Well at the moment I'm treating spoiler tags as roughly 2 lines myself because of the button and the spacing. I wouldn't call that an official ruling, but a sig that has a spoiler tag to shorten itself is less likely to need trimming in the first place. Or at most, a repositioning of where the tag begins and ends to fit well within the 8-line limit.
