What is your leader's education/training?

In Ecofasciste Archipel, our Supreme Leader Augusta Sargasso has:

• CIA training
• KGB training
• PhD in ecology

She was on the payroll of both the KGB and the CIA while studying ecology, being tasked with infiltrating radical student movements. She carried out various missions for the radical groups she was infiltrating, as well as assassinating selected leaders of those very movements, all while playing off the CIA and the KGB against each other and finishing her PhD.

Sachfields has a BA in economics and MBA in finance in Nectar University. He has a basic army education when serving drafted in the Vietnam War. He also was the protege of Barnes Gatt the CEO of GATT Investing where he trained under him while working. In college he was a member and an officer Secretary and Outreach of the Youth Business Society where he managed the logs and meetings and events and planned the events and reaching out to people.

Alsa II was privately educated by the draér at Domnaeni House. With her mother, Ffeysis III, keeping her secluded after the death of her father, her childhood was dominated almost entirely by schooling.

Alongside the usual preparatory training given to all heirs apparent, the draér provided formal education in politics, Hebrédan language, mathematics, and Shalotte history; on the latter subject, Alsa is now regarded as one of the foremost experts in the field, even having published two authoritative books. As the Domnaeni is by tradition a permanent member of the Draéryn - the governing body of the Shalotte faith - and has largely adopted a position of spiritual rather than political leadership in recent centuries, she accordingly also studied the Shalotte Pantheon extensively.

The draér attempted to teach her astronomy from a theological perspective as well, but much to their frustration, even as a child she became fascinated more by the scientific side of the field. She has continued her astronomy studies to this day, but unlike her prominence in the field of Shalotte history, she considers astronomy to be a deeply personal endeavour, as it provided her a release from her strict upbringing.

Alsa is also fluent in spoken English, which is unusual for Shalottes in general, though she herself admits that reading and writing in that language is difficult for her.
