- MMORPGs were a big inspiration for this project.

Yes, characters like Kirito and settings like SAO are pretty trash, but your previous post seemed to also take issue with having inhuman characters in a fantasy setting, which is honestly absurd. why would a fantasy setting only be about normal humans?

Eh, not so much an issue with that, personally. But it also feels a bit done to death.
I wouldn't mind something akin to the World of Wizardry, or Harry Potter, where you have mostly humans who can use magic interacting with fantastical creatures. That's something barely ANYONE has done on this site with few exceptions (Azur Deutschland comes to mind).

Sorry for assuming then. The wording just seemed like you viewed it negatively.
Also, funny that you mention Azur as that is me.

500 years ago, the universe saw an apocalypse that destroyed most spacefaring lifeforms caused by self-replicating machines, the universe went into a dark age until species that weren't advanced enough for the machine-swarm to detect started travelling into space. It is now the 23rd century, the universe is currently at 'peace'. Will this 'peace' last, or will this new universe end up like the last one?

01/15/1583 2000 GST: The trial for the murder of Faurgamu Reiks, the former head of National Revival who had connections to the terrorist group the Harjis Witoth, comes to a conclusion. Both Awareik Fairgunein and Hawi Marthal were convicted of second-degree murder.
