Since WorldVision 26 is over, here's the signups for the 27th WorldVision Song Contest! Signups will be the same as last time, just post your national final here. Or, if you don't want to actually post a national final, you can just tell us the title of the song, and the name of the artist performing it.

The contest itself is basically the same as Eurovision Song Contest. First, all the participating countries post the performance (with lyrics) of their entry, and then, once all the entries have been performed, every nation decides their votes, with the same 1 to 12 points format as used in Eurovision. Everything's the same except that we don't have those silly rules about how many of them can be on the stage, etc.

All songs in the contest must be original. No real-life songs or artists may be entered into the contest, but parodies of RL song are of course allowed. Parody doesn't mean "real life song with some other words" but a song with TOTALLY different lyrics on the melody of a RL song. Also translations of original lyrics are NOT allowed.

A puppet holder can participate with 3 nations max.: his main nation, and possibly his two puppets. You have to confirm your puppet.

Due to the change over of broadcasting rights for the WorldVision Song Contest in Fusha Me-Bar, the new broadcaster, "Gjallë TV" has called for a new National Final, thereby making the appointment of Mirna, with her song "Valle Shi" null and void for the 27th edition of the contest. In an attempt to revive the status of the contest in Fusha Me-Bar, which has fell slightly since the countries début, mainly from poor results in the prestigious competition, some of the biggest names in Fusha Me-Barian music have been called in to participate in the national final, called "Kënga Për Fushë Me-Bar". These include Luljeta Xhekira, Fusha Me-Bar's most successful singer in the WorldVision Song Contest competition as of yet, Flutura Ristaru, who is the only Fusha Me-Barian singer to participate in the World Hit Festival, and Na, the girl group who revived Fusha Me-Bar's fortunes in the contest slightly, among other domestically known artists.

Gjallë TV has made a call for international juries, who will vote for the songs in the traditional WorldVision style, giving songs points 1-8, and then 10 and 12. These points will then be totalled, and then converted into points of 12, 10 and then 8-1. This will be coupled with the public televote, and the song with the most votes from this televote will also be assigned points from 12, 10, and then 8-1. The combined points will be totalled, before the top 3 will be announced. The public and juries will then have another opportunity to vote for their favourite of the three songs in the super final. The ones with the most votes will be victorious, and represent Fusha Me-Bar at the 27th edition of the WorldVision Song Contest.
