Several people raised questions as to the value of this release when gameplay had spent some time on the Outback matter in April/May, but I think a few key insights and takeaways come from this direct release.
First, Marinas involvement is well beyond what may have been originally inferred. Second, Emiline's apology and its representations are actively contradicted. And third, perhaps most importantly: it becomes clear just how much their meddling extended beyond the Outback and into their other allies internal affairs. The S7, The League, and perhaps most glaringly (and importantly, given the previous strength of those allies), the West Pacific:
