[Report]Is war a Valid Option to Deal With Putin?

1) Wishing death:

Scepez wrote:Send an assassin to poison him or something.
War is not an option.

2) Flame, political nicknaming:

Gallifrey Secundaria wrote:He's a tremendous homophobic & fascistic twat, that's what he is.

Gallifrey Secundaria wrote:He's effective at oppressing and murdering people. Equality is always above culture, and I'd rather be dead than be a rightist fascistic fucktard like Putin is.

1) viewtopic.php?f=20&t=316855&p=22153627#p22153627

2) Flaming only applies to people who use this site. I'm reasonably certain that Mr. Putin does not. Political nicknaming is altering the target's name to something derogatory. Calling Mr. Putin names is not nicknaming.

I apologize for my thread booming out of control like that as to upset others. I do try to keep it humorous but professional. I didn't expect such passionate replies.

Could that be added to the OSRS? All I could find was a prohibition on threatening players.

Some people are really bloodthirsty:

Draakonite wrote:I think that assassination is a more valid (and cheaper) way to deal with Putin than a World War...

And:

The Union of Tentacles and Grapes wrote:I'm more of an assasinations type of guy.

Political nicknaming:

T Roosevelt wrote:Our SDI program can stop Putin's toys. The missile defense that the United States of America has is superior to anything the ruskies can dish out. A commie cossack like Putin with delusions of power will relent to our superior military force. Russia will not survive a total war with the United States.

Then what is it? And what about the previous report?

I'm not a mod but I believe it is something along the lines of changing Obama -> Obummer or Putin -> Pooptin

Not actionable.

No, you're not. Please don't post in Report threads unless you're reporting something.

Why? Why this instance of wishing death was actionable, but not the others? What, if more then one person is expressing a desire to kill someone else it becomes totally okay?

I'm not seeing a warning attached to the previous thread you've linked.

Bump.

To re-cap:

1) This instance of wishing death to a real person was dealt with.

2) This two - totally ignored.

3) And we already have a new one:

Exxosia wrote:I think going to war against a single guy is kind of overkill. I mean, yeah, the Putinator wrestles bears and molests sharks for jollies, but certainly just a spec-ops team would suffice.

What's the matter? If more then 1 user are expressing a death wish to currently not "handshakable" politician it becomes unpunishable?

And I'm pretty sure that "Putinator" counts as the "political nicknaming".

And it keeps coming:

Estruia wrote:I think telling him to take a long walk off of a short pier would suffice. Or, we could just treat him like the worm he is, and completely isolate Russia by any means possible.

Because that clearly means death.

It's a local saying that amounts to telling someone to fuck off.

Local where?

What will happend to you, Esturia, if you take "a long walk off of a short pier"? Besides a broken neck, I mean.

You do know what local means, right? I said it's a local saying, which means it's local to where I live.

Lyttenburg, remember when you had a reasonable point about the lack of familiarity with Russian idioms on the part of some individuals when it came to the use of mat?

It works both ways.

"Take a long walk off a short pier" is a fairly well-known English-language idiom, and is by no means "wishing death on someone".

Perhaps you might want to familiarise yourself with English-language idiom rather than filing frivolous complaints.

Thank you.

Fine. One refuted, three to go.

Just don't tell me that "assassination" has some secret innocent meaning "where are we from".
