We have no schools of this sort at all. "Schools" of this nature are backwards, horribly inefficient, mindblowingly expensive per student, and for all of that, they use a garbage way of educating their inmates.

WE put all mandatory education on a single chip of several terabytes, and install this data into newly-built Decepticons before they are ever fully activated. It takes 10 minutes for the information to download from the chip to the new person's mind-boards. After this, they are fully educated up to approximately the 12th-grade equivalent level, with some subjects - such as engineering, coding, and mechanical repair - even reaching what humans would consider Masters level.

Needless to say, it doesn't require any uniforms or discipline to install a data pack. In fact, the new Decepticon is, at this point, only powered-up enough to handle the new files from a code standpoint. This eliminates the potential for any misbehavior during the process, as well as ensuring that the install will go smoothly from a technical standpoint.

To avoid misunderstanding, we will note that the Standard Educational Data Pack merely provides new-builts with the needed information. It does NOT force them to believe what's in it. As sapient beings, we are able to critically examine the data upon reaching a sufficient level of maturity.

An examination of the neural pathways stretched across the manifold detritus will give a picture of some dread intellect, some dire entity so absorbed in its immensity that only a whim separates all of reality, such that it is, from Its titanic will. This is simply not the case, for the spasming continent-sized nerves are moving with mindless un-volition to an incoherent discordance. It is the mindless hunger that drapes our terrstrial dimensions across its fathomless hide, a death spasm of that which cannot die. Yet this mindlessness is so complete that it might as well cycle back into dread omnipotence, an entity that bypassed the space between zero and one by traversing infinity.
