In England, Merely blacking the face whilst present in a forest, common land, or Royal Park is technically punishable by death, as a deterrent against poaching. Committing a crime in any other place with the face blacked is also a capital offence. Many criminals caught with blackened faces are generally spared death and instead transported or imprisoned with hard labour.

The Leader, Arran Vid, will imprison the offender and the length of imprisonment is determined by how much of a threat The Great Leader thinks that the offender poses to the public. The Great Leader will ask some prison officials, who teach academic anti-racism, to teach the Blackface offenders academically why racism is hurtful and upsetting. If the Blackface offender still hasn't changed his/her racist views and the teaching isn't working then the offender will stay in his/her prison cell. If The Leader deems the Blackface offender to be a changed person in terms of the newfound absence of racist views, then The Leader will release the offender from prison. In certain cases, the newly released Blackface offender may have members of The Leader's Police Force stay with him/her at all times and make sure that he/she does not do anything racist ever again.

Blackface is basically non-existant (as there are almost no people of african descent in the country), but if it does happen, it is illegal under the Discrimination Act (2015), and there are 2 punishments:

• If the person committing the offence was intoxicated at the time, or under the influence of a mind-altering substance (for which they will be fined if the former or conscripted into the armed forces for 2 years if the latter), then they will be fined.
• If the person committing the offence was of sound mind, they will be conscripted into the armed forces for 2 years.

There are 3 exceptions:

• If the person committing the offence was legally a child (under 18), then they shall receive no punishment.
• If the person committing the offence was a "cos-player" or actor/actress, then they shall receive no punishment.
• If the person committing the offence was unaware of the racial connotations, then they shall receive no punishment.
