I believe the meteor is happening in New Delhi though. If Shino was in the US, it might be a tad bit difficult for her to get there

Yes, I know but if someone bumps into Shino and asks her if she wants to join in something that does good on a general scale, she'll join.
And will likely be sent on the battle given her versatility.

Sivo, could you teleport Jasmine down to Earth? I had her asking Overseer where she needed to stand to teleport downstairs last post and I don't think you replied. Or if you did, I was dumb and missed it.

I don't control Overseer, actually. Imperium does. My character is on the ground in New Delhi.

Personality: Julie is a child of the endless summers of the Bluumenland, and as such she has developed a cheerful and optimistic, almost idealistic and naive, disposition. Though she is very opinionated and quick to draw swords over even a slight dispute or infraction. As a knight, her duties and moral code bind her to a degree. She has been trained to eliminate horrible monsters in particular.

Biography:
A recent graduate from the Knights college, Julie is a rising star whom has managed to impress her commanders. As a result, she has been given an elite and coveted position among the knight fae of summer "The bearer of the Red Heart". Implanted in her chest is a red heard which gives her power over the ultimate flame. Though typically she will stick to regular flame, the truefire burns bright within her, and speaks to her on occasion. As the true erradicator of the Knights greatest foes, she goes into the material realm regularly, knowing much about it. Though she lacks a real testing combat experience, and seeks a mighty challenge.

Powers/Abilities:

Vorpal Blade "Blade of blades, the vorpal strikes true. No man, nor monster can resist. Metal, diamond and scales, the vorpal will sear through. The foul beast cut open by a flick of the wrist."
The Vorpal sword is a weapon which can cut through most anything. Very few things can resist its strike.
The Red Heart of Eshenhai "The red fires burn eternal. Their heat consumes all enflame. The bane of all things infernal. But beware, both sinner and saint it will maim."
Faespeed[/b} "Fae's fleet, Fae's feet. The Summer Knights have speed which few can beat."
Julie's speed is incedible, though nothing compared to her reflexes or mental speed, able to process incredible numbers of enemies and juggle many tasks at once."

I had an idea. So the Toxate arc is coming as soon as Starlight gives the word. I was thinking the next arc after the Toxate could be an army of the undead. I know it's a horrible idea, but I was listening to a song when I came up with it.

Personality: Haelion is a surly, grumpy kid with a face set in a scowl. He harbors a great hate, for pretty much everything, for all that he thinks that the world did to him, and so, he seeks vengeance through making the world a worse place. He has no illusions about himself, he knows that he is bad, and he likes it. Some kids, after all, just want to watch the world burn.

Biography: Haelion was born to a father and mother he never knew, parents who hated him, by his reckoning, as they immediately gave him away to an orphanage. But there was a mixup. Instead of going to an orphanage in his nation of birth, Diluvia, there was a mixup with an exchange program and Haelion found himself at an orphanage in California, called "Steel's Orphanage." But the matron of the orphanage, Mrs. Steel was not kindly at all. Haelion, however, luckily, was adopted by the Masters couple, who gave him his name. They were a sweet couple, but also naive, and unfortunately, they were, after 6 months, killed in a robbery, and Haelion found himself a ward of the state once more, back in Steel's Orphanage. Life there was hell, Haelion often receiving beatings, and receiving no education whatsoever, he learned to read and write and speak by himself, and continued like this all the way up to a ninth grade level. After that, Haelion deemed himself intelligent enough to start developing an escape plan. The first couple times, he was caught, but the night before the Xantheian Box pulse, he was able to escape, and fled California. During that escape, he saw something red flashing by the side of the road and went to investigate.

Before him was a flaming red mask, and it seemed to speak to him, and he could not resist. It called itself Requiem, the mask, and after it forced him to put it on, it told the young boy many terrible things. But then, all of a sudden, the Pulse hit him, and Requiem was confused and it's control over Haelion was broken and he in turn was able to gain control over it. With the mask, he traveled the country calling himself Scourge, using his newfound powers to wreck havoc. However, he eventually got beat by a superhero and captured by the Xantheians to be experimented on, however, they never got to him. Using the chaos that the Justice Queens had provided to escape, he happened upon a Xantheian armory and grabbed the first pair of weapons he had seen...a pair of guns, the Xantheians having modeled them after human design. Making his escape, he had by now realized that there was strength in numbers and joined a gang called the Phoenix Gang, who had slowly begun to spread their wings over D.C, seeking to overthrow the government and reap chaos.

Powers/Abilities:

Enhanced Physical Condition: Through Requiem, Haelion gained an enhanced condition, making him stronger, faster, more durable, etc. However, this condition is only when the mask is on. When his mask is off, he is an ordinary human.
Self-Efficacy Manipulation: Through the Xantheian mutagen, Haelion can now manipulate the efficacy of himself and any non-living thing he touches. For example, when in hand, his pistols pack a greater punch and have more range. If he is touching a machine, he can give it its maximum efficiency. While he cannot change anything physical, he can control the input/output and effect of things, or simple things like increasing the maximum weight a chair can take.
Breaker Touch: With a touch or fist, Haelion can tear through almost any non-sentient object. That excludes the special metals and crazily thick structures as well.

Weaknesses

Enhanced Condition: This power is only in effect when Haelion wears the mask. Without it, he will instantly convert back to a normal human.
Self-Efficacy: Increasing his own efficacy will eventually require large amounts of energy(food), and without that energy, he will not be able to maintain his strengthened shape. As stated above, he cannot change the efficiency of people, or actual physical things, but rather their input/output.
Breaker Touch: Haelion can often go out of control with this power, even though it does have a figurative on and off switch. If he isn't careful, in destroying some things, he may also destroy his clothes, shoes, the surface that he is standing and etc.

Equipment: Requiem, the mask as seen in the picture. It gives him enhanced condition, and is quite durable itself. Also, his twin pistols, Mercy and Redemption, Xantheian-made, have infinite ammunition. Haelion can also switch the bullet mode, allowing him to utilize regular bullets, bullets that can phase through walls and other structures, explosive bullets and bullets that can split into 2 or 3 more bullets.

But I regain my courage and draw my sword, a sword that flashes silver in the wind that is beginning to deliver a rain upon us. And so we duel, the two of us, but I have the mastery. With a feint, I am able to disarm him, and hold my sword to his throat.

"No...Tumia. There is only one ruler of ships. And they do not share power." And then I thrust my sword, fatally wounding him. And as I watch the life ebb from his eyes, I lean down and whisper to him, "Long Live Silver Wind."
