To report a sig, all I need is a link to the person's profile or at least their username so I can look 'em up myself. A note about whether the report is for a overlong sig, or a sig with rulebreaking material in it is also appreciated.
Only in extreme cases will I actually remove content from a sig that's too long; for the most part I can successfully cram most huge sigs within the line limit by way of the spoiler tag; I recommend anyone that wants to list tons of stuff in their sig do so!
Additionally, having an overlong sig isn't something that's going to get you deleted; generally I just trim it and tack a note on the player's forum account. If someone continually goes over the sig limit however, the response may need to escalate. I prefer to TG people who keep doing it before actually imposing any punishments, because it's really a silly thing to get banned over and most folks seem to catch a clue the first time or two their sig gets trimmed. Otherwise they generally get the message once a TG comes their way.
