Noting both nations feel entitled to the Panama Region.
Further Noting that unless some comprises is reached further bloodshed will occur, and world economy will be hindered even more.
In the Attempt to find peace among war this resolution shall put an end to the warfare in a vital economic region.
Hereby set the following terms in order to have peace:
1) All military actions on all sides must cease
2) The Nation of Panama will be divided among the canal
3) The UKGA will hold all territory to the north of the canal
4) Puertollano will annex all territory south of the canal
5) 5 Km both north and south shall have no active military of any nation other than the DEU Peacekeepers.
A) Any nation must have DEU Approval to move military troops through the neutral zone
B) Any nation to not have approved movement, but moves through anyway will be an act of war to all DEU members.
