Actually, no, a stampede of ballot-stuffing delegates alcohol and drugs killed the ex-ambassador. And yet he lives on -- in this nation's sig!

Speaking of the mod olympics, when are they scheduled this year?

Not at all random, and no, not democratic, and no, not transparent.

Tell you what: you pick the mods on your site whatever way you want to. Names out of a hat. Your buddy who you've known since last week. Train a chicken to peck a list of people at random.

At least they're honest about it.

Here, there. Any site picks leaders based on whatever whims they wish. To lessen confusion about people's hopes of ever gaining such a position. A large sign in friendly letters should be placed in the forums saying "You will never get into the inner circle and your opinions do not matter." That way, people know what they're getting into. For sites at least.

Given that they took feedback from the community and this thread is literally about welcoming two new people into the inner circle, I'd say that statement is incorrect.

Time for one of those traditional revolutions against the moderators again?

That shall not be necessary. Subterfuge and infiltration tend to neutralize dissident elements rather efficiently, so they never get too strong.

Congrats to our newest mod overlords!

If I may ask, what happened to Scolopendra? His name has disappeared from both the game mods and retired game mods list? o.O

Hope it's OK to write this - I've been offline AGAIN due to the cheap router my ISP supplied me with causing more havoc, I really need to replace it...

Anyway, congratulations new mods!

It really is about time I crafted a new mod cave for the team as it's probably getting a bit squashed. Trouble is, I can't craft and my attention seeking dog keeps jumping on my keyboard whenever I use my laptop!

I'll never forget the time Sox somehow 'managed' to rotate the screen on my old laptop upside down when he was a puppy- took me a week to work out how to change it back!
