Ulan looked on from outside the craft, using the power of the cube to witness each fight around the universe that was occurring due to this so called incursion.
"The end is near. I would not have gone and faced anyone with the end so close. It is smarter to run and wait, for no matter what all will be lost. If all will be lost, then for what do they fight? Simply to die? I will not leave this life raft no matter what. Imagine if an unexpected event was to occur and accelerate the end in some way? Then they would be to far away to get to the craft as the Universe was destroyed. How foolish."
He shook his head, thinking poorly of those who had left.
He had never considered humans dumb, but he did know that the average Kree was far more intelligent than the average human. This was evident here. He did not need sleep, and never did it, but he decided he would to rest and dream for the first time in decades. It would be interesting. If he to had a doppelganger, who cares if he destroyed a planet or even his own planet? The end would bring it about anyway.

He entered the life craft and rested, closing his eyes to sleep. He would not led astray from this life raft, his salvation.
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again- Etienne de Grellet du Mabillier

Doom watched as the strange man with a staff entered the strange contraption in front of him. He looked to Deadpool behind him as if he expected him to follow.
"I'm not going."
Turning on his thought to speech device "you coming too?"
"Nah."
Why?
"You have stuff to do kid, people to see, adventures to have. Your new to this until label thing. Your different in that you can be killed if you want. I can't. Some of these guys are saying how this is the end of everything. If I can survive this I will survive just about anything. I don't like life. Maybe now I'll meet death. Hopefully at least."
Doom nodded and looked at Deadpool, the guy who had prompted the U.S. Government to do this to him in the first place. Secretly hoping the merc with a mouth would change his mind, Bringer walked onto to the Life Raft and prepared for the end.

Alastir

Alastir brought his fist up to his Doppelganger's Face, but it didn't even cause a scratch or any type of superficial damage, It only served in his own energy being absorbed by the Doppelganger who then unleashed a Psionic Wave of energy which cracked the Earth, and also sent Alastir falling down rapidly into the large fissure created from the resulting Psionic Wave, however, before Alastir could hope to regain his balance, an entire swarm of Black Tendrils that were brought out from the body of the Doppleganger Alastir came down to him rapidly, each of them being as sharp as clean-cut blades. Alastir growled as he quickly tried to evade them "What amazing power, this even pushing me to my limit-" Alastir stopped as the Tendrils struck him with lightning speed, each of them taking a massive chunk of his body with them, leaving at least 65% of his body missing.

Alastir coughed up a massive amount of blood as he continued falling down into the fissure, feeling as if he had just been burned alive with scorching hot oil "What type of power is this!!!" Alastir exclaimed inwardly as he could no longer gather any energy from within, the darkness engulfing him as quickly as possible, however, this darkness was very much different, it was the Primordial Darkness within his body that was reacting to the catastrophic physical damage to Alastir's body "I cannot believe..." Alastir's entire form started to become corrupted with the Primordial Darkness itself, covering his body slowly but surely "... That I let my guard down, but rest assured, that will not happen again!"

Master Shimura turned abruptly and noticed that Alastir had been incapacitated by the sheer power of his Ultimate Doppleganger, whom of which now turned his attention to the Young Shimura "Dammit, I guess I don't have much of a-" Both Shimura and the Doppelganger Shimura stopped as a massive tremor beneath the Earth began to take place, with multiple fissures in the Earth being spawned as a result of such a tremor, this tremor was followed a demonic roar followed by a mass of Black Tendrils to explode from the surface of the Earth. Shimura's eyes widened as he realized what was about to happen "Did Alastir just..."

And sure enough, followed by the roar from the ground and the rise of hundreds if not thousands of tendrils, a dark and malevolent creature rose up out of the ground, a sinister and yet evil smile forming on it's face as it stood atop one of the many tendrils of it's body. Master Shimura, the Doppelganger Shimura, Arctico, and the Doppelganger Arctico were frozen with fear as they felt the pure foul energy that was emitting from the now Primal Alastir, however, the Doppelganger Shimura eventually replaced this fear with anger as he ordered his duplicate in the form of Alastir to directly attack Primal Alastir. The being in question then let out another demonic roar in which, combined with the overbearing foul energy and the shockwave caused the Doppelganger Alastir to disintegrate entirely, leaving not even a single molecule of the doppleganger remaining,

Stanley 'Stan' Blake-27 Yrs

I was surprised by the manner in which the woman, I never got her name, but that can come later and her comment about me being handsome did not escape me. My eyes were drawn to the artifacts that she wielded, and not intentionally ignoring her request, I found myself compelled to warn her about the dangers of wielding the relics. Although I was rather certain that she was already aware. "Those weapons in your hands. The gauntlet and pistol, they are supernatural in nature." I mentioned as I dug in my jacket for the flask again, opening it up and taking a swig. "Weapons of that sort have...side effects. If you have not already begun feeling the effects, you likely soon will." I then replaced the flask back in my jacket, and almost sobering up in an instant, a technique learned after years of practice. Or simply appearing sober. "Of course, your level of skill with them seems as if you have been in possession of them for a while. Normally the wielder of weapons of that sort have long lost their minds." I explained as my runes began to disappear. The danger that was present now no longer an issue. I rolled my sleeve back down as I then placed my hands in my pants pockets.

"You can call me Blake. I am a paranormal detective, things like this." I said as I waved a hand around the alternate dimension we are in. "Is how I pay my bills. Demons, rouge angels, mythical beasts, ghosts all of them exist within our world. Hidden out of sight, not really a threat most of your standard tights clad hero can maintain. So, there are men and women who can naturally see into their worlds. With no say in the matter we see the fallen angels of heaven and the worst of hell, along with everything in between. Some go crazy, locked away in asylums where their ramblings are used as evidence against their mental state. Others take their own lives and occasionally some learn to turn a dollar off of it."

Then as I threw an arm out and began tracing my finger in the air, at first looking like a crazy person but eventually lines began to form and a door way appeared. A portal of sorts, you could see into the other side and it revealed a less than maintained room which looked like a study filled with scattered books, half finished drawings, literal writing on walls, dust covered tables with empty bottles of whisky spread about. The room where I conduct my research, where many endless nights were spent with literal nightmares robbing me of sleep and sanity.

"This is not really a place for a proper introduction. I found you because of the trail left behind by your weapons. Not something you should worry about, only someone who can pick up the pull of magic and cursed weapons would pick up on it. Relics that powerful, can be hard to hide." I then finished opening the portal and stepped back from it, giving room for both the woman, and her alien friend, who I turned to recognize.

"That was some trick before, although I hate having to get mixed up in fights like this. Unfortunately, I am no expert on alien matters at all. However, if you are a friend of hers, then I suppose that is good enough for me. Feel free to stop by as well." I offered, before returning my gaze upon the woman, as if seeing her for the first time.

A natural blonde rather than that bleached crap, with soft curls through her long shoulder length hair. Misty eyes were covered by bangs that hung like the branches from a weeping willow. As if trying to hide some great hurt. A thin, but straight nose was complemented by full pouting lips. And her aroma carried with it the fumes of cigarette smoke. An ideal woman that I would likely make a pass on had we not just battled a four story demon and a pulsing migraine torturing me. So, I contented myself to step beside the portal and place a hand in front of me, chiming off in a obvious new orleans accent.

"Ladies first mam."

Valka Silverhand
All-Mother of Asgard, Madworld

The All-Mother gave a single, silent nod at his statements, though his speaking of handling the Final Incursion caused an unseen raised eyebrow beneath Valka's power. Max had grown in power as well. Their strife had been long ago, and she had mostly forgotten it, or rather, put it aside, so she was perfectly fine with that.

Nodding again at Max's statement that she should get acquainted with Otto, she nodded, and returning briefly to Skipbladnir, returning Odin's body and lifting a barrel of elderberry wine from its stores, carrying it over her shoulder, and, as she reached the ground once more, beheld the knelt Otto. "Rise, Otto Vilison, we have much to talk about." The two walked side by side, entering the dining halls, and sitting at a secluded table in the corner, Valka got up, returning with two cups, pouring some of the wine for Otto and herself. "Elderberry wine, the finest in Odin's sword. But we are not here to talk of wine, are we? Odin told me of thee in his final moments, " Valka said, looking keenly at him. "And I see that you hold Draupnir, Odin's ring, with some of the Odinforce still remaining. That is good, continue to keep it well," she said.

"And now, I suppose, that I should tell you of the fall of Asgard. It began with Loki, that treacherous, traitorous snake. I knew we should have killed him before he caused anymore trouble, and yet, this time, he was the harbinger of Asgard's end, and the perpetrator. Escaping from his prison, he assembled the enemies of Asgard, stealing the Eternal Flame and giving it to Surtur, who brought his Fire Demons. Next, Ymir, bringing the Ice and Frost Giants, Malekith the twice-Accursed, (for I cursed him the second time, after I learned of his role) with his Dark Elves, the Angels of Heven, the very forces of Hel, and finally, Loki, riding Jörmungandr. The battle was fierce and raged for more than a week, before the Asgardians became to fall. The Lady Sif, Brunhilde, the Warriors Three, Heimdall, and many more. At the last, Odin and Thor fought, Thor slaying Loki, Malekith and Jörmungandr before he fell. And then, the All-Father, Surtur and Ymir fought, and Odin was overcome. And Surtur set Asgard aflame, and that grand city was broken. Too late, I arrived, battle long past. Mjolnir, broken by the arts of Surtur and Ymir, I reforged, and brought the greatest weapons of Asgard that needed to survive the End upon Skipbladnir, along with Sleipinir and other great treasures of Asgard. And so, All-Mother now am I, as you know the old laws, that Asgard must always have a ruler, despite its state."

"We are the last scions of Asgard now, Otto. The very last. All alone now, among those stars. Blessed or cursed, never to die of old age." She took a long draught of elderberry wine, looking down into its depths. Then, she lifted her head, locking eyes with Otto Godblessed. "Sometimes, Godblessed, I think an Asgardian lives too long."

She leaned back, holding the cup but not drinking it. "Tell me of thyself, Godblessed. For little I know of thee, I have spoken too long, and it was a very, very long time ago when we looked upon each other's faces, and that was only the briefest of moments."

Etla, too, smiled at Craig as he glanced at her, appreciative of the fact that he was willing to let her tag along despite her having accidentally pushed the wrong buttons with him. He was a forgiving person, and kind. And while Rainborn often had little reason not to be forgiving, for they rarely if ever wronged each other as they danced around the great fountain of Father Sky, they could appreciate kindness, for it was with kindness that they treated each other, the fraternal kindness that Rainborn showed to brother and sister alike. Certainly, this was not the same thing, but even then, it was... nice. In a way, this man, and Helen, too, made the girl, youngest of all the Rainborn, to feel at home, if only a little bit. With this in mind, it was not too difficult to discern why Etla did not seem desperate nor longing, in fact looking forward to traveling, not caring much about Craig's next destination, which would also be hers.

However, hearing his comment about not knowing where to go, and noticing him begin to pace instead of leading anywhere, the blonde woman couldn't help but feel the slightest bit disappointed. Rainborn were, in the end, not particularly patient creatures, save for the few that had been specifically designed by Father Sky to possess an abundance of such a virtue, and so, as Craig paced, Etla crossed her arms and began to tap her foot, wondering what exactly was going through the funny-skinned man's head that was drawing in all of his attention with such allure. Naturally, she could not fathom the truth of what was going through her mind, unconcerned and ignorant as she was about the Incursions and their meaning.

That, however, made the revelation no less unsettling. The end of the universe? That sounded like a bad thing, indeed. Yet, having never ventured away from the great fountain and beyond the reaches of the Skyworld before, she was ignorant in the matters of the universe. Despite her battle prowess, and the infinite potential for the power she could achieve, she was, as far as these cosmic machinations went, little more than a lost child, not particularly desperate, but very much aimless. Though, despite the shockingness of the revelation, it did not cause her to be concerned that much. This man, Craig, claimed that the end of the universe was at hand. Yet, she was not from the universe. Surely, her kin would be fine. The Skyworld was an isolated place, and the might of Father Sky knew no bounds. If His children were threatened, if she herself found herself in any danger from the collapse of this universe, then she had the utmost faith that He would protect her, as He had when she fell from the great fountain, away from the Skyworld.

Her confidence cemented, Etla decided to stop thinking about such complicated matters and instead looked at what Craig was doing. There was one of those strange human technological contraptions, displaying visual data as they were manipulated through means she couldn't, at this point, understand, though she was at least quickly able to discern that the movement of the little white arrow thing was connected to the movement of the small object with a laser at its bottom, and the depressable surfaces were obviously letters. Either way, she paid little attention to these details, and instead looked at the screen. It displayed throngs of information about Odin, and Heimdall, and other beings that she was not acquainted with at all. It also displayed some very impressive visual recreations of a man with a hammer accomplishing some awe-inspiring feats.

Suddenly, Craig stood up and the young Rainborn, who was bent so as to better look at the screen, quickly moved away. He was at least a good foot taller than her, after all, best to be careful when close to him. She didn't want to accidentally fall over or something and become the laughing stock of... the rabbits, she supposed. There really wasn't much of a crowd around them to begin with. Either way, she listened to her new acquaintance as he spoke, telling her about the coming end of the universe once again, and of how he needed resources that only the Asgardians of Asgard had. The way she spoke about them, away from this world, made her wonder if they were anything like the Rainborn, but she quickly discarded the idea. Rainborn, as far as she was aware, did not protect worlds, and she was not quite sure what 'being godlike' entailed, though she was on the other hand completely certain that her dear father must be more than fit for such a title.

Following Craig back to his transport, she entered and sat down on it once he had cleared some space, getting as comfortable as she could and leaning back on her seat, casually reaching into her own chest, the area around it glowing with a bright white light as her hand seemed to go past her clolthes and skin. Soon it came back out, revealing the same rune-engraved sphere of steel that she had used during the battle against her transdimensional sibling, and later during the rescue of the Fantastic Four. With a snap of her fingers, the sphere disappeared from sight, gone to the storage dimension that she had access to like every other Rainborn, as was her birthright. Afterwards, she simply sat quietly, not saying a word or moving a finger as she listened to Craig, soaking herself in information about the Asgardians, who they were, what they did, their role in the universe and all of that good stuff. There were many things she still did not understand, but in comparison to how clueless she had been mere minutes ago, she now had a veritable bounty of knowledge to draw upon, should it prove necessary at some point.

Soon, they arrived at the place Craig had meant to go to. "Thomsen Tech", was the name displayed proudly in huge symbols on the facade of the large structure, and the Rainborn recalled that the man had introduced himself as Craig Thomsen. Thus, logic would dictate, this place belonged to him. His actions only seemed to confirm this, as he entered the place and walked in, looking around. She, too, looked around, but unlike Craig, she was not in the slightest unsettled by the lack of human beings, instead focusing on the technological marvels that lined the walls. One such as her, naturally, could not appreciate them properly, unable to even tell that they paled in comparison to the synthetic machinery constantly at work within her, but she was able to observe them nonetheless, a myriad of thoughts going through her head as she wondered about their purpose, while Craig ran around collecting several such artifacts for their use in the future, as well as what appeared to be a white metallic humanoid creature with a comically large head, something that made her chuckle for a moment before returning to her previous activity, analyzing the shapes and forms of the artifacts in the Thomsen Tech building with the eyes of a curious child.

The blonde girl continued like this until Craig finished packing his things and returned to the building, opening a container from which cold air flowed and taking out a couple of boxes from it. One he kept closed, but the other he opened and took out an object in the shape of a torus, munching on it. She quickly surmissed that this was the famous 'food' Helen had talked to her about, and while she was perfectly aware that one such as her had no need for mortal sustenance like this, curiosity was still great, and so, as the man offered some of that food to her, she nodded at him with a smile and eagerly took one of the torus-shaped objects, one covered in a brown substance. She eyed it curiously for a few moments before finally sinking her teeth into it and ripping out a good chunk, chewing on it. For a few moments, nothing happened, but then, her already unnaturally bright green eyes suddenly lit up, as the abundant sweetness of a good chocolate donut flooded her scarcely-used sense of taste, very nearly overloading her prodigiously programmed core for a moment as she reveled in the moment. This was the very first human 'food' she had tasted, one of the only things she had tasted in fact, aside from the nearly tasteless eternally-falling rain of the Skyworld, and by the great fountain it was wonderful. A glorious first experience with human tastes, indeed. She wolfed down the rest of the chocolate donut and then let out a contented sigh, the food already disintegrated in the vortex of ever-flowing energy within her core, but the taste lingering in her sensitive tongue.

Contented, and even ecstatic to a degree, Etla simply followed Craig back to the aircraft in a gait that now appeared more like a dance than a simple walk, with her footsteps answering to the rhytm of some gentle, unseen song, making little twirls and spins here and there as she moved, until finally arriving at the man's transport, barely feeling the journey as they traveled through the sky and beyond, only to arrive to the place he had mentioned before, Asgard, the city of the gods. Stepping out of the aircraft, she was completely marveled at it. Though in her mind, nothing was quite as beautiful as the clear, simple, dream-like great fountain, this place was a worthy competitor, what with its abundant, unnatural golden and argent sheen. She looked around with wonder, mouth agape, even as Craig conversed with Heimdall, pretty much accidentally ignoring the keeper of the Bifrost as she and Craig continued to sightsee in Asgard, until eventually the man brought her before the one she was told was the lord of that place, Odin, the Allfather. Really, she was quite glad she had decided to stay with him. Even if it was not quite on purpose, not quite for her and not quite for a very upbeat reason, he had wound up showing her countless wonders already, and she could only hope he'd show her many more if she stayed with him.

Her behavior during the meeting with Odin, to be honest, wasn't much different from the usual. While Craig bowed and spoke, she simply munched on another of his donuts, observing the Allfather. He was old, and powerful, but beyond that... well, he didn't seem like a creature beyond that, to her. In fact, he was remarkably similar to the humans in his appearance, if obviously stronger and wiser by far. However, his booming voice did take her by surprise, as did his booming laughter, and the comment he made about her home did not go unnoticed. Indeed, she was sent into a spiral of memories, remembering the very first moment she had opened her eyes, looking up at the black horizon of the Skyworld, and at the figure of her dearest father, and at all of her brothers and sisters, gathered to see the creation of another of their kind. Odin's words were cryptic, but they filled her with hope. If what he said was true, then she would eventually see her home again, for it was decidedly her greatest wish. She would only have to persevere until then. But for now, she simply stayed with Craig, following him to the forge of the Asgardian forger Valka.

For two days, she remained on Asgard, while Craig and Valka worked on his suit without rest. And for two days, she explored the marvels of the city. The great halls of the city of the norse Gods was truly a wonderful thing to see, and by the end of it, she felt that two days had not been nearly enough, but even then, she was more than happy to have been allowed to visit the city at all. Sight, after all, was not the only manner in which she had been rewarded by her arrival. If a simple chocolate donut had nearly overloaded her senses with its powerful alien taste, then the gastronomical wonders of Asgard pretty much overwhelmed her. The sweetness of the Elderberry Wine and the sublime taste of the Saehrímnir she was treated to by the cook of Asgard were almost too much for her, sending her into a temporary ecstatic trance and likely making more than one of the other commensals look towards her in concern. But after recovering she continued to indulge in the wonderful taste of these things; as Odinson heartily commented, she ate "like the Einherjar themselves", despite having no need for such.

Indeed, the gifts of Asgard were great. She received a very welcoming treatment by the Asgardians and their ilk, addressed as though she was an honor guest despite being only a woman who happened to arrive alongside the man who had made Odin laugh. One of their gifts, though, and perhaps the one which was bound to help her the most in the harsh times to come, was a gift made to her by the Asgardian goddess Valka herself, after learning of the nigh-infinite adaptability and potential for power that the Rainborn possessed. A shield-shaped crest made of Uru metal. An Uru Core. It granted her great durability and power, but perhaps the most notable of its traits was that which allowed her to absorb unholy quantities of magic into herself, storing it and harnessing its power in order to strengthen herself. It was a great gift, and one for which the Rainborn thanked Valka dearly, even if she was not, at first, aware of her newfound Core's full potential.

And so the time passed, and at the end of the two days, Etla stood outside of the golden, hallowed grounds of Valhalla, gazing for the nth time at the most beautiful of trees, Glasir, which stood outside the hall of fallen warriors. She allowed herself to be led back to the throne room, and smiled at the Gods as they spoke words of kindness towards them, before following Craig back to the aircraft and being teleported to the Madworld.

When she stepped outside, she was... a bit disappointed, truth be told. Compared to the glory and grandeur of Asgard, the throne room of the Madworld was rather... austere was the appropiate word, but to the Rainborn, it was better described as "boring". Still, though, she said nothing as she waited for Craig to do whatever it was he was here to do, casually grabbing one of his donuts and munching on it as he spoke.

The Doppelganger Shimura stared at the monster now known as Alastir, and it was safe to say that he was shocked by the sheer energy output of such a "Monster..." Doppelganger Shimura growled as both Dark and Light Energies began to charge up within his body and Light and Black Tendrils extended towards the Primal Alastir in an attempt to restrain him "You should be able to feel this regardless of your energy output now!" The Doppelganger Shimura exclaimed as he tried to purify and corrupt Primal Alastir's dark energy signature. At first, it seemed as if the entity was in pain, the aura spreading around his body as if the effects were properly working as expected "Now then, OBEY!" Doppelganger Shimura exclaimed in annoyance as he expected to have killed off all three of them with ease.

However, the entity known as Primal Alastir began to chuckle darkly as if it were being entertained, raising one of it's tendrils towards the Doppelganger Shimura, it spoke darkly "You..." The Black and White Tendrils around Primal Alastir's body began to crack and break apart as Primal Alastir reversed the entire process and began to drain almost everything within Doppelganger Shimura "... Are weak... You don't have enough ambition!" The Demonic Alastir grinned sadistically as a tidal wave of Tendrils began to form behind of Alastir, slowly approaching the now angered Doppelganger Shimura "What in the world Is with this power!?, how could it overcome the powers of light and purity?!" Doppelganger Shimura exclaimed inwardly as he jumped away from Primal Alastir and the oncoming sea of black tendrils.

Primal Alastir let out a gurgling laugh as he slowly advanced, watching as the Doppelganger Shimura tried with the best of his ability to avoid the oncoming black tendrils. He stopped as he then felt multiple Ki Blasts impact him from behind, turning his head, Primal Alastir noticed that the Doppelganger Arctico had attacked him, with a smile forming on his dark form once more "Do you really think an attack like that is capable of stopping me?!" The Demonic Alastir chortled as he then reappeared behind Arctico in a matter of seconds "You may have been trained by your God of Destruction Beerus..." It was safe to say now Doppelganger Arctico was absolutely paralyzed by fear as Primal Alastir whispered to him "But..." Doppelganger Arctico let out a pained scream as he found himself impaled with multiple black, sharpened tendrils "EVEN THE TRAINING FROM BEERUS LEAVES YOU UNPREPARED FOR ME!!!" Primal Alastir cackled as he quite literally tore the Doppelganger Arctico into pieces, instantly killing him.

Doppelganger Shimura's eyes widened in terror as he saw the Doppelganger Arctico torn limb from limb by Primal Alastir, now swallowed by his anger, Doppelganger Shimura then took off at full speed towards Primal Alastir, who turned towards him, a Black Tendril extending from his body and wrapping around the Doppelganger Shimura's neck harshly. Doppelganger Shimura's eyes suddenly widened in fear as he realised that at the same time did Primal Alastir strike multiple nerves within this Shimura's body, ceasing all of his movement entirely as well as maintaining his consciousness "Are you afraid now you fool, believing that because you've absorbed my counterpart that you could foolishly take me on?!" Multiple tendrils then extended themselves towards the lower region of Doppelganger Shimura's stomach "You are an absolute fool if you think that you of all people could take me on!!!"

Doppelganger Shimura then let out an ear piercing yell as Primal Alastir began to pull out his guts in the most painful way while keeping him alive. Primal Alastir's phantom-like face smiled in sadism as he was beginning to enjoy the pain he gave Doppelganger Shimura "Make no mistake..." Primal Alastir began as he started to slowly absorb Doppelganger Shimura's power and then give it to Shimura, Arctico, Asumar, Kazuko, Spera, and even Ryuichi "I'm going to absorb all the energy you have, and then leave you alive like you are so that you can experience the death of the Multiverse firsthand!" Replied Primal Alastir as he then threw the Doppelganger Shimura as far from Primal Alastir as possible.

Falling down to the ground, Primal Alastir chuckled as he slowly returned to his Base Form "Heh, heh, heh, It looks like this form's power has expired, but luckily..." As Alastir regressed into his base form, he smiled sadistically as he fell to the ground "... It was enough to finish the job..." Alastir said as he then fell down to his hands, Master Shimura and Arctico helping him up "Damn Alastir, for a minute there, I thought we were going to be the main course there, but you really did pull through there..." Shimura then looked up to see the Ultimate's Earth falling rapidly towards Earth "The only question is who will help us onto a raft, because neither myself or Arctico have the power to teleport..."

He had always liked it here, where his old bodies Rays beat down on the Earth in a way that most humans would find excruciatingly painful. But right now Sol was here to see Egypt for what it was. The humans had not advanced much clearly as the strongest civilization on earth (Egypt) had evidently fallen.
Sol liked the Egyptians. They gave him more respect than the Greeks and the Romans combined. They knew where their loyalties should lie. Sol decide to check wether or not the humans of the larger supercontinent had discovered the other super continent. Egypt wa on the larger one and Sol had a feeling that they might have found the smaller one before they died. Sol lifted off the ground as if pulled up by a large rope and took off flying towards the speed of light to the other supercontinent. He discovered that an island that he had once called his personal home among the natives of this supercontinent was now taken up by something much... More different. The forest was gone except for one square in the middle of the island and massive spires of stone rose above the island much higher than any tree. Sol flew over to one such tower with a massive red bulb on top of it and looked down to see dozens of gaping humans looking up at him. Sol did not like this one bit. So he flew back to Egypt as fast as possible for him without breaking the speed of light. He landed on top of an ancient tomb near the spot where he had first been given a physical form. He decided to see what was inside h began to move towards the sand when a massive worm like creature burst from the sand in front of him. Scratch that a human with a snake head. It whispered to him a name brought back memories of the day he had first been given form... A name that chilled his burning heart to core... Seti.

Naja and Alex

"Are you ever going to not slap me?" He asked and took to the skies happy to be free from... Himself. But now was not the time for an extensional crisis. He had to survive the end of everything with his wife.

"Whenever it's not satisfying. I don't like seeing you like that. I like the socially inept goofball that you are now. Not the raving monster that spears people. Seriously." She said and looked dead him in the eyes. "You're much more attractive like this. And no way am I letting you go anywhere near me with that red tentacle crap. I will kick you square in the nuts."

"I'll try to take it easy on using that. I rpomise I will never use it around you." He said and laughed. "Gross and weird, but on topic. That son of a whore was freaking strong. He said he learned what he really was. If we had the time, I'd go threaten Waller, but right now-" He said motioning towards the Masakis a few miles away. "It sounds like some lost children need a guide." He said and Naja held up the mother box. The couple flew over to the Masakis. "Do you guys have the phrase, Speak of the Devil, where you're from?" Alex asked. "Cause we got a one way ticket back to the raft."

"Yup. Now lets get out of here before the earths smash into eachother." She said turning on the Motherbox and followed by a loud BOOM, a portal opened back to Apokolips. "Come with us if you want to live.... In theory." Naja said flying through the portal with Alex in tow.

Killian

"I really should learn how to do this Molecule thing properly. Too bad the only person I know who can help me is insane, and we're all about to die. Hooray." He said vibrating back on the frequency of Apokolips where he saw Neytiri and Talak waiting for him. "Hey guys! Got everything taken care of." He said and he got strange looks from his wife. "Come on. Really? Now?"

"Please change back. Killian... You cannot be using that so often. You know-"

"I know sweetheart... I turn into a dick... Figuratively of course." He said reverting back to normal. "Better?" He ask and she took him by the hand, dragging him into the ship. "I'll take that as a yes."

Although taken back by Alex's sudden appearance in the Celestial Home Dimension, Spera decided to ignore it considering that the two Earths were soon to collide and destroy the two Universes and by extension, destroy the Multiverse "Very well then..." Spera began as he helped the still injured Asumar up "Looks like we have a change of plan's, seems that we need to get going early." Spera said as he watched Kazuko, Ryuichi, and the 12 Alpha Masaki Guardian's following him closely.

Asumar then looked to Spera "I'm guessing that you don't have much of a clue about what is going to happen when the Universes collide right?" Asumar asked, watching as a smile formed on Spera's face "Absolutely no idea about what is going to happen." Spera smiled as he saw Asumar give out an annoyed sigh "I see where Kazuko get's his happy-go-lucky attitude from."

Ryuichi chuckled as he saw Kazuko also chuckle at the comment "Well at least it gives some positive reinforcement to the gloomy times such as these right Asumar?" Kazuko smiled as he, followed by Ryuichi, and then the 12 Alpha Masaki Units into the portal and then onto Apokolips.

"Finally..." Grixia spoke, Deathfrost humming in her hand as she waved it. She briefly considered slashing through him with this blade, but decided against it. She was not as consumed by hatred as she had been before. Now was curiosity and a little bit of anxiousness. She sighed as she leaned on it slightly, impatiently drumming her fingers on the hilt of the blade.

"So. Anything else you can tell me about this black hole guy?" she asked.

Vladkaht stared at the horizon as he contemplated how something could possibly damage the wall. The spacial warping field was designed to be nigh impervious to any form of attack. The bloody thing didn't even exist in the physical plane except for a few wisps of existence. It was a feat just finding the wall, much less finding a way to attack it and then causing even a measly amount of harm. He continued to scan across the expanse of the cavernous city as he spoke to Grixia.

"Every now and then I will return to my home star system to retrieve artifacts and other items of significance. I may study there extensively to record the history and culture of my kind, which is crucial to them being remembered now that they..." His voice faded at the end of his sentence, for even after countless millennia being confronted with this burden he still found it difficult to speak the truth in the matter. "I encountered him on my most resent expedition there. He seemed to have been bound in one of the temples there, and from what I can tell I... Arrived near the time he escaped." He methodically failed to mention the fact that he was the one who had accidentally freed him.

"There are stories that I recall about something similar to him attacking our planet, and of it being driven back by the "heroes of old." I was not inclined to ever believe such stories, but I am not against there being some form of truth to it. I would say he is a demon of some sort, or perhaps some inter dimensional being."

"But your majesty," Felix scratched his head in confusion. "Even the the Celestials could not breach the wall!" His words were punctuated by the sounding of another earth shaking blow, and the alien chattering began to sound once again before dying against the force of the wall.

Vladkaht clicked his tongue in anxiety. "Which is all the better reason that we get to the core and figure out what this wretched is doing." He looked to the rotating sphere of clouds around them. "Would you hurry up for Mirzas sake!" He called. "Do you not understand the urgency of the situation?! Move it!" The clouds thundered a response, then began to whisk even faster toward their destination.

Grixia chuckled. "You know it's funny..." She spoke. "I could have teleported us all there had I not expended my energy summoning that undead army. Heh..." She remarked.

"So this is some sort of extradimantional being... from what I gathered from you're conversation with him earlier he seems to want to return home... and he seems to really hate you." She continued, frowning, now with a thoughtful expression. "I suppose the next question should be how do we kill this thing? After all black holes aren't exactly known for the ease with which they can be dispensed."

For the world of mortals is fleeting, and dull. Only through the way of an immortal can one achieve meaning. To trust in mortals is to trust in death, but to surrender to the Defender of Righteousness is to achieve life eternal. Cast aside your foolish desires and selfish ambitions. The pride of mortals is blindness in its purest form. One is only prideful in the ignorance of his place in this universe.

- excerpt from a sacred text

The Outworlder was practically on the run at this point. Pursued by drones of all kinds, he had been fighting them for the past hour, well aware that his time was winding down. The shining streets of metropolis were littered with torn shards of metal and robotic parts. One came at him from above, sending a purple laser at him from where it flew. He created a shield in from of him with his mind, then shot a torrent of organic acid at the thing, melting it into a puddle that fell to the ground. His underlings swirled about him in a frenzy, attacking the metal adversaries that came close to him.

He knew that if he did not act soon both worlds would be destroyed, and he was forced to entertain the idea of removing this planet from the equation. The drone he had grabbed with his one hand crackled and popped as its head was crushed and tossed to the side. More still came at him from all sides, but he was duly prepared. In fact, he wondered why who ever was sending them was still toying with him so. He absentmindedly slashed a giant tendril through the constructs and it cut through the metal creatures like butter, sending them flying away in pieces. He called out into the air as the latest wave of them was dismantled telekinetically. "Can we not discuss this at all? The fates of our worlds are in the balance here, if you did not notice. Reveal yourself to me, for I have no use in this pointless violence."

He continued to fight for some time, then suddenly he robots began to retreat. Suddenly a figure exited a small building near him and began walking toward Taerr; a bald headed man in a black suit and tie. He walked casually toward the Outworlder, then folded his hands behind his back. He was quickly identified as Lex Luthor, owner of Lex corps and nemesis to the interstellar hero known as Superman. "My apologies for the disturbances. I am Lex Luthor, as you may know depending on the state of your own world. Now, tell me what you are doing in my city."

"...so you see, Luthor, there are several ways that this crisis can be diverted." The Outworlder finished his speech on the various methods through which they could, theoretically, preserve both planets. They were in the lavish work lounge of one of Luthors luxurious business towers. The room seemed to glow with exceeding wealth and power, and the city skyline shimmered across the wall of windows on the left. The billionaire villain stood a few meters away beside an expensive silk couch, sipping a glass of Domaine de la Romanee thoughtfully.

"You have many theories creature, but I am not entirely fond of most of them." He took another sip of his wine, then gestured out the window. "Vibrating the entire earth... I believe you realize how much I doubt this as a reliable method."

"It has been done before."

"What could possibly make you think it is something that can happen twice? It sounds to me like it was an unnecessary risk the first time. Throwing together transmutation, teleportation... Ha, even warping the entire dimension. These explanations could take weeks to prepare, perhaps months. I am sure I could put together something to do so, but it would take far to long."

The Outworlder scanned him curiously. For some reason there was something about him that did not seem right. "Surely with all of your resources you have made something capable of saving them both? You have encountered these before from what I can tell."

Lex Luthor sat down his cup on a table nearby, then ran his hand over the edge of the couch gracefully. "Yes, and yes. Sadly it was destroyed by a being called the Bronze Bard and his master Galactor. They were mad, the both of them, bent on seeing the destruction of all things. Idiotic." He turned to the Outworlder with a sarcastic raise of his brow. "Have you any more guesses to trouble me with?"

Taerr glared at him in disapproval. "If you are referring to my extremely well thought out plans of action, no. I do not have anymore to 'trouble' you with. Could you at least entertain them for a moment?"

"Actually, no. I do not entertain. I am the one who is entertained, and you seem to be doing quite the job at that." He walked over to a single case of flowers on a table and began to adjust it absentmindedly. "Did you honestly think you could waltz onto our planet and just poof everything to be perfect with a wad of glitter? The fates of entire universes are at stake, and you are so concerned with a single planet."

The Outworlder began to step forward at him, sizing him up slightly. "I value life. Is that foolish?"

"No, and so do I. I value all of life, so long as it is not in the way of progress and survival. Unlike you, I do have a plan, and it is quite functional. Simple really. Entertain me further, and use that alien brain of yours to try and figure out what it is."

The Outworlder looked at him with a mixed expression of frustration and shock. "You cannot just..."

"Look, Taerr." Luthor waved his hand dismissively. "Prophet of whatever whatever whatever. I understand you wish to save as many lives as you can, and so do I. I have done the necessary calculations and research. Our planet outnumbers yours by just under 3 million. The preservation of our world accounts for the smallest number of casualties. I have an antimatter ray locked on to the opposite world as we speak. There is no reason to stop me other than your own selfish endeavors." He came just inches from The Outworlder, looking straight into his pitch black eyes with the arrogance of a man who had never known how to yield. "The irony here is that I am the one on the moral side, not you. Now stop getting yourself worked up about ethics when you know nothing of them at all."

The Outworlder was stunned that he had been insulted in such a way, and even more so that he fumbled with a response. His logic was correct. Destroying the one world would save more lives than the second. He blinked down at Lex, who began to slightly grin at his silence. Then the man began to walk away arrogantly as he peered back at him. "Do what you will, but do not try to stop me. In fact, why don't you sit down and grab a cup of Burgundy? It's high class material mind you, and I'm sure the glow will be spectacular when the world ends."

Taerr strode after him, then grabbed his shoulder. "Do not walk away from me, sir. I cannot simply let you do this. The implications..."

"Don't make this any harder than it needs to be. I'm not about to let you get in my way."

"Perhaps I will," the Outworlder tightened his grip on the mans shoulder and forced him to turn around and face him. "Maybe I will make sure there is nothing left to fire."

Lex looked up at Taerr, then sighed in amusement. "Well then," he mocked, "in that case..."

There was a small humming in the air, and in an instant Outworlder began twitching and heaving wildly as arcs of blue lightning shot from Luthors shoulder . He made a small gurgling noise when he fell to the ground, flailing in pain. Lex Luthors expression flipped from his sarcastic grin to a look of cold hearted and calculated apathy. "You're just like all the other self righteous simpletons who try to run around on their pathetic little crusades, trying to be the hero. So deluded. So unacceptably vain." He walked closer to him, then peered down at him where he lay. "You actually thought I would expose myself so easily? For someone of your caliber of thinking I am quite disappointed."

The Outworlder began to rise to his feet from the heap he lay in shakily. At his movements a metal bar shot up from the case of flowers on the table, and lightning shot from it and electrocuted him in a flurry of light and energy. He knew not how to negatively react to pain, for his master had long severed that line of thinking, but the electric shock caused his vocal cords to spasm, releasing a bloodcurdling roar akin to a tiger being strangled by a sharp metal noose. More and more tesla coils arose from around the room, one from the coach, one from the ceiling fan, and another from under a tile a few feet away from him. They arced and shocked him with billions of volts of electricity mercilessly while Lex Luthor stared on, completely unmoved by his cries.

"I have seen a creature such as yourself before, if you had not already figured it out yourself. He possessed the same biological weakness as you it seems. That one, however, was far more reasonable. Firstly, he did not allow himself to be so easily fooled, for if you had even attempted to examine the supposed psychic impressions you had from my brain at the moment you would understand they were frauds. Ah, technology, " He mused. He raised his hand, and it began to fold outward in two halfs, then separated as another coil, much larger than the others, deployed upwards where his digits had been a few moments before. "You will make a wonderful specimen for advancing my company. I'm sure there are so many assets your DNA can provide. It's a shame to kill you though. Truly, I'm sorry to see you this way." He paused for a moment. "Oh wait, no I'm not." A giant arc of lightning shot from the iron appendage on the robot, and Taerr howled loudly.

The tesla coils around the room halted suddenly, leaving the Outworlder smoking in a pile of mashed flesh in the floor. The robot pointed its own coil directly at him, and it buzzed as it charged with the fatal blow. "Tell me, what are your last words? I can at least offer you that before I kill you, I suppose."

The Outworlder lay in silence for a moment. It seemed to Luthor that the creature was helpless now, unable to do anything but beg for mercy, or if it was dedicated to honor enough, utter a memorable phrase and resign itself to its fate. Then a small head and torso arose from the mass, using its misshapen arms to hold itself up. For a few fateful moments it said nothing, then a strangely calm voice spoke in the silence. "You are an idiot." He stated promptly.

The Luthor mimic opened his mouth to say something, then stopped short. His statement confused him to no end. "What?" He stammered.

The Outworlder looked up at him, then shook his head as he went back to staring at the ground. "You are an idiot. You think you've outsmarted me, as if you could ever even come close to defeating me, much less killing me." The Outworlder began to rise upwards, only to have the coil on the tile beside him shock him once again.

Lex Luthor chuckled menacingly. "All you are doing is making the prospect of frying your brain to ash more enjoyable on my part. You're on your tentacled excuses for knees before me. You are almost dead already, but do explain. How can I not defeat you? Please tell me it's because you 'fight for something undying.'" Even though the legendary villain projected an air of confidence, inwardly he began to grow unsure of what The Outworlder had planned.

The Outworlder grunted, then looked up again, this time a look of pure condescension and ridicule adorning his face. "No, it is because you are so incapable of doing anything but groveling for my fleeting attention." There was a certain air to how he spoke that was unsettling in a way that could not be explained. Even the robot seems to grow uncomfortable. "I have spent many millennia being humble, trying to be a member of all races and to build them up. I try to make myself relatable and kind. Loving even. The whole time, however, I have been putting forth a lie. The lie that I am, somehow, on equal terms with them. That I am on their level of understanding, and that I can be comprehended by mortals." The air around him slowly seemed to tip off balance, like the equilibrium of the room had somehow been thrown into chaos. There were no attempts to look acceptable or natural being made by Taerr, who now gave but a glimpse of what it was to be himself, the thing that possessed a presence that unsettled the very fabric of reality. "No, I am not one of you, one of anyone, or one of anything. I am your superior in every way imaginable by your feeble mind and all of the ways that it inevitably cannot. You are all like insects in comparison. That, Luthor, is fact."

The the beginning signs of rage began to spread across the bald mans face. "Why you wretched..."

The Eldritch being cut him short as he spoke. "You cannot fool me, human. You have lost already." He began to rise higher this time, and for some reason the coil did not attack him this time. Something about him changed drastically, and though he did not change in appearance, it almost seemed that a completely new person was standing there, one without any hint of being a part of our world. "I know you are under this building in front of three screens, two of them focusing on me while the other giving a wide view of the room. You are wearing a black jumpsuit with dark black shoes to match. You are sitting on a wooden rotating chair with grey cushions. These things, Luthor, are fact."

The robot stared back in shock, seemingly unable to comprehend not only the notion of being seen, but also of being speechless. "How did you..." He trailed off as he looked back at him.

The air became chilled around the Outworlder, matching his deep and cold stare. "Because." the Outworlders voice vibrated in an alien tone. "I am behind you, Lex."

The real Lex Luthor sat at his computers monitoring the conversation. When he heard the comment by the alien, he reacted without hesitation. With the speed and finesse of a trained professional took hold of the blaster in its holster around his waist. He whipped it around as he turned to look for the intruder. There was nothing for a moment, but then he caught sight of the small beetle sized green thing hanging on the ceiling. He shot at it repeatedly as the laser exploded on the stone surface. The green thing dashed down from the ceiling at inhuman speeds, dodging the blasts. It rocketed towards Luthor, but before he could touch him a spherical force field erected itself around him. Lex continued firing endlessly, and the Outworlder dodged the rain of energy coming through the field. Lex reached toward a button on his keyboard, and after clicking it the walls behind the screens opened up with a snap and mechanical hum, revealing compartments that concealed a wide variety of lasers and weapons. A thousand red focusing lasers trained themselves on the thing, then exploded in a torrent of projectiles and energy beams.

The Outworlder began deflecting the projectiles telekinetically, disassembling the the rockets as they launched and blocking the laser beams off to the side. Bullets from the rattling chain guns glanced harmlessly off of him. Behind the attack Taerr could sense the man running past him into a staircase that led upwards out of the room, his force field down. The Outworlder knew that he had to stop him from destroying his own earth, and as he considered the situation the reasons behind doing so began to straighten themselves out in his mind. He repositioned one of the guns with his mind to target Luthors legs so he could not run away. As the bullets rattled off toward him Lex erected the force field once again to allow them to be blocked from him.

The Outworlder continued deflecting the attacks from the wall as he followed Luthor up the stairs, and he soared toward him as his form morphed back into a larger tentacled form. Luthor reached for a pad on his arm and typed in a code with flying fingers. Suddenly energy fields formed in front of him like translucent walls, and he rammed into one, feeling it burn slightly against his skin. The Outworlder saw him run to the top of the stairs and turn the corner into another room. The Outworlder pondered his options, then reached outward with his mind. He focused his mental strength on the fields, then with a thrust he held back the energized particles to create a hole in the three walls of energy. He darted through the gaps and around the corner, then shapeshifted into a form little more than a mass of tentacles topped by an insectoid head.

He was in an open chamber surrounded by laboratory equipment and machines of all kinds. Technology droned and whirred all around him, and in the center of these contraptions was Lex Luthor himself, who was in the process of locking himself into his weapon of choice, the war suit. Lex Luthors footsteps clanked as he stomped a few steps toward him. "I have stood up to gods before, creature, and I have won. You have tested my patience beyond its limit, and for that you are going to pay dearly. I will make your death truly painful."

The insolence of this man began to try the prophet beyond anything he displayed behind his cool demeanor. He cared not about his insults because they hurt his feelings, but because of the blasphemy that he had committed in doing so. He had not only ridiculed the Outworlder, the prized possession of Waiyäv and forerunner for the Chosen People, he had claimed to be above him. This dust speck had claimed superiority to the prophet of Waiyäv, and he had insulted not him, but his master, the guardian of righteousness throughout the the multiverses. For that he had to pay. The Outworlder was calm as he spoke to him, as he seemed to always be. "You have forgotten your place, human."

The Outworlder sent a line of bone spines at him from afar at subsonic speeds, but Lex Luthor simply laughed and erected his force field once again. He flew forward and grabbed Taerr, ramming him into the wall. He struck him on his alien head with his right hand, then grabbed him around the neck with his left. He lifted his right hand to hit him again, but the Outworlder wrapped around his arm with his tentacles. He promptly restrained him and started beating his hand against his own force field. The tentacles began to completely wrap around every surface on his suit, enveloping him in a sea of tendrils and slime. Luthor struggled to pull him off in vain for a few seconds, grunting in effort. Then he activated his thrusters, and they both went soaring up through the ceiling. They crashed through multiple floor on their way, but Taerr did not stop pummeling him with a flury of blows from his ever numerous tendrils.

They exploded out of the building and on to the city streets. Taerr caught himself nimble on his toes, and he could see Lex Luthor rise to his feet. He charged his mental forces, then sent a giant pulse of telekinetic energy in his direction, sending cars flying in all directions and cracking the pavement as it went. It struck him across the shoulder and sent him spinning backwards a few feet, where he landed on his hands and knees. The Outworlder jumped into the air, then came plummeting down towards him with a giant hammer like appendage sprouting from several of his tentacles. Lex Luthor looked up at the last moment, then yelled a cry of anger as he shot a green laser at the creature, sending it flying back to where it had come. As he hit the pavement, Luthor flew upwards into the air, then ejected several compartments holding 24 missles inside. "You underestimate me, Outworlder. You underestimate all of us." With a blast of fire he launched the rockets at Outworlder from where he was.

Taerr calculated perfectly the trajectory of all of the rockets, then began disassembling them in mid flight as they came by. The peices flew to all sides as they were destroyed. With three of them still left, the Outworlder stopped them in their tracks with his mind, then turned them around back towards their firer. As they soars back at Luthor he sent out a barsge of smaller rockets that intercepted them mid air, exploding them before they could reach him. A plume of smoke began to surround the field of battle, and the two could not see each other at all. Everything became silent except for the crackling and popping of the fire around him. The Outworlder was silent, waiting quietly for A sign of his opponent. Then he sensed it, the man dropping down from one direction. Taerr leapt to the side as the giant armored suit came crashing down beside him, creating a crater in the pavement.

He raised his arms and volleys of green discs began to fly from him, and Outworlder had to deflect them with his mind to keep them from slicing him to bits. This man was smart, for he knew that the only way to get on even terms with him was to keep him preoccupied in order to avoid him using his more devastating attacks. However, Taerr could easily keep up with the enviornment of incessant barragment. Lex Luthor extended one arm outward, and suddenly a large pole came from the inward part of his forearm. The end of it flowed, and with a sound like a sword coming from its sheath a green axe head apeared on the pole. Lex Luthor sneered angrily as he swung it wildly. He slashed and hacked at the elusive Outworlder, who sucked and morphed to dodge his blows.

He swung wide, and the Outworlder dove low and flew through his legs, hoping to trip him. Lex Luthor caught himself on his hands with his axe still firmly held and flipped back onto his feet. He swung his axe as he turned around, and it flipped end over end as it sailed towards him. The Outworlder nimbly dodged the projectile, and it embedded itself in the rocks there. Taerr turned to face him again, only to be devastated by s blast of lightning coming from the exposed end of the pole. Lex Luthor took this opportunity of weakness and pounced on it. His fist electrified with a dark buzzing noise, and he ran forward. He crouched down, then stood straight up as he sent his fist pounding into Outworlders midsection. The alien flew into the air at the impact of the gauntlet. Lex Luthor jumped over to his axe and picked it up, then flew into the air with cold blooded apathy. He grabbed Taerr in the middle of the air, then with a mighty swing of his axe came a sickening wet slicing noise.

Lex Luthor dropped to the ground as the two halves of Outworlder splattered on the sidewalk, translucent yellowish green liquid dripping across the stone walkway. A ghost of a grin appeared on the villains face. "Not as tough as you seem, are you?" He walked over to the top half of the Outworlder and looked down at him. "You are nothing but some self righteous and and unwanted interfering alien. Nothing more, nothing less." He typed a command into the panel on his forearm, then raised his hands. A giant bolt of radiation burst down from the clouds, stoking the mans hands with a pulse of energy. It began to gather into a large ball of light, and the force cracked and shook the ground. The light was blinding, and the air smelled of ozone. He lifted the sphere higher above his head, then yelled above the roaring field of destruction forming above him. "I suppose I only need half of you, don't I? Now let these words be the last you hear. You fell to a mortal, creature. A single man has bested you, and you have finally met your dishonorable fate at his hands. His name... is Lex Luthor." And with that he threw the sphere down at Taerr. The explosion rocked the city, and the entire earth seemed to crumple under its weight. Searing heat and unholy light blasted for the from the point of impact. Then all was still.

The smoke had gathered around Luthor, who now stood over the monstrous pit that had formed where The Outworlder had been only moments ago. He chuckled to himself softly, then turned to go. Suddenly a voice began to rise up around the The hazy and darkness filled areas. It seemed to echo and reverberste from all directions "It's funny," the voice mused as Luthor began searching around him for signs of it. He activated several detection softwares in his suit, but to no avail. "You see, up until this point, even as you have tried my patience and pushed me towards doing things I would never do elsewhere, I have been playing nice. I gave you a chance to walk away, and to get away from this unscathed. When I begin to play your game, even for a moment, you will know how small you really are."

A disturbance formed in the shadows, and a truly monstrous thing began to arise from the dirt behind Luthor. There was a deep rumbling noise as the thing began to morph upward. Bubbling flesh and bone sprouted up from their point of collision, and the mass began to grow, and grow, and grow endlessly. Lex Luthor could only watch in a mix of awe and horror as the thingy transformed into a beast 50 feet tall. it bellowed at the man, and from its back sprouted bulbs of pussy yellow green liquid. Thousands of them formed in an instant. They burst open and spattered the ground with the liquid as hoards of floating monsters flowed from its back.

They began to swarm around lex Luthor, who began blasting at them with a torrent of flame from his right arm. He managed to destroy the first wave, but more and more continued to spawn. In preparation for the onlsaught Luthor erected a force field around himself, then proceeded to mow down the oncoming hoarde with his cat array of weaponry. They began ripping at the force field with their tentacles and biting into it with their teeth. Thousands of them piled on top of it, one by one beginning to bury the man in monstrous bodies. Then, with a technological cracking noise, the force field gave way. At first it seemed that the man being pummeled to death under their numbers, but then a huge explosion rocked the earth, and they fell backward summer the releasing of some green energy field. Lux Lithor glowed with power as he hefted his axe in one hand. "You cannot take me that easily!!! I will not be trifled with!!!" He slashed with inhuman speeds as he was slowly swarmed by the ever growing number of creatures. All the while the giant began slowly lumbering its way back towards him, taking its time as its minions at tore the mans suit. They lifted him into the air with astronomical strength, and then restrained him with their powerful tendrils. He struggled in futility at the swarm, for every time he managed to kill a hundred two hundred more came at him. He hovered in the air a few feet away from the beast, who stared mercilessly at him.

A resonant him filled the air, and the area in front of Luthors face began to glow. A small circle began to form as the barrier between him and the rest of the world was breached. Now he was able to attack him telepathically. I understand now why I must defend my world over yours, and it has nothing to do with selfish endeavors. In fact, it is purely logical. Your research is simple and useless in application. My encounter with the Martian Manhunter allowed me to dive into his thoughts. He revealed to me that his entire race was completely and utterly obliterated years ago by an attack by General zod, and that even the white Martians were now an extinct species. However, our world still has Martians. The explosion the ray would cause would ripple across space. In the end, the casualties on Mars as a result would be astronomical. In other words, the destruction of our world has the largest number of casualties, not yours.

The beast watched as the man struggled to loosen his arms from the grip of the hoarde, then growled deeply. Even with all of your tricks and all of your resources, you are nothing before me. I tell you the truth, I knew how this would end from the moment I laid eyes on you. I have been toying with you, Luthor. I gave you the illusion that you could win so your inevitable losss would be all the more devastating. You cannot outsmart me, human. You cannot defeat me. You never could. And with that, he dug his mind deep into Luthors psyche. The man cried out in a short scream, but was cut short as he was knocked unconscious. He fell limp in his suit of armor. Taerr allowed his minions to lower him to the ground, then began to morph down to his regular self. He took back on his humanoid form as his minions morphed themselves back into his flesh. Slowly, he seemed to adopt the illusion of humanity once more, at least for a moment. For it was a true fact that in the end th Outworlder was more dangerous than Luthor ever was, but it was by his commitment to good that he did no damage. Taerr studied Lex Luthor solemnly, then spoke to himself loudly. "And so, a tamer of gods discovers he is still just a man."

"I'm back." Jamal called out as he entered the front door to his rebuilt apartment. He walked into the living room and found D'Vorah sitting on the sofa and watching TV.

"Welcome back. Have you gotten past your midlife crisis?" She asked as she flipped through the channels.

"Midlife crisis? ...I'm in my mid 20s." Jamal replied, sitting on the couch next to her.

D'Vorah turned to him, confusion and shock in her face. "You're not in your 40s?"

"You do know that this is my apartment, right?"

"I'm just joking, gosh." D'Vorah said. She then added with a whisper, "mostly."

Jamal sighed. "Anyway, where's Ruby?" He asked, looking on the balcony, expecting her to be fiddling with her crashed apace pod.

"She's at the beach. I think."

"The...the beach?" Jamal asked, dumbfounded.

Ruby lied on her back in a beach chair on the Miami Beach. She stared at the sun, which was no big deal for her not only because she wore shades, but simply because she wasn't human. Suddenly a shadow was cast over her and her view of the sun was blocked by a tall individual.

"What are you doing?" Jamal asked her, looking down at her.

"Tanning." Ruby simply replied.

"Can you even get a tan?" Jamal asked, raising an eyebrow.

"...Dunno." Ruby responded with a shrug.

"And the swimsuit?" Jamal questioned, noting her black bikini that he hadn't bought for her and she didn't have the money to buy.

"I stole it." Ruby flatly stated.

"I...I'll be honest, I didn't expect you to be so blunt and honest." Jamal admitted.

"Well, I'm not a secretive piece of trash who is too pathetic and scared to tell the truth to others like you humans are. No offense."

"I'm just going to pretend like I never heard that. Anyway, when D'Vorah gets here, we can leave."

As if on cue, D'Vorah landed behind him in her human disguise. "Leaving? Where?"

"Well, to be honest, I've been meaning to tell you guys something but haven't found the right time to do it. The world, no, the multiverse, is ending. And there's nothing anyone can do about it."

"So that's why you've been acting like such a little bitch lately." Ruby said.

Jamal looked down at Ruby and then at D'Vorah, who shrugged and simply stated "She's been watching a lot of Internet videos. A lot.. In any case, where can we possibly go if the multiverse is ending?"

"I'm not sure. But I met someone who might." Jamal took out the business card given to him by Karnilla. He looked it over for an indication for something to do with it, or some information to use to contact her. Suddenly letters began appearing on the card that read: Rip In Half For Summon. Jamal tore the card in half and a portal appeared parallel to the ground about 6 feet in the air and descended, Karnilla's body appearing as the portal moved. When she appeared in full, she was sitting cross legged and held a bowl of gumbo.

"So, you decided to take my offer, huh?"

"Yeah. I want you to take us with you."

"'Us?'" Karnilla said looking at Ruby and then D'Vorah and then raising an eyebrow.

"Don't ask." Jamal sighed.

Karnilla shrugged. "That is fine with me." Her book appeared in front of her and the group was immediately teleported to Apokolips.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

No matter, time was of the essence, and it was best to cooperate rather than cause more problems to be had. "I'm from the Beyond Universe, not this world." He said clearly, "I have ensured the survival of our world from the Ultimates - the rest was, sadly, collateral damage."

"But, I'm afraid we do not have long at all, friend." Max continued on, approaching Frank in a non-threatening demeanor. "We can't stop this world or our own from colliding. Eradicating it is now off of the table. The End is upon us." He said grimly, but without remorse or regret. "But...I have a means to survive. I do not know your name, I will learn it in time, but I will ensure your survival. I am Maxwell Morningstar, God-King of Madworld, and welcome to the Ark." He said, pressing a button on his armored forearm, unleashing a powerful storm of teleportations across the Earth and the Universe itself, the systems of Madworld supporting a mass exodus into it's stasis chambers and habitation areas. Build from the teleporters used by Asgardians, no being could resist the pull across all of the cosmos.

Millions came, their destination right inside select pods, their consciousness fading before they even realized a change in their surroundings. An automatic function activated based on a timer, the Mad God's body ending up back at the throne of Madworld, Mir in tow, a cast of characters within his throneroom, waiting to be placed in stasis.

Otto Godblessed was a man of the law, and for that reason, humble beyond all measure. Despite that, he was a sire of Asgard, and thus, he could never have his fill of mead or wine. Drinking it with the All-Mother was a riveting experience, and he held his tongue as she explained the final moments of Asgard, Otto withholding himself in shame that he could not intervene despite the warning signs he had seen when he visited the World Tree. He looked at his Odinring as she spoke, feeling the energetic Odin Force within it, and feeling it's attraction to Valka, who now wielded the cosmic force.

"You have a story to tell for the rest of time." Otto said with a smile, the epic of Asgard's final stand not to die with the multiverse, "But my story is not one of such scale or epic in nature, All-Mother. I am the bastard son of Vili, my mother was Gerðr, a jötunn and wife of Freyr. They wished to hide their informal affair and union, and so cast me from Asgard as a babe. I am not one for bitter feelings, mind you, so I grew among mortals on alien planets near and far, my Asgardian and Jötunn blood ensuring my survival. I learned values, morals, and humility from races now long gone, but their teaching remains."

"And so I grew without guidance, and in it's place, I found my own, memorizing and reading the values held dear to mortals, my purpose in life destined to be a scholar. That changed, though, as a longing for my origin took me back into the bosom of Asgard. Vili was long dead by Sutur's hands, and Gerðr's other lovers had come to light, so I was welcome. My skills and wit earned me the favor of Odin, and as his nephew, he entrusted me with Draupnir. My spirits were lifted, but I was not suited to the court life of Asgard, the many machinations and plotting of other Gods, so I petitioned Odin to continue my only passion, which was learning of the law of mortals in Midgard."

Otto smiled, swishing the Elderberry wine in his goblet, gulping it down without ill effect, "So, I did so, and eventually was contracted into working with Maxwell in Madworld after some time. Everything was to die, so I took it upon myself to record the justice systems of countless worlds and provide for his administration beyond the End." He leaned back slightly, drinking another solid chug from the wine, and concluded, "That is the story of Otto Godblessed up until now, All-Mother. The surname 'Godblessed' came about before I knew of my lineage, and has stuck with me as a reminder of where I once was and where I am now."

A distant rumbling set Otto to his feet, looking back towards hallway that lead to the throne room. "My Queen, the fated hour is upon us. Mad Max returns, and with him, he brings the lives of millions to be saved."

Wow. Almost immediately after meeting me he called me a "friend". I don't know much about this person, but you have to take a very lucky guess or be able to read people's minds to guess that a Celestial Android approaching you while holding onto his sword is not going to go bad for you. Well, no matter, less work to do - I myself think of talking to others as hard work - it's a bit tiring even to me... The man presented himself as Maxwell Morningstar, God-King of Madworld. From the name, I took a guess that he is an Earthling. And he looked like one, so that enforced my thought even more. Anyway, almost immediately after saying that, he teleported himself and me, and millions of others, to "The Ark", as he called it.

I saw thousands, no, millions or maybe even billions of pods were on my field of sight. Not only that, but there were tons of other stuff here, like stasis chambers (though they might be the same as the pods, I'm not sure) and habitation areas. Max took a seat on his throne as if he he was in charge of this place. And that's right, I presume. He did say that he was a king.

"Well then..." I spoke, though not very clearly, taking a glance at the person who brought me here. "I'm pretty sure you don't know my name, but on this, what's it's name, last hour, I don't think it will be that important. I'm Frank, Frank Mayhem, probably the only one of my kind who even has something like that." I spoke, then leaped into one of the still empty pods.

Marionette – Gotham

"Um, thanks I suppose. Didn't expect to get cheered on I was sure people wanted to see me lose my head."

Mia’s mouth opened in shock, her expression simultaneously one of horror and mortification. CeeCee seemed to be rather surprised by her appearance, and for a moment the girl felt a dreadful feeling that perhaps her presence was unwanted.

“No, no – of course not.” Mia paused for a moment, considering her hasty words. “Well, ok some of them were saying things like “Gut her!” or tear this-limb from that-limb. But, it was all just the heat of the moment.”

Mia watched curiously as the armoured hero removed her damaged sleeve, concerned about the injuries, but noting with interest the strange device she’d used to unlock her suit. It was a small cylindrical device, seemingly unobtrusive and failing to draw much attention – and CeeCee had hastily tucked it back away after she’d used it. The hero’s arm could definitely have been better. Blood was already drying along the skin from the many tooth-marks that peppered the flesh, some looking like they dug painfully deep.

"I like the warrior of justice part, the protector of innocent fits less. I go after criminals, meaning when I stop them innocents happen to be saved, it's more of a by-product really."

The words sent Mia’s heart fluttering: noble and modest! The girl looked at her Hero with awe and admiration, doubting that her day could have got any better and questioning whether or not she was in some kind of dream. As CeeCee looked for an exit, Mia was entirely oblivious to the hostile environment surrounding the pair, so engrossed as she was in her own excitement at meeting the warrior. She was right in thinking that trying to remove her newfound fan would have been a fight in and of itself, likely costing her precious moments. But fortunately, her solution was perfect.

Mia’s eyes widened, her jaw dropping, as CeeCee offered the microchip. Her whole world seemed to contract with this sign of recognition, this unique gift. It was best that the hero placed the chip into the smaller girl’s hand, as Mia’s own body was paralysed. Her mind was struggling to cope with the new information, squealing with delight on the inside as on the exterior all she could manage was a simple nod and a tight grip on the precious object. She likes me! She does, she does – I knew it! Mia’s mind leapt between fantasies and aspirations. I wonder if she’d let me be her sidekick? We could be heroes together. The thought sent a surge of excitement coursing through the girl, unrivalled even by the earlier chance of actually being able to meet the woman who she had idolised for so long. To see her face to face, to even talk to her, was a brilliant sensation – but this, this was an acknowledgement of her, an admission that she was special and more important than the rest and –

A loud crash tore Mia from her reverie.

She looked up to see CeeCee leap through the gaping hole in the wall, making her escape from the violent scenes that were consuming the Asylum. Stuck motionless for a moment, it took some time for Mia to catch herself back up with the present, leaping forwards herself as soon as she did.

“Wait! I could help – I’m like you!” Mia had leaned out of the pierced wall, sticking her head out into the black of night, but still her words fell upon deaf ears – pulled away by the unforgiving Gotham chill. She squinted desperately, trying to penetrate the darkness but to no avail.
Mia was frowning when she pulled herself back into the Asylum, her eyes on the verge of tears. She scolded herself, launching a tirade against her own distractedness. She’d had her one chance to meet her Hero, to let her know how she felt, and she’d fallen at that hurdle. How many times had she wondered about their encounter, planned what she’d do in meticulous detail? And yet when it finally happened, she’d wasted her opportunity. She should’ve followed CeeCee, she could’ve been able to help if she was too injured. Mia continued her moping until she once again registered her involuntarily clenched fist. She looked down at her hand as if it were a foreign alien, disconnected from her own body. Her knuckles were white, strained at the effort of protecting the unique contents within from any perceived outside harm. Mia held her breath nervously, refusing even to blink unless the illusion were to dispel itself. Slowly, she uncurled her fist to reveal the small – innocent even – datachip. Immediately, Mia’s emotions rebounded and the sadness from moments ago was instantly forgotten. Letting out a cry of joy, Mia twirled happily on the raised platform. CeeCee wouldn’t have given her the chip if she didn’t think they’d meet again. The girl felt a surge of hope at the thought, already desperately wanting to unveil the contents of her gift.
Suddenly, Mia let out a high-pitched cough.

The girl’s eyes were surprised, and she glanced around the room seemingly for the first time. Mia looked around the smoke-filled prison in confusion, almost wondering why she was even in Arkham Asylum in the first place. The fire was tearing through the structure, the sounds of groaning metal reverberating through the air as the boos and cheers of inmates had devolved into screams and shouts, evidence of their desperate struggle to escape from the lethal heat. The closer grunts and shouts drew her attention back to the other two fights that were tearing apart the platform.

Oh yeah, the job.

Mia had entirely forgotten about the mission which Mr. Kyle had given to her, and after her meeting with CeeCee, it struck her as being boringly inconsequential. What was it again? Slow down the heroes or some-such? Mia sighed, she was right, the mission was exceedingly dull, it didn’t really look like she had needed to do anything. It was fairly easy to note the source of the firestorm that was consuming the prison, and it looked as if the Jester’s attacks had had the desired effect on her opponent. Mia frowned at the state of the poor Bat’s costume, it really was in a sorry state – such tragic collateral. Although she had to agree with the Jester’s assessment, it didn’t really suit the hero at all – almost made her look ugly. The girl noted the growing pool of dark blood at the Scarlet Archer’s feet with a sense of relief, at least it looked like it was winding up. She couldn’t wait to watch CeeCee’s clips! Still, there was no harm in trying to hurry things up a bit.

With a flick of her wrist, the Marionette cast a Thread in the Archer’s direction. The strong cord wrapped tightly around the hero’s ankle, quite possibly restricting her blood flow – but that was hardly the main intention. It was the flow of her blood that was killing her after all. With a sharp tug, Mia pulled on the girl’s ankle, expecting to pull her over and put an end to her stalling attempts. With the ground made slippery with her own blood, it shouldn’t be too difficult; then the Silver Queen could wrap things up. Mia would be able to go and watch the clips, Silver could move on to help the Jester, and her dress wouldn’t even have gotten a spot on it, everybody wins!

Except the Archer, she supposed.

Val and her father stood side by side for a moment, slackjawed at the sudden attack on their base, but their facial features contorting in the same manner - proof of their kinship, beyond any doubt at all. Val powered up her gravitation effect, pulling whoever she could down toward the ground as Magneto swallowed a pill-shaped object in a single gulp, a few moments passing before his eyes glowed with a bright, white intensity. "It feels good to be at this power once more..." Magneto said, raising himself off of the ground with his magnetism, singling out a particular opponent for him to face. "Spider-Man, it's been oh so long since I've seen you. How much you've grown is startling...and how much you can grow is subject to our battle!"

"Oh yeah?" Peter Parker retorted, "Let's see you try and hit the web slinging master!" Once he taunted Magneto, Spider-Man launched a string of web and swung around on it, darting from different positions around the battlefield and weaving in and out of on-going fights between the Headhunters and the Rebels, all the while saying, "Excuse me! Dodging flying metal objects, watch out, Spider-Man swinging by!" Magneto tossed and flung just about anything he could at Spider-Man, becoming more and more angry by the moment. Finally, he seemed to just snap.

"Enough of this tomfoolery!" He yelled, Spider-Man looking at Magneto for a moment, not paying attention as the man ripped out the very platform he had his web attached to. Magneto pulled the beam out and brought it down hard on Peter Parker, the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man moaning on the floor from the impact. "I'm not trying to kill you, Peter, but you are beginning to force my hand. Stay put!" He yelled, curling the wrought iron beam and encasing Spider-Man in it tightly. Magneto looked over to see his own daughter enthralled in combat, but her opponent much, much more powerful than she. "Val!"

"Got it...covered!" Val yelled, her hands locked against an enraged Supergirl, the tremendous weight of several hundred times Earth gravity allowing Val the slightest chance to match the Kryptonian, if only for a moment. "Nothing...but a...lapdog!" She yelled, throwing Supergirl off to the side and blasting her with a thunderous blast of gravitational force. The girl slid for a moment and impacted a nearby wall, struggling for a moment to raise up on just one arm, firing her deadly optical blast at Val. Jumping out of the way at the last second, Val rolled and was ready to pounce back up - but found Supergirl barreling ontop of her.

The Kryptonian landed an assault of punches on the mutant girl, but Val managed to increase the density of her own body in order to tank the hits with relative ease. "Stupid bitch." Kara said with a cold, toxic demeanor, throwing a single massive punch, forcing Val's body to shatter the ground explosively. Now offended, Val reared her legs in and shot them out at Supergirl, hitting the Kryptonian in the abdomen with incredible, sound barrier shattering force. Kara's eyes rolled back in her head and spit flew from her mouth from the impact, and the girl was sent through the ceiling and flying elsewhere.

Val huffed and breathed, though, exhausted by the brief scuffle. "S-see? Got...got it...covered." She said, standing up and hunching over to catch her breath, Magneto floating beside her.

"The battle is not yet won, Val." He said cautiously, observing the ongoing fights of his comrades and the rest of the Headhunters, preparing to move in to attack them as well.

Lisa was about to help Val with the Kryptonian, when she suddenly had to avoid a blast of yellow energy from a yellow power ring. The Android turned to see a Martian charging her with some speed. Lisa didn't even move, instead she simply changed her space in relation to the Martian, so she was no longer in the place where the Martian was and now next to her. However, she didn't react quick enough to avoid a backhand slap from the Martian, which sent Lisa flying.

She stopped herself in the air. She realised she would need a little more firepower to deal with this Martian. A second later and she transformed into her super Lisa form. The Yellow Lantern attacked again, only to find herself back on the ground. She looked around in confusion before her face met Lisa's fist. She staggered, but to Lisa's surprised she wasn't too fazed. Lisa reasoned she would have to find some other way to overcome this foe.

She dodged a few more punches. She was slower than her opponent, but her instantaneous teleportation and her computer reflexes made it so that she could dodge her with little problem. However, another stray hit managed to slip past Lisa's defenses. She flew again. Hitting the wall which crumbled under the force. One more hit like that and she would risk serious damage to herself.

Lisa's eyes flashed red. She got up, facing her foe. Who smiled, speeding towards her with incredible speed, unleashing an unforgiving punch, only to have it connect with herself. A portal had opened to cause her fist to hit herself. Lisa then followed this up by separating her arm from the rest of her body by separating the space between them, spatially slicing them. Her resistance meant nothing against the manipulation of the space between atoms. Another slice, another arm. Another slice, another limb. With a near surgical precision and dedication. Suddenly her foe was on the floor, Lisa's arm blade frighteningly close to her neck.

Lisa began to fight her SD Protocols now, but it was harder than before. Almost as if she was changing. The Martians Limbs were regenerating, but not nearly fast enough.

I shouldn't do this. It's not right

She could hurt my friends. We need to keep them safe.

But this isn't right. She's not in control of herself.

Irrelevant. Our duty is to protect life. She threatens life. She must be eliminated.

Who... who are you?

You... But better.

Lisa twitched slightly before slamming her foot into the Martians head a couple of times, knocking her out. Now finish her. No! Stop this! You are here to protect. Mercy hinders protection. Mercy hinders the prime goal. Don't you want to defeat the Regent?

She stood there, fighting her own programming. Blade so close to the Martians neck it could draw blood with but a twitch. Meanwhile the Tamaran had the upper hand on Poison Ivy, having some sort of suit of living matter around her as she absorbed the plants she was sent blood. Interestingly she didn't seem to be fighting Ivy as much as simply absorbing the things she sent. On the other hand, Tony and the android girl had defeated ambomination despite some trouble. Seems the monstrosity had it's power increased somewhat by the Regent. All the while Lisa stood, the internal struggle in her mind rendering her motionless.

"A bunch of robots? Didn't we try that?" Naja asked.

"Yes. We built a sentient robot. It tried to kill us all, and enslaved an entire galactic empire. Also nearly killing them all." Alex said. "So we're still working out the kinks."

"Am I the only one who watches movies? Terminator? Anyone?" She asked as they walked into the ship. "I really hope Killian put something in here to keep us busy in the event we're stuck here for day or weeks." Naja said looking around. "Also, this is pretty fancy looking. How long did it take him to build this thing?"

"Three seconds." Killian called out. "It took longer because integrating Celestial tech with the Thought Robot took some jerry rigging. Luckily the power supply was compatible or we would have been boned." He explained. "Of course I installed some video games. What am I? Stupid? Plus, playing them on Celestial computers is awesome. I can play them at me speeds."

"Awesome." Naja said and sat down in the air as Darkseid lumbered in. "Awe. And here I hope you forgot." She teased.

"If not for the fact you warned me of this come death, you would have met yours long ago." He said thundering past her.

"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." She muttered looking around the ship. It was decently sized. Tall ceilings, enough room for plenty of people. Stasis pods instead of beds. Killian installed those intentionally. Most of them didn't need to sleep anyways so beds would be a pointless waste of space.

"Carefully.Very carefully..." He mused. Soon the group came upon the reactor sector of the world of Ishka'ali, glowing and pulsating with primal force. Thousands of storm spirits lit up the dark cavern as they whisked back and forth between their tasks, painstakingly monitoring the core to keep it self sustaining and stable. They descended downward into the city like power plants, then rested near a small platform that kitted out from the cliff. As they jogged inside, there was an almost alien quality to the chambers that began to pull at the bodies of the three. The area around them was filled with a strange shifting mist that brushed against Vladkahts smooth blue skins like the gentle caress of a lover, but also seemed to whisper in strange languages secrets in the groups ears. The organic walls of the chamber would pulse and glow every now and then in unison, filling the chamber with the noise of a colossal drum being slowly beaten.

Vladkaht counted the seconds between each pulse, then nodded. "6.3 seconds per pulse. They're right, its slightly been disturbed by whatever that thing is doing, but it seems to be holding steady." He watched as a grouping of mist began to collect behind Grixia, turning into a few humanoid creatures of white. They began to reach out to her like ghosts clawing at a victim. Vladkaht shook his head slightly, signaling that she was not an enemy, and they dissipated instead of attacking. They continued for several minutes down these hallways as the most clung to them as they went.

They came to a single door on the far end of the chamber, and as they entered they saw a truly awesome sight. It was almost as if the very fabric of reality bent around the giant core of primal energygrouping of mist began to collect behind Grixia, turning into a few humanoid creatures of white.

It was almost as if the very fabric of reality bent around the giant core of primal energy. It pulsed with the force of infinite strength and might before them as men at computers and various stations ran frantically about their work. He walked up to one near the main control panel and grabbed his shoulder. "How is it holding up?" He asked

the man shook his head. "My lord, we are doing all we can, but we aren't going to be able to take much more of this punishment before the wall collapses."

Sol faced down the worm creature and spoke in the only earth language he knew at the moment, Anceint Egyptian,
"How are you alive? I burned your heart out."
The worm replied "you burned a hole in my chest where my heart was. I had already given it to Set."

Sol reminisced on the name Set for a minute trying to remember what the worm creature was talking about. Set... Ahh yes, nasty jackal creature, claimed to be a god to humans when he was really just an exile from his home planets. Claimed his seat with the few Inhumans who were also the gods of ancient Egypt and caused as much chaos as alinely possible. Hopefully it had perished while Sol had been gone. It was strong enough to challenge Sol.

Sol decided that this monster had to go before I caused any harm to the new and improved humans. He did not say this just because of their definite increase in technology, but. Evolution had clearly taken its toll as well. These modern humans seemed stronger, bigger, more refined than the crude humans Sol had seen in the past. He let the fission energy in his body bubble just beneath his palm.
"And where is Set now..."
"Preparing for his ultimate apocalypse, his ultimate plan, his ultimate-" his speech abruptly ended as Sol blasted his chest open yet again with a fission beam. At first Sol decided to walk away and go to Sets old palace of Anub'har but decided to end Seti once and for all. Sol charged up a Fission orb and brought it down on Setis body completely incinerating it. Afterward Sol lifted off and flew towards the sun at FTLx3 to charge up briefly before looking for Set.

OOC: Neros, can max teleport Sol to the Ark?

Hiroshi:

"Who is causing this delay! Oh!... Look this one has a body still." A impossibly loud and booming voice spoke, a massive red giant sitting behind a massive desk. "That's a once and a day occasion."

Looking up, Hiroshi saw who this voice belonged too. The massive figure sported a scraggly black beard and wore a deep violet suit. Staring at the man, all Hiroshi could do was blink and stare back at the titan.

" King Yemma, this is Hiroshi Mako, recently deceased." One ogre spoke.

" Hiroshi Mako? That name sounds familiar... Hmmmm." The giant mumbled, flipping through a large brown book, as though Hiroshi's name would pop up within its pages. " Oh Yes! Your the offspring of Abaddon Kai, the Kai of Balance, a very impressive man I might. Few have completed the Kaioshin of times Training, and even fewer have grown to such level of power as his. Defeating the likes of Demigra and sealing the Black Knight away, amazing feats I must say. I'm sure if your anything like your father, this will be a short process-"

King Yemma picked up a large vanilla file, opening it and blinking rapidly several times. Gently grasping his glasses, he slipped them on, It took him several more glances towards the folder and back at Hiroshi before he adressed him.

" This cannot be the file of any offspring of Abaddon. If anything whoever this belongs too, is in some hot water, making me judge whole planets at a time."

much work for me over the years! You have no idea how much effort it takes to judge whole planets of people with no notice!"

This was where souls were judged, and the judge himself was before him. King Yemma must have gone over the deeds of the dead, and determined what happened to them after they died. Of course, Hiroshi himself had no idea what to expect... except for the things which followed him in his nightmares.

Now he only had to imagine being separated from his family and friends, and he knew what Hell really looked like.

I can't go down there. If I do... I'll. I'll.

"Yea, wrong file I guess," Hiroshi responded irritated , looking bored. If these idiots took this long to judge a single soul, he now knew why the line of souls was so long.

"You there, go find the folder on Hiroshi Mako and bring it to me. And don't be too long. There are countless souls to judge, and we cannot hold up the line much longer."

" Sir, that is the file on Hiroshi Mako, there is no one else in the files with the same name we could have confused him for." One very scarred demon muttered before backing away.

" Are you sure?" The Titan grumbled as he leafed back through the folder.

"Y-yes, King Yemma, but these are the correct set. We tripled checked them this time. This is Hiroshi Mako, the Butcher of the North Galaxy."

Butcher? What the Hell are these people talking about? There's very few people I've killed in my life, and even then nowhere near enough to be considered a Butcher.

Beginning to read, the gigantic figure made a low grumbling sound, and Hiroshi didn't bother to look, to busy with his internal conflict.

"Well," the King started, sounding very sober. "Well this is very... unexpected indeed. Did you know this when you came in here?"

It was hard to keep track of the words as Hiroshi scanned the crowd, almost ignoring the King. Taking a step towards the entrance, he looked out across the lineup, his heartbeat racing in his chest. What if the planet had been destroyed? The lineup seemed to be almost endless as it grew and grew in the distance-

"Hiroshi Mako!" the ogre shouted. "Are you listening to me?!"

Blinking and turning his head slowly, the Saiyan finally looked up towards his judge. The nightmares he'd experienced were nothing like this, but the same chill ran through his body. There must be some sort of mistake, this was all impossible, He'd never killed more than 10 people who hadn't deserved the fate they'd been dealt.

"What?" the Saiyan shot back.

"You will refer to me as King Yemma," the gatekeeper ordered, his huge teeth barring for a moment before he sat back. "Did you know that this profile was indeed yours when you got here?"

"It'd be hard to say I did!" Gohan responded angrily, crossing his arms and staring into the Giants eyes. "Whatever. I don't have time for this-"

A furious crimson fist slammed violently against the desk, the entire castle seemingly shaking from the exerted force. Hiroshi growled as he prepared for the Titan to speak.

" You've wasted nearly half an hour of mine and my staffs time, so you can play immature games and avoid judgement. Here you are starting your life with another crime! In your lifetime, you've created more work then anyone else, save Freiza and Cooler."

""So, let's see here... 121,000,000,962 counts of homicide, throughout a recorded 82 planets. 4,000,290,092,021 counts of property damage. 15,002,012 counts of assault. The annihilation of 15 planets-"

"I've never destroyed a planet you-"

"The destruction of fifteen planets," Yemma's voice boomed over his. "Of you're homicides, 121,000,000,212 are classified under the terminology of genocide. Given that you did so with the express purpose of annihilating a species of people from a planet. You surprisingly only have two counts of sexual assault, though you have solicited prostitution nearly 122 times-"

As the Ogre contiued speaking, Hiroshi could only recoil in horror. What kind of monster could complete these kinds of acts? He'd never committed any of these, hell he'd never met a being capable of such actions.

When he looked back up at King Yemma, he saw not the massive orange Titan, but Garlic Junior staring back at him, a evil, malicious smile spread wide across his features.

"Remember that I'm the one that sent you here Gohan. I sent you to that place you've been so afraid of, but that you've desired to go for so long. To think? You'll not have to worry about judgement ever again. You'll have no more nightmares about being sent to Hell. You'll simply get to exist in it."

Closing his fists, Hiroshi stumbled back, his eyes widened in fear as he trembled.

Color bled back into the world around him as he looked around in almost a panic, his breathing accelerating with every breath.

"Is there anything you have to say for yourself before I sentence you?" the King demanded.

Golden hair reached skyward as an unbelievably bright golden flash burst from his trembling form. His teeth ground together as lightening rolled off his shaking body.

Staring at the ground in front of him, barely noticing the Goliath and his snide remarks, Hiroshi felt his heart start racing again. It was impossible to contain how furious he was. Not just that this bastard was attempting to send him to hell, but that Tomia would be left lone while this bloated pile of red shit attempted to lord over him.

"You look angry. If you'd take responsibility, you'd have no one to blame but yourself. " The King observed, before sitting up straight, crossing his arms.

Golden energies swirled around him as Hiroshi tensed himself. Mixed in with his anger, anger and grief at himself from his own failures, and fury for the demon who'd just stripped him of his life and tried to kill his friends, as well as the man before him who wanted to damn him to hell. Hiroshi felt something rise up from the depths of his power. He'd been near the same level of power for so long, it'd never occurred to him that his body would harness his hidden depths and transform it into something else.

Immediately lightning rolled over his body before the ground beneath him cratered outward, spreading across the floor. Golden fire lit through the air, washing away the flames smothering the room. The granite walls buckled, and the dust in the air washed up into the air, before being blasted away. The sky broke through the ceiling as the entirety of the underground part of the castle just simply blew away. A golden light shone in all directions, bursting out of Hiroshi's body itself.

There was something just beyond his power, something Hiroshi wanted to reach out and grab, and at the last moment, Hiroshi latched onto it with all of his might.

Spiky golden hair spread wildly down his back, the ridges of his eyebrows becoming more pronounced as his voice deepened in its baritone screaming.

"Your not sending me anywhere!" His unnaturally deep voice spat, lightening arcing across the floor wildly. His body blurred with ungodly speed before his world swirled in a corona of gray and beige colors.

Seconds later he reappeared next to the giant, his body stiffened by a unnatural force.

"I am truly sorry, Hiroshi Mako. I am sorry for your father for having such a monster as yourself as a son. I suppose all heroes must pay a price in their lives. But having you as a son is a far heavier price then he deserved to pay."

Pulling at the invisible barriers around him, Hiroshi thrashed furiously as he slowly began to push his arm up, trying to form an energy wave.

"I am not my past. I am Hiroshi Mako, I am a better man than this! I'm no longer the sun of that butcher Abaddon. I've fought monsters beyond your imagining, and you sit in this chair as a bloated pile of red shit, thinking you can just lord over me!? You don't know anything about me! You don't know what struggles I faced, you just have your fucking sheets of paper! I won't let you judge me! I won't let you just take-"

"I know a great deal! And I know that there is a price to be paid for what we do in our lives. No amount of good will ever bring back all the innocent people you've killed. No amount of selfish good at that!"

White and Gold energy formed at his fingertips as the Saiyan sneered, preparing to unleash his God's Judgement blast.

"Selfish good!? Selfish!?" Hiroshi snapped. "I've saved-"

"Your home. You saved your home. You saved your mother. You saved your daughter. You saved your friends. You saved your love interest. And of course, you saved yourself, Hiroshi. All the good you've ever done was for your own gain. There was nothing selfless about it. Only when you've been backed into a corner, it's all in your file. Have you ever demonstrated a shred of good? Even now, you try to just escape your judgement by attacking me! You tried to control the space around your daughter by bullying the woman you forced yourself on. You don't know what it is to do something without your own selfish desires being your only motivator. Everything is about you."

The energy disappeared in Hiroshi's hands as he stared back at the King of the world around him. Super Saiyan eyes stared back at the huge figure as he spoke down at him, picking apart his life in a matter of moments.

"Every crime you've committed were all for yourself. Every person you murdered was to perpetuate your own survival and power by any means. You are everything your father isn't. Your father embodies selflessness in many respects, thought not all. You embody selfishness, and you have the narcissism to try and decouple yourself from the laws which govern the dead in this world. You are a monster. Only now your sick nature has been used for good, given your need for affection from others, especially those you feel were stripped away from you."

Quietly, Hiroshi felt his aura slowly disappear, his eyes looking away from the judge.

M-maybe I did do all of this...

Looking back up at him a moment later, Hiroshi only gave a half smirk in response as one image passed in front of his eyes. It was the image of the little girl he'd left behind, with the small hope that she'd live a better life than he did. It wasn't that she was his daughter, why he cared about her. If anything the fact she'd been his daughter pushed him away from her. Reluctant responsibility and fear had motivated his actions, and he'd never wanted her to know he was her father. She was such a good kid, and just being around her had changed a lot of the way he looked at the world. Even when he inserted himself into Ariel life, without her permission, it'd not been because he wanted to deal with some crazy bi-, damaged woman. It'd been because he wanted to try and help the little girl. The little girl he was afraid to consider his daughter.

Breathing in, straightening himself out as he stared back at the King, Hiroshi kept the image of his daughter in his mind, not tearful and afraid, like the last moments he'd seen her, but as bright and happy as she was the first time he'd met her, when she grabbed his pant leg in fear while him and Garlic fought. That had been the most love the Half breed had ever been shown from anyone besides his mother...

All his fears and anxieties fell behind only one fear. That he'd not done enough to save her. The longer he was here, and she wasn't, the more hope he built for himself, that this had all been worth it. This was the price he was going to pay for her.

"You're wrong," Hiroshi finally said, before smiling back defiantly, just as his Uncle had. "Do what you were going to do." With another strike of his gavel, Hiroshi felt his body tighten, and then he felt himself falling. Rapidly.

"For all your crimes, Hiroshi Mako, I sentence you to an eternity in Hell for so long as your spirit dwells in this realm. May all of your victims find some sense of justice in what passes."
What don't you understand? I CAN'T DIE!
As if that gives you an excuse to live.

Sol plunged into the sun bathing in the hydrogen. To humans this might be the equivalent of a hot shower. He drained the hydrogen from the star around his body glowing gold from fission energy. Sometimes a piece of gold would chip off and reveal a white glow beneath only to be instantly recovered by gold. Sol burst out of the sun once again rejuvenated and ready to fight. He rockets off towards Egypt once again.

"Timer only has a few minutes left." Killian called out. "We should be getting ready to go. Anyone else not inside the ship soon, sorry, we can't risk it." He said and was just about to close it off when several more people poofed in via Karnilla. "Get your butts in the ship. Multiverse dies in a few minutes!" Killian shouted and closed the doors once they got inside. With a long sigh, he started the ship and took off. The Auto-pilot was set and Killian was just going to go sit around when he saw Darkseid standing right behind him. "Is that really necessary? I ain't gonna kill us all. Unlike you, I can actually keep my family together. My son doesn't want to kill me. Can't say the same for yours though." He said to the dark god in a slightly annoyed tone, but at the same time in his usual snarky tone.

"I remember. Years ago. You and your friends interrupted the war between me and Thanos."

"I remember that. We threw your asses into the source wall." Killian said and laughed. "Don't tell me you're still pissed about that. We could've killed you both. I was tempted. Besides, clearly it didn't stick very well. You're standing right there. And who knows? Maybe Thanos is dead too. Now you can try to rules the universe all by yourself. Then we have this long drawn out war, and then we get sick of it and kill you."

Darkseid chuckled as the human mouthed off. A powerful human, but a human regardless. "Such arrogance from a mortal. It's amusing. However, I've seen the way you behave when you use your power to it's fullest. You enjoy it. You enjoy that feeling of being above those around you. You nearly killed a son in front of his own father and scorned them both. My how you humans are interesting. Weak, scared, but when backed into a corner, like any primitive animal, you lash out. In a manner I find interesting. When we fought over your Earth, you were among the greatest heroes of your planet. You protected innocent people at risk to yourself and other such pointless heroics. And now you butcher children in front of their parents, leave untold lives to die and fend for themselves, and you don't bat an eye."

Killian was going to speak up when he suddenly gain a perspective on what he did. The strangest thing was, he didn't feel bad about it. There was no guilt or condemnation.

"That's what I thought." Darkseid said stepping out of Killian's way.

Sol touched down in Sets old lands and hunting grounds. He followed the path down the road that lead through the thin veil of magic that Set had protected his lands with. Sol pushed truth and emerged on the other side to find... A massive war camp of Egyptian demons. Sol was horrified as most of these particular demons were resurrected Egyptians that he had followed in his consciousness form. He knew it because his minor telekenisis allowed him to feel small touches from other people's minds.he felt certain signatures from these minds that were define toy familiar. Sol reminisced in the las time that he had been here.

It was before he had left the system but after he had taken physical form. Set was not here of course so the up newly formed sun god with no Abolities besides flight had walked in without the master of the lands detecting him. However Sol had been caught by one of Sets nastiest body guards. The snake Apophis. Most people thought it was the other way around but no this was the way it was. Sol had barely gotten away hid in the sun for a few years hoping to burn away his body, then decicded to make the most of it and explore and learn from other stars.
