arena is alleged to be "cursed," not that Keppal Cosmos are particularly unlucky, but a lot of little things can go wrong during your visit there, so look out. They hope, but make no guarantee, to minimize these disruptions during the League of Victors, should they be allowed to host it. Keppal City is not located in the nearby Keppal district, because our government is annoying like that. Fans like to grumble about how annoying like that the government is. Their favorite board game is 1313 Dead End Drive.
