So for your question it's mainly a time thing, so it takes from a couple seconds to a full day, depends on the person's mental fortitude for her to 'melt' her target's brain and it takes longer for the more people she has to focus on, for the second point is mainly her focusing on the person's brain.

As soon as Pandora's Box exploded he was buried and alive filled with confusion and an unknown hunger, he crawled out of his grave and wondered the world again and disappeared from his little nook, he settled in downtown Chicago and opened a club called 'Undead Apex' and ever since then no one knew his name, excluding a certain dragon lady and his friend who technically 'owns' the club.

• I need to borrow your arm sir.: He needs to flesh to fuel his brain and body. So really flesh is really the only thing keeping him 'alive' so to speak.
• Actually you can keep your moves they're wack son.: Those of super speed and high dexterity can overload his senses. Also those who have really crazy Jitsu or somthing.
• Where's my snare?: His affinity to music gets him in a sort of high.
• Man it sure is lonely down here.: He's a people person so sometimes his undead state kind of makes things awkward.

What would you like me to add as a weakness? I'm mainly molding my OCs to match the story and stuff so what would you like?

Well, it's not really about what I'd want. But I'd suggest mostly something which someone in the same power class could use to gain an advantage in a fight. Something exploitable, but not something to make it unwinnable for you.
Perhaps like undead he could have a reaction to some base elements like cold iron or silver.
He could be slower than a regular human in terms of movement speed. So he could be outmanuvered. (I know you had something like this, but making it more clear could be better)
He could have a lack of ranged attacks. So despite his toughness he could be pelted and kited if not careful.

these are just sugggestions, so do come up with your own. Mostly it would be good to think of how your charecter could be beaten by someone who is power-wise an equal or even lesser potentially.

Personality: Valka is a confident, firm figure among the Æsir. A firm follower of Odin's law in most cases, she lets out her more rebellious side in rare occasions and in battle. While some view her as an inspirational figure, she can also be characterized as bossy and over-bearing, despite her best intentions. She is, however, quite hedonistic as well.

Biography: Valka is of the younger generation of Æsir, being born shortly after the time of the Vikings. Being born to a family that had Odin's favour, she often inhabited the training grounds and there learned to fight and gained a friend in Valdis, who imbued her claws and her axe with the essence of several famous artifacts after dangerous trips to the River Van and Mimisbrunnir. Upon a second trip to the River Van, Valka and Valdis rescued the young child of Fenrir, named Reginvaldr, whom they nicknamed Reggie, bringing him back to Urgrund. She gained an affinity for cats, becoming their patron. Upon her coming of age, she was granted her goddess titles, gaining a friendly rivalry with Valdis. Discovering her notes, and thusly, her songs, she became a major opponent of Loki, and yet, was more often on the losing side of their battles and spats. Nevertheless, her abilities proved useful in determining that the death of Baldur at Loki's hands had been an accident, and Loki gained some favour in Valka's eyes that day, the Patron Goddess of Cats seeing that she not was pure evil. That opinion did not last long, however, with Loki taking Valka's eye in her cat form. After Valdis departed with her ship to find treasure for Urgrund in the event of the Odinsleep, Valka too gained Odin's favour.

And so, she too was sent on missions among the Nine Realms and beyond, roaming Yggdrassil, carrying out Odin's will. Thusly she gained the title of "Herald of Odin" and carries it to this day. She killed and slaughtered for Odin, for a time traveling to Muspelheim undercover, where she battled the Rjufendr beyond the Wall of Valqr, posing as one of the Eldjotnar's knights. Plots to destroy Urgrund and depose its All-Father were also uncovered and destroyed by the Herald. She also came into opposition with Laufey, king of the Jotnar, whom Valka had attempted to assassinate at Odin's behest. All this she accomplished with a pair of boots enchanted by Odin, called Skórrúm, which enable her to walk in space. She has also become Captain of the Reginvordr, loosely translated, the Godguard.

Powers/Abilities:

• Asgardian Physiology including
  --Superhuman Strength: (10 tons)

• Supernatural Combat Skill: All Æsir, with hundreds or thousands of years of combat and training, have mastered the art of combat. This does not mean that they are invincible.
• Absolute Hearing: Valka can hear almost anything that goes on in Urgrund, besides what is beyond her hearing or prevented, through Odin's magic. Her hearing can be honed and focused on particular areas, with a loss of hearing range the more her hearing is focused into a single area. She can also, with great difficulty, hear and commune with the dead of the Æsir, along with being able to hear the past in a way, allowing her to examine prior events and all of Urgrund's history. This hearing does not only extend to what is physically spoken, but also what is spoken by some inanimate objects, such as the land as a whole. However, Valka cannot hear the thoughts of others, the future or animals.
• Songs of the Blessed: Valka's voice is extremely powerful and potent. When she speaks, or sings, what she says can have certain effects on the target. All of her songs are formed by a combination of notes, that appear to be physical musical notes to the eye. However, each note behaves like a rune, and has a base aspect. The notes are as follows: absence, presence, destruction, strength, truth, spirit, sense each of the elements(fire, wind, water, metal, light and earth). The songs below are examples of combinations of these notes, Valka can create these songs, though there are many other songs. Notes must be used in a combination of at least three, and generally no more than one element can appear in a song. As for a general system, the first note acts as a prefix, the second as the subject, and the third as the effect. Using the Song of Vigor as an example, the absence of destruction is being strengthened, or, stated differently, the lack of destruction is being extrapolated and widened aka healing. Certain unliving objects can be imbued with songs as well.
  --Song of Vigor: (Absence + Destruction + Strength) When this song is sung, Valka is able to heal most inanimate and animate things. However, this can quickly take much energy, as the song can heal both physical, mental and emotional ailments, and thus, must be extremely focused as to not restore an object to its perfect condition.
  --Song of Volatility: (Presence + Destruction + Strength) This song can deestablish or disrupt unliving things, such as structures. It will not destroy things, but will weaken them to the point that destruction is easy. However, it cannot be used against living things, and the bigger the object, the less effect the Song has. The Song can also weaken the resolve and confidence of beings, although strong-willed beings can successfully resist.
  --Song of Allure: (Absence + Spirit + Strength) This song, being so beautiful and enchanting, physically draws people to Valka, who then can do whatever she pleases to those people. The Song of Allure does not work on purely evil beings for the most part, nor the strongest of wills, but its greatest effects are on those who long for/desire something greatly.
  Other examples: Presence + Light + Destruction or Absence + Light + Destruction plunges the area into darkness. Fire + Strength + Absence makes nearby flames harmless. Spirit + Presence + Strength (Song of Will) increases the resolve, will, optimism and loyalty of individuals.
• Verity: Valka can, firstly, detect when a person is telling the truth. However, this ability can be tricked if the person believes that they are telling the truth and are unaware that they are telling a lie. Through this power, Valka can also force someone to tell her the truth, and can also detect lies of any kind, including illusions or things that should not be, making her a much maligned opponent to Loki.
• Feline Communication: Valka can talk to cats. Simple.

Weaknesses

• Curse of Yggdrasil: The curse that Yggdrasil put on the Æsir was firstly, against their realm of Urgrund. When the All-Father slumbers, the land withers and dies. The second curse Yggdrasil put on the Æsir was gluttony, blood-lust and hedonism. Valka is more prone towards gluttony, having a tendency to eat enormous amounts of food and drink after battles or when she is simply bored. Once she is drunk, Valka also becomes more lustful than usual.
• Battle-Rage: In the most desperate situations, during battle or times of extreme rage, the Æsir can enter a rage unlike any other, allowing them to shake off normally lethal wounds and fight even harder. However, their hearts can give out if they remain in this state for too long, and there is possible trauma and death from the wounds suffered during the rage. An Æsir who enters the rage too often will eventually go rabid.
• Hearing: Valka cannot hear the thoughts of beings, and she hears less as a whole if she focuses on a specific area or tries to expand her range with no loss of hearing as well. Also, certain magics such as Odin's can surround an area and make it impossible for her to hear anything happening inside.
• Note Combination: A combination of notes in the wrong order can have unintended, wild results. Also, the effects of songs to an area are limited to the radius of a few feet, in most cases. Songs can also be resisted by strong-wiled beings. Valka also does not know every potential combination of notes, and it is possible that she has not discovered them all. She can also not use her notes in the vacuum of space.
• Truth: A person that sincerely believes that they are telling the truth and are unaware that they are telling a lie can trick Valka's abilities.

Equipment: Here's an analogy. As Odin is to ravens, so Valka is to cats. Extrapolating on that, Valka's representative aspect in the animal kingdom is a cat. Thusly, she has the attributes of a cat, along with hearing--bear with me there---she also has retractable claws that are quite strong, and are capable of slicing through stone and flesh alike. The claws are about an inch long at their longest. Her claws also carry the attributes of Gleipnir, in that they are supposedly inescapable by anything or anyone within her grasp. Valka can also shift between her cat form, in which she turns into a cat and her humanoid form. Her cat form is missing its right eye, thanks to Loki. During shifting from her cat form to her humanoid form, she can sometimes get trapped somewhere in between, leaving her with a humanoid form but potentially with whiskers, cat ears and/or a tail. However, her claws do remain with her no matter what form she is in.

Saniøx, the Axe of Truth is Valka's primary weapon. With a long stave, Saniøx is transmuted with the aspects of Mimir's Well, allowing it to destroy falsehoods of any kind, whether they be illusions or things that should not be. Saniøx can switch between a single-headed, double-headed/bladed and a staff form all together. It is also imbued with the Song of Will and its opposite, the Song of Submission. She also has a suit of armor.

Valka also possess Skórrúm, her boots which allow her to walk in the vacuum of space, or on Yggdrasil safely. They also allow her to run up vertical surfaces.
