The story of Chromatika and Valanora in the Final of the IFCF CL has been an interesting one. Between IFCF 12 and IFCF 23, Chromatika made the IFCF CL six different times and went 0 for 6 in those appearances, including a 0-1 defeat to Raynor City United in the final of IFCF 22. When Crossroads completed their double in IFCF 26, it was Mar Sara FC that they defeated in the Final. Now, in the 101st edition of International Domestic Football, a club from Chromatika and a club from Valanora would do battle once again in the Final. Myana handled Stein-los Turkish in the Round of Sixteen, while Raynor City United had to go to extra time to outlast Olympia FC; in the Quarterfinals, RCU battered Crossroads 5-1 while Myana had to come from behind in the second leg to overcome CA Paulinthal for their second win over a Pasargan club in as many rounds. Both teams didn’t have much issue in the Semifinals, leading to a matchup between the fifth Chromatik club to reach the IFCF CL final and Raynor City United on their record fourteenth appearance at the pinnacle of the sport across the UICA and IFCF eras. A hundred and twenty minutes couldn’t decide the result, but by virtue of winning the penalty shootout 3-0, Myana became the second Chromatik team to win the Champions League, improving Chromatika’s record in the competition to 3-6.

In what is likely to remain the most apostrophes involved in a Challengers Cup Final for a long time, Xat’i Paradystopi try to become the first Paradystopi club to win a IFCF title, New Newetoun Saltquarry SC having fallen just short in the 16th Association Trophy two cycles ago. Having taken down Vikings of Lei FC and FC Teussen Stelburg, their opposition is Chromatik club Z’ai’ai, which had won the Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, and Semifinals by a combined score of 19-3. In Chromatika’s tenth appearance at the Challengers Cup Final, Xat’i are able to hold Z’ai’ai to only one goal, but that lone goal is enough for Z’ai’ai to become the fourth club from Chromatika to win the Challengers Cup, and Chromatika’s fifth win overall.

Unsuccessful in promoting up to the Red League last season, Tor had a chance to pull off the unlikely feat of defending their LBCT title, having defeated fellow Chromatik club Kynxe and Premier Club of Saint Eleanor to return to the Final. Standing in their way was Marlesee 97 from Siovanija and Teusland, a team that had squeaked by BSSC Driessche by a single goal and Truver Town FC in penalties. This is Chromatika’s tenth appearance in the finals of the SBCC/LBCT, and Siovanija and Teusland’s second. With a narrow victory, Tor become the second club in history to repeat as SBCC/LBCT Champions after the Jamaica Giants of Jasiyun in SBCC 58/59, and the second club to win the title twice in the LBCT era. Chromatika takes over most LBCT wins in the IFCF era with six. Chromatika also becomes the first association to ever win three competitions in one cycle, with wins in the Champions League, Challengers Cup, and Liga B Champions Trophy.

This is Banija’s second appearance in the RSC Final, Istria City FC having won the 20th edition against Eleanorian Academy; for Ko-oren, it is their first appearance. In a tightly contested affair, Jinja City FC prevails - and Banija joins a group of six nations that now have two RSC titles, behind Mytanija’s three and Pasarga’s four. Notes for Cup Winners' Cup Entry

• Each association may enter ONE club into the Cup Winners' Cup, with the exception of Katzeburg which may enter one club in addition to Shorham FC.
• Should Shorham FC win their qualifying national association or league cup, the spot held over for a second Katzeburgian entrant will be vacated.
• With the exception of Shorham FC, all entered teams must have won a national association or league cup; super cup winners and winners of play-offs cannot be entered. Cup winners cannot be replaced by other teams, either.
• Clubs can only qualify through ONE domestic cup competition.
• Associations with two or more cup competitions must choose which one of their cup competitions will award their Cup Winners' Cup berth to its winner. Play-off matches between cup winners to decide the qualifier will not be accepted.
• For multiassociational cup competitions, only the cup winner is entitled to enter the Cup Winners' Cup. Associations taking part in such competitions that grant the winner qualification for the Cup Winners' Cup may not qualify clubs through a different cup tournament.
• Each user may enter clubs from no more than two associations. Puppet nations must be declared upon entry.

29th Champions League: The number of teams allowed is determined according to the association coëfficient ranking, with the following distribution:

• Associations ranked 1–4 (Chromatika, Valanora, Auprussia, and Pasarga) are allowed to enter four teams.
• Associations ranked 5–8 (Eastfield Lodge, Banija, Taxhavn, and Farfadillis) are allowed to enter three teams.
• Associations ranked 9–32 (Siovanija and Teusland, The Kytler Peninsulae, Paradystopia, Calgasia, Kelssek, Hanalia, Zwangzug, Saint Eleanor, Squornshelan Remnant States, Ko-oren, Quebec and Shingoryeo, Solgavden, Zenic, Darmen, Katzeburg, Drawkland, Dantopia, Bhumi Matawis Empire, Tikariot, Indusse, Kanzlia, Aphrilia, Saterun, and Valladares) are allowed to enter two teams.
• Associations ranked 33 and below, and unranked associations, are allowed to enter one team.

Special considerations:

• Myana (CMT) and Z'ai'ai (CMT) are assured places in the Champions League group stage. If either fails to qualify through their domestic league, their association will receive an additional place. If either titleholder qualifies for the Challengers Cup, their Challengers Cup place will be vacated.
• Shango-Fogoa Premier League: Has six places. Banija must enter at least two teams and Farfadillis must enter at least two.
• The Outbox League: Has three places. Drawkland and Dhemixia must enter at least one team each.
• All other multi-association leagues: Have two places, which must be filled by their two primary associations.

29th Challengers Cup: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association; associations ranked 1–4 must enter at least two teams each, and associations ranked 5–12 must enter at least one team each.

• Hoima Warriors (BNJ) may be assured a place in the Challengers Cup group stage. If they fail to qualify through their domestic league, their association will receive an additional place. If they qualify for the Champions League group stage through domestic competition, their place in the Challengers Cup is vacated. If they qualify for the qualifying rounds of the Champions League through domestic competition, the club may choose to vacate its place in the Challengers Cup to do so. Getting to play in front of their home fans in the Final, Raynor City United will count themselves lucky to be here after surviving two extra time scares in the first two rounds while they face a southwestern showdown against Rülândéa Kôstä from Farfadillis, the second team from Farfadillis in a row for United. Bouyed by their home crowd, United won in convincing fashion for their first title in the competition since the 7th edition, their third overall.

Entries into the next Hui Lā are now open and close when the IFCF deadline is posted. Olympia FC is guaranteed entry into the next edition, should they fail to qualify via league or cup competition, Eastfield Lodge will be granted a third entry.

Future bids for host stadia will be taken into consideration, though the default in case of no bids will always be the stadium of Stade de Torgos in Torgos. A final reminder also that all Rushmori nations only (including any and all puppets) will be able to submit their league champions only (or top ranked team in the event of multi-associational leagues of more than one Rushmori nation) for entry into the next CdC; this includes puppet leagues that don't submit to IFCF. The submission period opened when the IFCF closed entries to the last IFCF tournaments, and will close again when the IFCF closes entries to the next IFCF tournaments. No invitations will be sent. You must indicate at the bottom of your league summary that you wish your league and cup champions to take part, and I take no responsibility for missing it if you've only shown it in your table.

This was the fifth final appearance for Mansanduni Union PFC and the first for Meru United. The Biyambian club were eyeing for their fourth trophy in the competition. But unfortunately, their dream was crashed after Meru United scored 2 goals in the final match. Meru won their first CMFA Champions League trophy and also the first for their country.

• A rumoured mouse sighting in the LigAnaia headquarters has led to the evacuation of the previous elephant administration. Much gratitude sent their way for their assistance in the transition period and distinguished recent stewardship.
• Hanalian bureaucrats have moved in, declaring any phobias on their vetting forms
• There were 33 total entries, including 23 entries from 12 associations via the LigAzeria
• Two teams were entered into a Preliminary Round, the winner of which joined the other 31 teams in 8 groups of four.
• 21 entries from the LigAzeria had no previous ranking for seeding purposes. The first entries were seeded ahead of all second entries and then by finishing position in the LigAzeria. (YAY had ranking from previous LigAnaia entry)

Taxhavn clubs have always dominated FFI tournaments. Septentriennes' reaching the finals of the League of Victors proves the point once again. With this final, Septentriennes reaches their third consecutive LoV finals. They were able to find victory in the last two, would they do it once again and write history? Meanwhile, Saterun has their first ever LoV finals appearence and looks forward to make it memorable. Would we have a new winner or is the history repeating once again?

• Woldham Wanderers (TAN), as titleholders, will be given a direct entry into the Confederations Trophy, without taking up the association's entry slot. However, should Woldham Wanderers (TAN) qualify for the League of Victors through league placement, its spot in the Confederations Trophy will be vacated and not carried forward.
• Associations are encouraged to submit one finals site bid for either the League of Victors or Confederations Trophy final.
• No Association is allowed to resubmit their entries for more than two seasons and entries without proper proof of merit will be rejected outright.

This is the sixth CEdC title for Kanzlia, and second title for Armada Kotr, in the same stadium they won their first. With Kanzlia winning six consecutive editions, which ties Brenecia for the longest such streak. Notably, all six victories have been over different associations, and none of them came by multiple goals.

The 56th CEdC will be forthcoming, to be played after the IFCF 29 cycle.
Entries and hosting bids for the final will have to be submitted by the regular IFCF deadline.

IFCF Liga B Champions Trophy & Rising Stars Cup:

Kotr Stadium (capacity 35,000 seats)

The Kotr Stadium is the home to Armada Kotr and has witnessed the highs and lows of the club for much of its 90 years history. Originally built in 1923 as a general purpose stadium with a capacity of a whopping 60,000, it was quickly, though unofficially, taken over entirely by Kotr's premier footballing club Armada Kotr in the 1930s. It unfortunately suffered a massive tragedy in 1956 when a fire broke out in one of the stands and the ensuing panic killed 13 spectators. It was closed for a renovation as a result. Initially planned for a two year renovation, the city opted to completely demolish the old stadium and rebuild a new modern one. The process took roughly twelve years as it unfortunately coincided with the Kanzlian Collapse of 1961 and 1962. Finally opened in 1968, it had a reduced capacity of around 45,000 as they eliminated most of the standing sections of the stadium. As the 1970s to the 1980s was a deeply unpleasant time for Kotr, the stadium quickly fell into disrepair and the north-east section was closed for almost a decade due to large structural damage, until in 1999, it caved in. The north-east section collapsed killing a bystander. The city closed it again and the stadium underwent a two year renovation to address the structural issues. Capacity was further reduced to 35,000 to give space for suites, and In its place of the former north-east stand lies a huge concrete structure with a large giant seaprowler statue adjourning it. It's a statement piece that becomes the pride of the club and the city of Kotr as a whole.

Irredentisti Stadium (capacity 40,000 seats)

Home to Ibsia City Football Club, the Irredentisti Stadium was built in the mid 1970s following the Kanzlian Collapse. Initially boasting a capacity of around 33,000 when it first opened in 1979, the stadium was upgraded in 2001 to accommodate an extra 7,000 seats. The stadium has good accommodation with plenty of VIP lounges, most of which were built in the 2001 upgrade. The name Irredentisti is taken from the city's patron god Irredensia, much like how the city of Mistralis took its name from its patron goddess Mistralis. During said 2001 upgrade, the stadium was fitted with its iconic statue of Irredensia.

FFI League of Victors: The Caldera of Castigation, Mount Qyzzyxzy (capacity c.90,000)

Carved into the crater of the extinct volcano which forms the main geographic focal point of the Draconic Territories is the gladiatorial arena known as 'The Caldera of Castigation'. During the football and rugby seasons, the vast majority of blood and viscera is cleaned up, and a pitch constructed with turf painstakingly hauled up this imposing mountain by hand. An impressive amount of seating has been hewn into the rocky sides of this large crater to facilitate the large crowds for many of the events that take place here (very often attendance is mandatory for all denizens of the lands). Whilst the facilities are spartan at best, it is a venue equalled by few in its sheer grandeur and foreboding atmosphere (as one would expect of a landmark built to honour a dragon).

If chosen, please let us know in advance if you would prefer for us to remove the decomposing heads of 'traitors' mounted on spikes around the caldera's rim. We understand such things may be off-putting to those of certain sensibilities.
