However, in San Francisco, there is a school. It is by all means a normal school, but many of it's students are not...
San Francisco, 1 day before the beginning of the school year
Henry merely stared at them. All of them. They numbered in the hundreds, but he didn't care. He was far too shocked to count them. Dead bodies, scattered all over the ground, himself the only living being amidst that mess. And then he raised his hand, and saw it. An axe completely surrounded by fire, yet he could somehow hold it without any trouble. However, soon enough, it deformed into a serpent that then leaped at his head...
"Wake up, you damn psycho." An angry female voice shouted, and the next thing Henry felt was a pillow hitting his face. He woke up immediately, and on the door he saw his mother. He stared angrily at her with his orange eyes.
She sighed. "You're never going to change. Go get your stuff. School starts tomorrow." She said, and crossed her arms. Henry merely kept staring at her. "NOW!" She shouted, and then Henry finally got up and went to take a shower.
After that, he got dressed to go out and had breakfast, not speaking to or even making eye contact with his mother. Finally, he took some money and walked out without even bothering to say goodbye.
He walked idly towards the mall until he found himself there. "This is going to be one hell of a year." He thought to himself as he entered, his orange eyes seemingly emitting a slight glow, as if they were burning. This effect subsided within mere seconds. After that, he walked around, looking around for anything he would need.
