Guidelines
- If possible, please provide links and alternate names where relevant
- Individuals and regions generally blacklisted will have their nominations (by and for) as well as their votes ignored
- Nominations of those who have since become DoS will only be accepted provided they had activity in the last year & aren’t barred by other rules
- You may make as many or as few nominations for each award as you wish
- Nominations may only be made in this thread
- Self-nominations in the Individuals Awards category (and Most Popular) will not be accepted.
- Explanation of nominee is greatly appreciated but not required
- Nominations may be modified slightly by myself for consistency and/or perceived neutrality
