Yes, thank you -- it did look adspammy, as they've got single post, immediately linking to an external -- albeit relevant-ish -- site (for "blockchain leaders" -- whatever that is). And it has been more than four weeks.

They're a returning DOS. They've been handled. They're not an adspammer. Their behavior is far more banal than even that.
