Here's the thing: this logic doesn't apply to multiple shooters(which is starting to look less like "lone nutjob" and more like "terrorist attack").

Logic like that is stupid, we get it. No one here has advocated it.Gormwood wrote:Diopolis wrote:Here's the thing: this logic doesn't apply to multiple shooters(which is starting to look less like "lone nutjob" and more like "terrorist attack").
At a Walmart of all places. Plus the GGWAG logic should still apply. If the possibility of multiple people carrying firearms is supposed to deter and stop single shooters, why does it not apply to multiple shooters especially in a state where everyone theoretically has access to the same firearms? And if the shooters are actually terrorists, rather damning they had access in the first place.

Excuse me for believing that the use of snark and attempts to score political points whenever a tragedy happens is abhorrent.
I’m not saying that we can’t give ideas on how to fix the issues that cause these tragedies but we could do it without the snark

Walmarts have guns and ammo in stock far as I recall.

Gotta have a little bit of darkness within you just to survive. You gotta stoop low everyday it seems like. Stoop all the way down to the devil in these times. And then one day you look in the mirror and you realize that you ain't you anymore. You're just another monster, and thanks to your actions, someone else will eventually become as warped and twisted as you. Never forget that the best of us are just the best of a bad lot. Being at the top of a pile of feces doesn't make you anything but shit like the rest. Never forget that.

While I would love if this was the moment something changed, where society worked together to put an end to gun violence, I highly doubt that'll happen. This will be another massacre that'll quickly be drowned out in the news by a new one. We Aren't even a week past the gilroy shooting and already we got another mass casualty attack. Clearly something is wrong in the United States
