Our masters at home would prefer to have a draft replacement resolution to inspect before agreeing with the removal of GAR #309, which despite its flaws is a well-meant and partially-useful piece of legislation, as this repeal proposal itself admits. Assuming that such a draft replacement can be drawn up in the time left for voting on this repeal, however, Karolingia will most likely vote in your favor.
While Karolingia would appreciate some environmental legislation as opposed to none at all, our people would especially appreciate a better law than that which has been passed already, and will therefore support the upcoming replacement attempt assuming that this repeal is passed.
