Somehow, against all odds, I managed to notice this as a retired player just logging in to change my passwords: A new Warzone has hit the gamemap, Warzone Tvarskog.

2/7/2026, 4:54:07 PM EST: El Test founded the region Warzone Tvarskog.

I am the first and so far only person to have done anything in the region, a fact worth memorializing.

Fun fact: Tvärskog is a locality in Sweden home to 404 people. Who knew? It might also be Serbo-Croatian for "substance", but I'm not gonna do linguistic research before I post this thread.

Aside from the update time issue, I've also noticed that Warzone Tvarskog is not listed when tag-searching Warzone regions.

Edit: Also the "Longest-serving Delegate" line does not appear on the region's page while it does in other Warzones.
This usually appears even if the current (or in this case the only as of yet) Delegate is the record-holder, so it should be on the page.

Nope, alternate_byzantine_timeline is the last region in the update order.

Best of luck to whoever takes on the challenge of doing something with this region. There's not too much to work with regarding direct inspiration from its seeming namesake in the real world. Kalmar County's most notable landmarks are largely confined to the island of Öland, as far as a quick skim of English-language wikipedia indicates anyway, and Tvärskog is on the mainland part of the county.

I'd personally play up the sense of smallness and frame the region's ruling alliance as that of a number of states that are geographically quite confined, maybe on a small peninsula or island.
