It is observed on the fourth Thursday of November.

Other nations with Slavic heritage (especially Russians) observe harvest/feast days of thanksgiving on a different day. TS only designated the last Thursday of November as Thanksgiving Day in 1863 AD, to counter the USA's Thanksgiving Day, as TS recognized and supported the CSA at the time.
