The Intergalactic (WA Newsletter) - May 2026
Starlight and Horizon

For the many of you who've been looking for your next monthly WA update, you don't have to wait any longer. We're pleased to present the third edition of Starlight and Horizon's WA newsletter, the Intergalactic! Once again featuring our usual reports on passed resolutions, failed resolutions, and Starborn-authored resolutions, this edition is supplemented by the announcement of the latest initiative of the WAA Ministry, and another drafting guide - perhaps on one of the most important parts of any authorship effort...

"Finally, the WA is not a homeowner’s association."

Hmm… idk. It sure acts like one.

Starlight & Horizon Post June 2026 Election Update

---

We’ve just recently wrapped up the June 2026 elections in Starlight and Horizon! And with another record breaking election cycle over, we once again broke our turnout and participation records - as is becoming commonplace! All in all, a whopping six candidates stood for Aetherion, and three for Flamewarden, making it one of our most competitive electoral fields ever!

Aetherion
• Incumbent Aetherion Alainian Federation (Celia)
• Minister of WA Affairs Cessarea
• Starborn Ci Arovannea (Mira)
• Starborn Imantica (Aoife)
• Fleetmaster Missouria (Moth)
• Starborn Aav

Flamewarden
• Deputy Minister of WA Affairs Idinist
• Minister of Gameside & Vice Flamewarden Dogeland
• Incumbent Flamewarden Untecna

When everything was said and done, the results ended up being far less close than many expected. With Celia earning re-election with over 50% of the vote in a single round, and new challenger Idinist cruising to a first-round win over competition as well, this election cycle broke our streak of Aetherion elections going to multiple rounds, as well as Flamewarden elections being decided by a single vote. As always, I want to extend my congratulations to the winners and to all Starborn who ran, and once more, a big thanks to all Starborn, for making this election season such a success!
