Have you seen people acting suspiciously? They are probably a member of the Resistance. Contact your local State Security office immediately and do your duty to protect your home and family.

This example from the website of the guy in the OP's video is 102 square feet, and costs nearly $50,000 dollars ready made or just over $20,000 to build it yourself.

This is a proper caravan made of proper caravan material, and is much bigger than the Tumbleweedhousescaravans lengthways. It costs £15,000 ($22,950), which is expensive compared to many other caravans on the site. There are some at prices as low as £3,000 which, while obviously not as big as others, are just as suitable for living in as the '89 square-foot house'.
If you're going to get a caravan, is it really worth paying so much just for it to look like a house?

Nevertheless, the flat is expected to attract buyers due to its close proximity to the fashionable bars

Of course it can increase if you start using fancy materials and whatnot. But for $480 per square foot you can get a decent house on a relatively pricey chunk of land. Why is frugal living always so expensive?

yeah I wouldn't mind living in a tiny place like that if only it didn't suck for parties, have no storage, make me essentially a gypsy, cost more than just having a caravan and be absolutely shite in winter
depends on where you are. but for someplace like hawaii... I wouldn't mind living like that.
Hurricane season would be tough tho...

Pack up and move to where the hurricane won't hit. Duh.

A tiny, dying town about an hour north of Lansing, Michigan. Some houses are in the $80,000-100,000 range but most are far cheaper. Since the refinery closed and the tool and die shops have moved to China in the early 00's housing prices have steadily plummeted.
