The Ministry of Economy and Trade (MEAT) has approved the acquisition of four Avescho-class guided missile cruisers and 500x SMR-5 rifles, which will be respectively produced by the workers of Munschen Shipyard Union and the Stork Armaments Union. The total cost of the warships is 4.4 billion NSDs, while the cost of the 500x SMR-5s is 3,600,000 NSDs, bringing the total cost to 4.7 billion NSDs. However, in a memorandum signed by the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Seorabeol Federation receives economic benefits from the Janpian International Exports program, bringing the total acquisition price to 3.7 billion NSDs. The warships will be laid out and built at dry docks 1 and 3, then sent in two batches to Tamna Naval Base after passing rigorous sea trials. As for the SMR-5s, the rifles will be assembled in Darlinburg Assembly Line 32, where they will be managed by the workers of Stork Armaments, to be sent in crates, complete with additional magazines, bipod, and scope. Additional spare parts for the warships and rifles will be sent as part of the acquisition, enabling close maintenance and supply support in the long term. The worker's councils of Zelenny Industrial Union have recently unveiled a new IFV for the export program! The AH-2 is a tracked infantry fighting vehicle that can carry ATGMs and is armed with a 40mm telescoped auto-cannon, making it deadly for both light and heavily armored targets. Furthermore, the said weaponry is applied on an automated turret, making it safe for the crew to operate. It also has two MG-ports on the side for defense and can be outfitted with additional protection like a modular armor kit and APS. Having standard NBC protection, a double-floor plate for mine protection, spall liners, and a fire detection/suppression system, the AH-2 can survive any form of infantry attack and is fit for any operation! Furthermore, the AH-2 has amphibious capability, making it able to perform a wide array of operations requiring river crossing or even landings! Be sure to check here for more information!

The Worker's Councils responsible within the acquisition scope has accepted the procurement request for a total price of 41 Billion Denars, including the additional domestic production rights and necessary miscellaneous services. As such, technical and production experts from the workers of Stork Industrial Union would be sent in order to coordinate and assist with the Confederates States on setting up a production line, and sending necessary technical parts and blueprints for the Stork Carbine Rifle. This has a total amount of 500,000 Denars as agreed. The workers of Zelenny Industrial Union has also agreed with the similar response in regards for the domestic production rights of the RMT General Purpose Truck for civilian or military use.
As for the domestic production rights of the Noterburg-Class FAC, necessary documents complete with the translations and among other procedurals were provided, to be assigned for production on a chosen Anagonian shipyard for the local production. Naval engineers are also assigned to aid the construction process or provide assistance if necessary. In regards to the acquisition order of 35x Voloklava-Class Guided Missile Frigates, 50x Krobaschna-Class Cutters on military configuration, 25x Helgo-Class Corvettes, and 15x Alevayev-Class Landing Ship Dock, the workers of Maricha, Kamayacha, and Munschen Shipyard Union has shifted away from local JURN production to cater the procurement, in order to provide the ships on time and in schedule. As requested, we would also reconfigure the ship's programs, consoles, CMS, and among others into English, along with utilizing the Confederates States Coast Guard scheme for the Krobaschna-Class Cutters. The ships would be sent in batches to their transfer ceremony after finishing their sea trials, to ensure the ship's endurance, capabilities, and other conditions are within standards. This is to also ensure the roles and capabilities of the ship are combat and seaworthy, ensuring the quality that we expect to deliver. Additional spare parts, maintenance documents, equipment, and long term logistics services are also provided as part of the acquisition, along with free training for the future sailors if its within your preference. Accounting the naval exports, the total price estimate would be 39 Billion Denars, including the naval service training and additional logistics support.
Moving on to civilian exports, the Worker's Council of JaRail has accepted to provide the domestic production rights of JAR-005 "Dolphin" HSR, JRM-3 EMU Train, and JRR-210 "Munascho" Train, for an estimated total price of 1 Billion Denars. Railway experts from JaRail would be sent to assist on setting up a production line, along with providing the technical documents necessary for production. Answering to your concerns, the workers of JaRail is willing to design an electric-diesel hybrid train that can be suitable for your transportation sector, and has noted down to notify you in case it was registered for sale in our export program. The Worker's Council of the Munschen Shipyard Union has agreed to construct 14x Krobaschna-Class Cutter (Militarized), 12x Voloklava-Class and Maricha-Class Frigates each, and 10 Avescho-Class Guided Missile Battlecruiser, for a total price of 19 billion NSDs. Unfortunately we do not, nor have any Sindical-Class warships as you are requesting. Going by the current acquisition order, the ships would be constructed by the workers of Munschen shipyard and would be sent in batches at various indicated Naval bases, due in the succession of their sea trials to note its combat and seaworthiness. As part of the request, one of the Voloklava-Class Guided Missile Frigates would be fitted with training configurations, added with special programs used by the Revolutionary Navy for maritime education. Furthermore, the training ship would also include additional bridge controls and engine compartments to achieve additional training attainment for the sailors or teachers. Accounting for the acquisition, additional spare parts, program documents, and long-term maintenance support are guaranteed, while free ship training is offered for future sailors to ensure the warships' proper maintenance and operation. May our warships be used for the defense and service of the people.

The ships would be constructed at drydock 2, 3, 4, and 5, to be sent in batches under coordination with the Anagonian Government. Prior to the delivery, the ships would undergo a rigorous set of sea trials, to ensure that the ships are combat and sea-worthy. As part of the acquisition, additional spare parts, program documents, and other necessary requirements for long-term maintenance are provided, while a maritime course would be offered for future sailors. As part of the request, the warship's systems, programs, and configurations would be displayed in english, while the Revolutsiya CMS export variant would be added. In regards to the domestic production rights for the formerly acquired warships, the total price would be: 5.79 Billion NSDs. This includes the manufacturing setup assistance, program codes, and technical documents. Please regard to the following for the prices:
- 3.04 Billion NSD (Alevayev-Class DPR)
- 500 Million NSD (Krobaschna-Class DPR (including militarized configuration))
- 1.5 Billion NSD (Voloklava-Class DPR)
