The results of the Baptism of Fire host voting are as follows:

Kagdazka and Pazhujebu/Astograth: 2 votes
Saugeais/Erathore: 1 vote
Vilita/The Kytler Peninsulae: 1 vote
Eastfield Lodge/Kazzoria: 0 votes

In the absence of a deterministic way to eliminate the tied options, Kagdazka and Pazhujebu and Astograth are declared the hosts (and I will reconsider the viability of instant-runoff voting for small-electorate votes :p ). Good luck with the event!

*Proposal 2: Clarifying the Constitution, as detailed here:
That 2.4.2, line iii) of the WCC Constitution, be amended to read:

Vilita and Polar Islandstates
Liventia and Civil Citizenry

Members of the WCC may vote for either bid, or to open the voting for new bids, or officially abstain. Candidates may not vote.

*Proposal: on friendlies, as detailed here:

"Friendlies are not the responsibility of the hosts beyond basic organisation. Co-hosts may not include as part of their proposal any information on the organisation of friendlies, nor may they answer questions on friendly organisation. Co-hosts may choose to start a thread for friendly organisation, may choose to schedule slots in World Cup qualification for friendlies, and may limit the number of friendlies; but there is no presumption that co-hosts will scorinate any friendly matches, and nations holding friendlies should assume that they are responsible for arranging their own friendly scorination unless otherwise specified."
