Personality: Belligerent, Carefree, competitive.

Biography: When he was born it was a convergence of multiple Zodiacal signs, the Snake, Dragon, and Taurus the Bull.Even before his powers awoke due to the X-Box he was always interested in the stars. He was a normal child i guess you could say, except he was never scared of the dark. He always liked being outside and looking at the stars and constellations. Because of the fact heliked the stars so much he was bullied a bit, this led him to fight back. He later learned a form of Martial arts to defend himself. He was not the perfect child if one exists but he did not cause to much trouble for his mother.

He was 13 when his powers actually manifested, a year after the Box changed humanity. They didnt fully manifest only some of his abilities did, the earth empowerment for one. It was during the Xantheian invasion that his Physiology manifested. He had been in an area when it happened, part of a nearby building was destroyed and debris was rushing towards him. He only had time to cover his face with his arms before he was hit. He felt the debris hit him, but felt little pain, his arms also felt different to him. He looked up and noticed that his arms were covered in small golden scales, while his forearms were bleeding they were relatively uninjured besides that.

The rest of his body including his face were covered in similar scales. It was from that day that he actually went out and helped people, on occasion. He would release the Scales and don a mask and few would be able to discern his true identity. He was in DC on a school affiliated trip when the Inquisitors attacked. He suited up so to speak and joined the fight like the rest. Due to the apparent nature of his powers he chose the name Zodiac as his alias, that fit better than Draco, at least a little bit.

Powers/Abilities:

Zodiac Empowerment: He can gain abilities that correspond to the signs of the Western, Chinese and Celtic Zodiacs. His inherent abilities are stronger on his birth day than any other day. As he sees more of these signs come and go he will have more insight into them.
Zodiac Physiology: Due to the Signs he was born under he has a few powers inherent to him. (they will be listed below)
Earth Empowerment: As long as his skin is in contact with the Earth he has greater than average Endurance, Strength, and stamina, allowing him to do things or longer without tiring or straining himself. He does not have increased durability however. He can also survive longer without needing food or drink than most humans. This is strengthened during the sign of Taurus.
Reptilian Physiology: Because he was born under the Celtic Sign of the Snake and the Chinese Sign of the Dragon he is attuned to reptiles. He can speak to most reptiles and can generate a durable layer of Golden Scales over his skin. They can repel small caliber bullets and blades but can be penetrated if hit in the same spot over time. This is strengthened during the signs of the Snake and Dragon, for the Dragon it also applies to the year. Though his snake is strengthened during the chinese year of the snake as well.

Weaknesses

I see it in the Stars: Besides his inherent abilities he must be in the presence of the Stars, meaning during the Day and on a cloudy night he can’t do much, and his inherent abilities are weakened to a point. He must also meditate and channel the zodiac sign he wished to use. The constellation, if there is one must also be visible.
So much power, so little Control: While his abilities can be powerful, he doesn’t know how to fully control them yet, thus they are weaker currently, but might get stronger with time. This also will allow any with greater control to usurp him and his powers. (if he meets someone with constellation manipulation or stellar manipulation, they can control him like a puppet. Only if their control is stronger however.)
Mother Earth is Fickle: While he does have more endurance and the like, this is only if he is in physical contact with the Earth. He also does not have durability only Endurance, Strength, and Stamina. So while he can hit hard but is a bit of a glass cannon.

Equipment: none really, besides this mask

Likes: Astrology/astronomy, Fighting, Music, Tattoos, and Art.
Dislikes: Bigots, bullies, the Cruel.

Biography: Ajaz was born to a very rich family, his mother coming from money and his father being a successful business man. His father, James Michaels soon became the Senator of the state of New York, and the family moved to Washington DC to start their new life there. Ajax never liked Washington. He thought it was a corrupt and decaying city. He continued rooting for his New York sport teams as an act of defiance.

He watched as both his parents began to get more and more corrupted by politics, wishing there was something he could do about it. He poured his frustration into fencing, boxing, and sword play, becoming notably talented at all three.

One day his life was changed forever when his parents were killed in a car crash. In the following days he began to learn just how corrupt his parents were, the bribes and back room deals, all of it. Now, alone and orphaned, he plans to take the law into his own hands and right his parents wrongs.

Character Application

Name: El-Rei Cassion

Superhero Name: Nightingale

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Race/Species: Vykladei of the Siliri sub-group

Appearance:Most El-Rei's scales are dark grey and total black, her spikes are on her back. They are red and get deeper from the tip to the base, so the tip is the brightest and the base is the darkest. She can fly for who knows how long along with this her wings are black in the flaps. She does have horns and they follow the same rule as the spikes, they start at above her brow and curve around her skull and ends at about 4 inches away from her skull. She weighs a ton but can manipulate her organic mass to weigh as much as a kitten if needed and her height is 7'6. She wears a hooded long coat that have cuts where her wings, horns and spikes are, underneath the long coat a t-shirt and a tank top along with that black sweatpants.

Personality: Cold to those that she doesn't trust or know, and very quiet when among large groups of individuals. She is also very antisocial. She sadly is an alcoholic, also wishes for a soulmate to help her but can't find it within to make an effort to do so.

Biography:El-Rei Cassion being born on Earth in an orphanage and having her parents abandon her after birth she developed a few grudges against her parents and the darker side of humanity, she was bullied much of her child and teenage life learning the best she could and learning that she had powers that helped her avoid the children and matrons of her orphanage. At the age of 18 she left the orphanage seeking out away to help the innocent and protect the weak. She was forced to hide her visage and powers after seeing a couple being attacked for the simple fact that they had powers, it also didn't help that they were an alien race either so that was another thing to note. She soon turned to alcohol as a way to cope with her troubles and a lack of support. She adopted the nickname of Nightingale to be a vigilante of the people and become a mercenary for money.

Powers/Abilities:

Umbreonic Control: to control not create existing shadows. May use them to teleport and use them like tentacles when needed.
Enhanced Condition: The power to possess physical/mental abilities enhanced beyond that of a normal member of her species.
Supernatural speed: being so fast that she appears that she's teleporting.

Weaknesses

Uh, depends really. The thing here is that Star's a little sick of edgy, shady and/or crazy characters, since he wants the focus to be on heroes.

That'd be correct. Floyd would've contacted your character while pretending to be an agent of some shady government program or something like that, so your character would think he's an agent fighting the good fight and shit, rather than a mercenary.
