- Creative economy & entrepreneurship program ( Eg. business incubator, innovation class, sculpting class, cater service & bakery management class, Prototyping class, etc).
- Companionship program (Eg. dating events, etc)

With these efforts and sense of collectivism and brotherhood/ sisterhood within community, number of homeless or any social problems such as domestic abuses, recreational drugs, etc is keep in the minimum level.

Social observers and workers are demanded to settle all those problem with limited budget by utilizing their local resources or potential. Many NGO, social institutions, & religious institutions are eager to giving help in efforts. Every subdistricts had their own community hall / other public spaces to be utilized for that purposes. Most of Buddhist monasteries are more than happy to held free class on meditation, yoga, calligraphy, sculpting, vegetarian cater & bakery business management while catholic monasteries eagerly giving psychological counsel, family health & management counsel, and other counsels. Most of Catholic monastery also held many free classes on musical instruments & foreign languages (such as, latin, etc). Both of monastery commonly has mega kitchen that cook daily to be distributed to elder who has no relatives, retirement home, training center, rehabilitation center, etc. Most of school & government office buses are idle on the weekend that could be use for social activities & community picnics.

WorkStart grants (money for a nice clothes and transport to attend job interviews) are available. Addiction and mental health services are also offered when required. However, if an individual doesn't take the help they're given, or wastes the financial aid, they're left to fend for themselves.

The general public finds them to be pretty annoying and most of the time ignores them.

In Downtown Hometown, a private bathhouse received a substantial refund from the ROTTERS (Revenues of Tax That Everyone Relies Service) for operating 'homeless people can have one complimentary bath per day' at their bathhouse.

The homeless of Destyntine have multiple options.

The majority of homeless are placed on heavy welfare programs. They are provided enough money for two plates worth of food a day, temporary shelters that have a small room including the basic necessities (bedding, access to clean water, clothing, and a wall phone). Public showers, medication, access to public internet terminals, and easy access to free public transportation are also given to those staying at the shelters. It normally takes a week for the government to assign them a job.

The second option would be to enlist with the military. There are always positions in the military for those with diverse skill-sets. Border defenders are also in high demand.

The last option would be to live off the land. Joining a clan in Ødemarken and living among a group of traditionalists is the best option for those looking to escape the advanced lifestyle. They survive by fishing and farming, the lands are protected by government regulations to prevent the destruction of the wilderness of the north and to keep the peace for Old Norse pagans looking for a simplistic lifestyle.

Anyone of immigrant status who refuses to work or cannot afford living in Destyntine are returned to their homeland immediately, no exceptions.

Although I am really busy with my visitation of the deanery of Tilburg, I still found some time to write this letter about this important matter.
The care for the poor and destitute is one of the ways in which we want to follow Christ's example. Many religious orders accept the homeless in their guest houses. They remember the words our Saviour spoke: "The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head," and try to provide a place for these people where they can lay their head.
Food and drinks are also provided to the poor, not only in the monasteries, but also in many cities, where the laity generously donate food and beverages for that purpose to the so-called "Tafel van de Heilige Geest" (Table of the Holy Ghost), a charitable organisation sanctioned by the Church. In our diocese, my predecessor granted a partial indulgence of five quarantines to those who donate something to the Table of the Holy Ghost, which grant is still in force this day.
